We thank Prof. Rakesh Vanarse for giving us this project in the course of which we have been able to learn a lot. The guidance provided for the same, has given us direction to steer the course of our project. It has helped us to understand the event procedure completely and has also boosted us to better management of the event with regards to its costing and also improvising on profit earning factors. We, the group members are thankful for allowing us to endeavor this project in best possible manner under his guidance.

About KidzoMania
Kidzomania is a division of ERA Events and Media Limited. ERA was established in 1995 and since then it deals in undertaking all the events related to the exposure of students and colleges as a whole, promoting them to participate and expose their hidden talents along with numerous bollywood and national level events. To support this ERA have started with their own media publication house since past three (3) years down the line with successful events promotions in its catch. This media house, Kidzomania, is effectively dealing into kids activities. From web portals to news - letters, news - Magazines and various other small scale events to promote Kids as a whole.

Kidzomania has undertaken various activities related to the enhancement of children from 3 yrs to 14 years of age. It publishes its own 2 newsletters, one for kids from 3 to 6 years named as Kidzomania Juniors. It deals with simple learning for small kids that helps them learn basic things but, with a touch of fun and creativity to it. And the other news letter deals with the age group of 7 years to 14 years, making them learn general knowledge and current news with a pinch of fun and creativity by organizing various quizzes. They also organize various carnival festivals at the end of the academic year with interactive fashion shows and other creativity contests to inspire the kids to develop passion for their respective hobbys and attain self confidence in them.

KidzoMania is an event that is initiated to highlight the hidden talents that the kids are possessing these days as a natural talent in them. This event will not only give a wide platform to all film making and photography students but will also provide a learning about child psyche which will be reflected in their quality work being highlighted not only to national boundary limits but to various media channels globally. The special jury selected for the event will ensure the best of the best films on the basis of how well the maker has observed & learnt the behavior of the child along with its photography skills and the makers of the movie get a chance to be a part of the upcoming film of KidzoMania.

Theme:

Objective:
To help enroll maximum college going and film making students to participate. To search a Best visualizer, film maker and actor. To provide a platform to showcase the Hidden talents of kids. To help understand kids behavior. To promote our event KidzoMania by reaching a large number of audience To achieve coverage in the media

Main Aspects of the Film Festival:


1. Wide Exposure:
The main and the priority aspect of this film festival is to establish a world wide network of film makers along with the stage enhancement to expose their talents. This will enable all the film making students to ground themselves on one platform and also help exchange of different film making skills and its aspects to improve the film making sector with its booming concepts.

2. Fame to INDIA:
Being one of its own kind, its gaining a big place in the history of the film festival section, since the whole film festival is SOLELY DEDICATED TO KIDS and therefore has all the screening of never exhibited short films for kids. This is an achievement to INDIA for being the venue of such a unique film festival.

3. Jury: The Jury selected for the event will be high skilled in judging from the base point of all parameters so that the best deserving candidate gets selected for his best skills used. The Jury therefore will be not only from India but also from other international boundaries thus making the decision totally unbiased and in favor of the participant who deserves the best.

OPERATION PLAN
1. Approach to the Targets:
We tend to attract all the Film making students worldwide to establish a common platform for telecasting their expert skills. This will showcase never ever exhibited work of the students and also will promote the ideology of the truth that todays generation comprises of kids, born Intelligent since their birth only and that it hardly takes some time for them to grasp up the things

2. Signing of the Contract:


This is required to make the candidate eligible for entering the competition. By signing in the contract, the participant transfers the rights of his/her Short film solely to KidzoMania for telecasting it on various media platforms and channels world over and thus promote the ideology for the betterment of human kind.

3. Sponsorship:
The various Sponsors participating in this event are sure to get a global reach for their company so also their products. Its an excellent branding opportunity for these sponsors as their brand is highlighted wherever the event is exposed in the media and public coverage.

4. Advertisement:
The Sponsors are sure to receive all the advertisement benefits as the event being international in its kind, is due, to be advertised in the wide media through various ways. Following are the different advertising methods/channels: Web - Page. Newsletters of KidzoMania. Websites of ERA and KidzoMania Daily publication English and regional newspapers. Radio one, and other radio channels on World Satellite Radio Various Hoardings throughout Mumbai and other metro cities of India

5. Arrangement For The Venue:


Film Festival will be held at Grand Hyatt Mumbai hotel is situated in the Santacruz area of Mumbai (Bombay), India. Located just 20 minutes from Mumbai International Airport and ten minutes from the domestic airport, the hotel provides easy access to Bandra-Kurla complex and South Mumbai. Grand Hyatt Mumbai is a multi-dimensional lifestyle complex set on 12 acres of landscaped gardens & water features

6. Technical Arrangement:
We will be having the best technicians of the city with high quality stereo output speakers and mike arrangements for the best working of the festival. No technical fault is to happen is the sincere care of our technicians. A backup is provided for electricity failure (if any) immediately without letting even know of any such failure.

7. Catering:
Best quality food and hospitality is provided by our Hospitality partner itself for diet conscious and healthy food throughout the event. To top it there will be running service every 10 min for water and other light snacks and fruits round the clock till the event ends.

8. Legal Aspects And Security Arrangement:


We welcome all our respected and privileged guests with total security provisions. Being threat to life prevailing at any place on this planet we provide high rated and testified metal detectors and other necessary and important safety measures for the best working of the complete film festival.
