The HRExaminer is a new voice in the cluttered competition for the HR Audience. From the genre defining excellence of its graphic design to the thought provoking content that drives its traffic, the HRExaminer represents the next generation of HR Intelligence and leadership. With content and traffic development targeted exclusively to the frontline decision makers in Human Resources Departments, HRExamner focuses exclusicvely on the personalities and tools of HR Executives. This is a magazine for those who lead or hope to lead HR Departments. In its launch year, 2010, HRExaminer is an ongoing experiment in audience development and the establishment of marketplace interaction. More than anything, we are in search of communications approaches that work for career oriented practitioners and the vendors who serve them. We want to work with companies who are equally interested in powerful post-masss publishing conversations.

Conversation/Special Projects
Our primary purpose is to discover and deliver groundbreaking design and execution across the many aspects of publishing in the HR Industry. We are extremely interested in forming working relationships with companies who are experimenting with ways to have a conversation with the marketplace. Our customers are our partners in the search for marketing that works. While we insist on working within a performance measurement framework, advertising and sponsorship of the HRExaminer is not inherently transactional. There are several key aspects of any successful engagement campaign: Clear market targets Specific messaging Delivery that builds branding Feedback and adjustment loops We will work with your team to build a focused dialog in the marketplace by combining elements of content, outreach and engagement. The process generally takes between six weeks and six months.
Heres how they work. In each case (contest, influencer list or white paper), the structured content builds over time. Each of these marketplace dialog options has the following rhythm: Attraction (in which the market is targeted and moved towards the content. This may last anywhere from several weeks to several months)); Delivery (the audience is fully engaged in the conversation Documentation/Product Delivery (content plus audience participation equals deliverable results) In the initial phase, content is published widely to build a conversation on the core topic. The activity increases through the end of delivery that is either a deadline (in the case of contests), publication or a public presentation. As the audience manifests its views and opinions, that material is folded into the final deliverable. The end set of content is archived permanently and links and mentions for sponsorship are included. All links and advertisements are permanently archived with the material to ensure SEO value is maintained.
