Summery of Research Findings

According to our research question’s answers, we found several opinions

of UIU students. Conducting the answers and secondary data we reached the
following conclusion. Therefore, it is visible to one that what actually the UIU
students think about UIU cafeteria.

Most of the students take food from UIU cafeteria regularly in several
times with most of the times rice and fast food. Furthermore, they think they are
getting hygienic foods from UIU café and the prices are reasonable. However,
students are not completely satisfied with the food of cafeteria because a large
number of students mentioned, the quality of food is medium and they strongly
feel limitation on food variation.

. Not only the environment of cafeteria is noisy to most of the students, but
also the cafeteria is very crowdie and sometimes dirty. For this reason students
are partially satisfied with the existing café.

As students’ opinion, UIU cafeteria is nicely decorated, but the sitting

arrangement is not enough for them. Furthermore, the behavior, cleanness, and
consciousness of the employees of the cafeteria are up to the mark. Therefore,
they are partially satisfied with the service.

Finally, from the view of students, cafeteria should develop their

accommodation, increase their food quality, give better service, and provide more
verities of hygienic food. All these will help them to improve the café.

After examined all the information we found that UIU students are not
completely satisfied with their cafeteria. As they are not completely satisfied, so it
proved our hypothesis.

Summery of Research findings / Result

According to our research question’s answers, we found several opinions
of UIU students. Therefore, it is visible to one that what actually they think about
UIU cafeteria. Most of the students take food from UIU cafeteria regularly in
several times with most of the times rice and fast food. Furthermore, they think
they are getting hygienic foods from UIU café and the prices are reasonable.
Moreover, they think that UIU cafeteria is well decorated and the behavior,
cleanness, and consciousness of the employees are up to the mark. However,
majority percentage of student believes UIU cafeteria should increase their sitting
arrangement. Most of the students are not satisfied with the service of UIU
cafeteria. As a result, they think the service of UIU cafeteria needs to improve.
They are also not completely satisfied with the food of cafeteria because most of
the students mentioned, the quality of food is medium and they strongly feel
limitation on food variation. The environment of cafeteria is noisy to most of the
students and they are partially satisfied with the existing café because they do
not have a second option. Finally, UIU cafeteria should develop their quality on
food, increase accommodation, give better service, and provide food that is more
hygienic for their improvement at students’ perspective.

From this research question’s answers, we found the opinion of UIU students
that, what actually they think about UIU cafeteria. Most of the student takes food
from UIU cafeteria several times like morning, noon, afternoon. Mainly they take
rice and others, like fried rice, khichuri and teheri. As well as they take fast food.
As the opinion of most of the students, the quality of food is medium.

After conducting our primary and secondary data, we have reached the following
conclusion:
The opinion of most number of students is food of UIU cafeteria is reasonable
depending on quality. From majority of student’s commitment we can see that
UIU cafeteria is very noisy. Not only that but also we can see the cafeteria is very
crowdie and sometimes dirty. As students opinion UIU cafeteria is nicely
decorated, but they are not satisfied with the service. They think their service
need to improve. They also think that sitting arrangement should be increased.
From the view of students cafeteria should Increase their accommodation,
Increase their food quality, Give better service, Food should be more hygienic to
improve their problem.

SUMMARY OF RESEARCH FINDINGS:

According to our research question’s answers, we found several opinions

of UIU students. Conducting the answers and secondary data, we reached the
following summary.

70% students regularly take foods from UIU cafeteria. Again, 53%
students have foods multiple times with 30% time rice and 29% time fast food.
Moreover, 57% students think they are getting hygienic foods from the café and
90% of the students replied prices are reasonable. However, students are not
completely satisfied because 64% of students mentioned, the quality of food is
medium and 83% students strongly feel limitation on food variation.

Not only the environment of cafeteria is noisy to 50% of the students, but
also the cafeteria is very crowdie to and sometimes it becomes dirty. On the
other hand, 10% students find the cafeteria clean and quite. For this reason,
students are partially satisfied with the existing café.

As 46% students’ opinion, UIU cafeteria is nicely decorated, but according

to 93% students the accommodation is not enough for them. Besides, 43% of the
students think the behavior, cleanness, and consciousness of the employees of
the cafeteria are up to the mark. Therefore, they are partially satisfied with the
service.
 Finally, from the view of 53% students, cafeteria should develop their
accommodation, increase their food quality, give better service, and provide more
verities of hygienic food. All these will help the café to improve its level.

After examined all the information we found that UIU students are not completely
satisfied with their cafeteria. As they are not completely satisfied, so it proved our
hypothesis.
