"For the purpose to keep pace with several advanced nations stunning speed of socioeconomic developments and high-tech

achievements in the world, most poor countries have a tendency to rely on financial aids from richer ones. However, just some nations have succeeded in using these crucial aids properly and risen to stand in line with developed ones while the other ones failed. Thus, a question is posed that whether or not rich nations should lend financial aids to poor nations. Personally, I disagree with this opinion for the following reasons. First, due to mandatory terms in agreements of aid programs signed with rich nations, the government in a poor country is regularly forced to give its utmost priorities to these nations contractors in national huge-budget projects for infrastructure development. Therefore, the large part of these aids has run back into the richs pockets in the end, and people in the poor country just get a small one for their cheap labor. Second, the poor management of these financial aids is also one of the main reasons that I discourage rich nations to lend poor nations governments money. Ineffective distribution of foreign aids into local areas causes to imbalance in regional developments particularly, and to the whole nation generally. For example, big cities and provinces received more investing budgets than rural, remote or mountainous areas. Hence, rural residents flow to big cities for finding a job and making a living, abandoning their farming land and houses. As a result, demographic and economic imbalances arise when urban areas are densely populated and rural ones thinly." Finally, that is the waste of foreign aids because of corruption. Several corrupt officials in the governmental mechanism make use of their power to embezzle a vast part of foreign aids which should have been used for national construction. Consequently, foreign aids become bad debts that people in poor nations have to incur from generations to generations.

Improvements in health, education and trade are essential for the development of poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas. Todays world has been divided into developing and industrialised countries which the main difference between them is the amount of money that governments apply in important sectors such as education, health and commerce. Most of the poorer nations are buried in debts as a result of their unbalanced finances which are reflect in a failed health care, an unstructured education system and a weak international trade. This vicious cycle will continue indefinitely unless wealthier nations show interest in minimizing the worldwide economic differences, as well as taking more responsibility for assisting unfortunate countries. Most of the African countries live in sub-human conditions because of the extreme poverty, upheaval, hunger, disease, unemployment, lack of education and both inexperienced and corrupt administrations. The devastating consequences of the AIDS epidemic in those countries could improve if the infected populations receive free drugs to control the disease, have access to health professionals and get information on how to prevent its spread. But this can only be achieved through international help programs in which leaders of the world?s richest countries donate medicine and also send doctors and nurses to treat and educate those in need.

Moreover, most of the poor countries rely on selling agricultural products and raw material to rich nations and buying industrialized products from them resulting in a huge financial deficit. Consequently, they borrow a significant amount of money from the World Bank to try to improve their broken economies, but sometimes the money disappears with no significant changes and they cannot even pay the interest to the bank. Regarding this issue, last year the G8, which is comprised of leaders of the eight richest nations, decided to forgive billions of dollars worth of debt owed by the world?s poorest nations. In addition, they developed adequate loan programs to financially assist those countries. In conclusion, leaders of the industrialised countries play an indispensable role in assisting developing nations deal with essential areas such as health, education and trade. Also, their aid is the key to breaking the vicious cycle, which results in poverty and death. This is an amazing essay, looks like Band 8 to me, nothing to improve here.

Rich country comes with safe environment, health, good education, good social support and good employability. A lack of these factors leads to poor country. Proponents think that rich country should help poor country because all men are created equal. Opponents, however, say we dont need to help poor country because people of poor country are not able to stand up for themselves. I think that wealthy nations have to help poor nations. I think that wealthy nations have to help poor nations because every human being is equal, we need to protect the economy, and poor countries' governments need help. First, wealthy countries should help poor countries because every human being is given same right to live. Lets have a simple evidence of that. While wealthy children eat, sleep and wear clothes very well, if poor children suffer from any of those, it is not fair to every child. In addition, according to Clinton, as described by Associated Press, The people in Africa are no different from the people in America. Therefore, we do not discriminate against people. For instance, most rich countries' people believe in Christianity and receive the Bible's instruction. The Bible has two things that we should help the poor and if you learn something and then you have to practice. In this situation, wealthy countries have to help poor countries. Second, unless wealthy countries help poor countries, economy of world will face terrible situation. Poor countries, India and African nations, conclude many percentage of population in the world. Right now, wealthy countries can get high productivity by huge income and outcome. But, if the rich countries want to get benefit of economy in the future, they need to take care of people who will be enormous consumers in the future. Also, poor countries' economics influence rich countries because rich countries export stuffs to poor countries. If poor country has terrible situation, many rich countries can not export many other poor countries their stuffs. In this case, rich countries have to help poor countries because of currently economic effect. And unless wealthy countries help poor countries, poor countries will pollute their environments. Actually, now poor countries destroy their environment because of their several problems what they face. Environmental problems can affect other countries which include rich countries that should solve the problems in the future. Third, governments of most poor countries do not have strong power or good experience. For this reason, the governments seriously need wealthy countries help. If they help, poor countries get many solutions of problems that they are facing because many countries have stepped similar stages and wealthy countries already have many experiences that solved many problems. According to Iran, Developing countries should work together to help the

poor and the disadvantaged in the new digital and knowledge-centric world, Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said on Tuesday. In other words, wealthy and poor countries have to help and work together. It means if poor countries are in trouble, wealthy countries must help for every country's union. In addition, after poor countries are helped by wealthy countries, poor countries will help wealthy countries in the future, when wealthy countries face serious problems that they can not solve alone. In conclusion, before poor countries ask for help from wealthy countries, the wealthy countries have to help in many ways. As a distance that people feel between countries has become narrow, every person in the world should help each other. We have to consider all of country.

Today, the world is becoming more and more closely linked. Trade has increased and the movement of people between countries is greater than ever before. However, billions of people still live in poverty, and in many places, the gap between rich and poor is widening. This essay will look at the arguments for and against helping poor countries. There are many reasons for helping poor countries. First of all, there are humanitarian reasons. Like individuals who give to charity, many countries feel it is their religious, social, or moral duty to help people in other countries who are suffering from famine, drought, war, or disease. However, many rich countries also donate money for political or diplomatic reasons. They want to maintain a relationship of dependency with the recipient, or simply to influence the government and direction of the country. A further reason why many countries help poorer ones is for economic reasons. The donors may want to control the supply of commodities such as oil, water, or wheat. Alternatively, the richer country may want to ensure markets for their own products, whether these are planes, computers or shoes. However, aid is not necessarily the best way to help a country. For one thing, billions of dollars of aid often goes missing, into corrupt governments or inefficient administration. A second point is that many foreign aid projects are unsuitable for the target country. Many agencies build huge dams or industrial projects that fail after a few years or that do not involve the local people. Furthermore, much aid returns to the donor. This can be in the form of expensive specialized equipment and experts from the donor country. There are many other ways we can help poor countries. Opening up trade barriers, so that poor countries can sell their goods is one way. Another is to remove subsidies so that imported goods from poorer countries can compete fairly. A third method is to forgive debts. Many poor countries have huge interest repayments on old loans. The needs of the poorer countries may seem obvious. However, although our humanity makes us want to help eliminate poverty and suffering, we must examine the real needs of poor countries and implement solutions that will benefit both them and us.
