Procedure 1. Mount a pulley on a stand. Pass a meter-long string over the pulley. Tie each end of the string to a paper clip. Suspend one washer from each paper clip. Pull one washer, add one more washer from end. Release the washer. 2. Repeat the step with three washers against one in an opposite end.
