Module 4: Lymphedema Module 5: Peripheral Neuropathy Module 6: End of Life Care Therapy Training OVERVIEW Oncology and Rehabilitation in Home Care is an onsite training session for physical therapists, occupational therapists and any other rehabilitation professionals that treat individuals living with cancer in the home. The session will cover the basics of cancer, an overview of specific cancers, a comprehensive consideration of physical rehabilitation and palliative care/ quality of life issues. The format for the session includes formal presentation as well as case study discussion. The session materials include a packet of handouts from the presentations as well as a recommended reading / resource list. The material presented is grounded in the latest evidence and presented by two rehabilitation professionals who have been practicing and teaching in the field for over 30 years combined.
