To The Defender of The Faith and Everyone: 1. This document and those to follow authored by me, E. J. Krass, spokesperson
for THE FREE Society and Its Realm, are the culmination of mankinds failure to adhere to Faith and Hope: i.e. my destiny was dictated by the actions of the administrators across time or, simply put, what is put on the paper by me, E. J. Krass, spokesperson for THE FREE Society and Its Realm, is a consequence of mankind ruling through the letter of the law without acceptance of the power and authority of new evidence - The Supremacy of God, which by Its authority makes all administrative decisions redundant as No Man nor machination of mankind - democracy and elected bodies - has the right to rule or impose order through the letter of the law! 2. By preparing documents for the corrupt law courts of british columbia and
canada and going forward from this point in time, I unknowingly was being prepared for the role of the man with The Truth who was being confronted by cruel and unusual treatment at the hands of the administrators in Canada (and across the face of earth) without understanding the power of the term: Queen Elizabeth, Defender of The Faith, in all legal documentation that I PO Box 1041 STN MAIN, DAWSON CREEK BC V1G 4H9

came across or was presented with by the law courts. Among those heaping cruel and unusual treatment upon me are the administrators of justice including the lawyers who ONLY work within the letter of the laws presented at the provincial level or at the federal level with no consequence given to the authority of The Supremacy of God which must be accepted as objective and omnipotent. I was never advised by anyone that The Supremacy of God is every mans birthright, equally and universally, and that the stipulation of The Defender of The FAITH term in all legal documentation determines, then, that all else beyond The Truth must be viewed as irrelevant and immaterial including the due processes for corrupt decision making and any decisions derived from the administrative laws. So, basically, it is the administrators versus both The Truth and me, E. J. Krass, He who speaks The Truth which is unacceptable because The Truth is omnipotent and all administrators speak against The Truth! 3. To correct everyones thoughts, I am not taking on the governments, the
governments took on The Truth which is the definition of insanity and, by the actions of the administrators - ruling through the letters of the laws, I have been given the withheld authority of the final helper because nothing for generations is valid in the industrial world. Oh, yes, mankind built a lot of stuff but only through the expense of The Truth and Godly Order: mankinds administrators created a civilization which automatically put it on a dead end road that is finally about to come to pass. 4. When clear evidence of corruption in administrative due process that is
established by an incorrect outcome at the end of the original administrative decisionmaking process, then, those individuals who have been denied The Truthful outcome have the authority to petition The Defender of The Faith in order to obtain not just the sole

appropriate and just outcome for the individual but also the sole appropriate and just REMEDY to administrators ruling as if they is divine and beyond reproach which then must equally be used to describe the order derived from the letters of the laws EXCEPT NO MAN NOR MACHINATION OF MANKIND has the authority to play God or, in such instances of denial of Fundamental Justice, the right to play devils advocate. 5. The Petition to The Defender of The Faith due process is supported by the
manner in which the Catholic Church operated during the era of Saint Francis of Assis and his charge, Saint Clara, both of whom presented laws extolling the piousness of poverty to their respective Popes who then passed the laws because they were the words of the saints that were to be accepted as coming from God. 6. In The Petition to The Defender of The Faith due process, the historical evidence
under Full Disclosure, especially internal memos or obtained legal advice used to support forcing the disenfranchised to take the matter before a court of law/law court where the administration wrongly has the right to defend an indefensible position under interlocutory due process, demonstrates not only that the individual been has wronged but also that the administration is well aware that it is the principle of administration and maintaining its established order that is the problem which, then, must be corrected and, by virtue, the disenfranchised in The Petition to The Defender of The Faith have to have been acting on behalf of Faith - The Supremacy of God -especially in support of bringing Heaven to earth:

Thy Will Be Done, Here on earth as it is in Heaven... 7. Basically, because of the second designation, Defender of The Faith, whatever
the monarchs under aristocratic rulership permitted or gave royal ascent to over the years, Defender of The Faith can, upon petition from the disenfranchised in the system, dismiss by accepting the words of the Petitioner to be beyond reproach and affirm these words through the reading of the presented ending of The Petition to The Defender of The Faith Proclamation. 8. Consequently, as I was forced To Petition The Defender of The Faith in order
to dismiss the corrupt administration and in order to establish the New British Empire, I am sorry but there is no way that I will ever give you or the historical monarchys order jurisdiction over me or THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm. Therefore, I, in good conscience, can never address you as her majesty nor your family members as whatever title you wish to impose as I am not your loyal subject rather I am faithful to The Truth, Heaven, the words of Jesus Christ and also God, Almighty. I am not Sir Thomas More living in fear for my life which King Henry VIII had no right to take nor am I the Prince of the Bedouins in 1973 whom the King of Saudi Arabia had executed as the Prince of the Bedouins was a viable and legitimate threat to the then prince becoming king of Saudi Arabia nor am I part of the aboriginal peoples across the face of this globe fearing the interlopers over the past centuries of exploration, etc. 9. The british monarchy only has authority over what it allowed to be created
even though it was wrong for having done so: e.g. the british empire was renamed the british commonwealth because the new empire imposed, through the administration of it, the common pursuit of wealth even though this standard was outright repudiated by the Law dictated in Luke 16:13 where Jesus Christ made clear that, ... No Man can serve both God and wealth

(the pursuit of wealth/mammon). The monarchys standard for the british empire has had dire consequences especially since the administrators, following the imposition of the pursuit of wealth, made themselves obstacles to Fundamental Justice - The Supremacy of God - and the application of Everyones Legal Rights throughout every law and scheme of the empire universally. 10. Truly, no monarch will ever have authority in my life because I am true and
faithful to The Creator/God/Allah/The Truth/The Mandate of Heaven/etc. But, John Cabot, upon arriving on the shores of North America in 1497, put those pursing or living according to THE FREE Society of Equals and The Truth in conflict with the british empire of that era and the british empire that was to come - ruling following elections, because the british monarchy and ruling through the letter of the laws was illegitimately imposed on all lands of North America, Australia, New Zealand, India, Africa, etc. and their persons through unholy proclamation made by those who arrived there and carried the proclamation from the monarchs court. 11. More importantly though is that the british monarchy survived the replacing of
the aristocracy with elected body so as to uphold The Principles of Fundamental Justice and to be the supreme arbiter for the british empire on behalf of The Supremacy of God even after the empire was subjected to its social experiment of democracy since 1948 and nation states in which the elected administrators rule as if divine through the enacted laws and the order provided by these laws but across kingdoms like the provinces of Canada and its confederation of these kingdoms into a chaotic union where the people are divided not only from Fundamental Justice but are also, therefore, made servants of the elected bodies and their ideologies that are imbedded in the rule of law and jurisprudence/interlocutory due process which is inherently corrupt and always gives the benefit of the matter to the rule of law. By the end of The Petition on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The
Faith, you will be exposed to the reality that it is time for the commonwealth and all enactments relating to it and before it, especially the administrative acts, to be dismissed entirely and forevermore just as the british monarchy must proclaim ruling by itself without new evidence replaced by the end product of the UNDISCLOSED Petition to The Defender of The Faith Due Process which will be concluded with the Proclamation to end The Petition on File No. PO001 with The Defender of The Faith: the Proclamation of 2010 is being revised to be brought into alignment with the discovery of the undisclosed Petition to The Defender of The Faith and will result in the corollary/single set of laws based upon objectively supported Truth which extend from Everyones Legal Rights (Canada) and The Declaration of Human Rights across other false nations states of the british empire since WWII. 13. Although this document is addressed to The Defender of The Faith, you will find
that I will be writing as if I were addressing we, the people, unified and indivisible
under God from pole to pole.
The reason for this writing style is:
In this universe, there is The Truth that is supported by the pure/objective facts with all else being wrong.
Consequently, there is only Doing Right with all else being wrong and there truly is no cause for competition nor conflict because The Truth is simply all that will remain in the end.

represented in the mosaic that is put together from objective discoveries like gravity, the strong and weak nuclear forces, polar coordinates, the vibration of the this universe at the speed of light which can be detected not by the human eye, electricity, magnetism, electromagnetism, decay which defines time, the mature, healthy and kinetic human body, the coldness of space that absorbs all heat from the thermonuclear fusion reactions thereby establishing space as the greater entity, etc. Consequently, The Principles of Fundamental Justice and its application of objectively supported Truth eliminates all contrary opinions and options and dictates that there is just a sole appropriate and JUST outcome PLUS the JUST REMEDY in the circumstances for the outright lying by the decision makers which had been accomplished through 2 means: exclusion of the objective facts OR the creation and weighing of equivalents to The Truth to provide weight/credence to the decision produced at the end of a corrupt decision making process (jurisprudence/interlocutory due process/clinical studies/your court system where arguing for argument sake is standard for governments inside their own law courts which is corruption personified as perjury and subornation of perjury by the jurists is constantly taking place). 14. The most corrupt equivalent to Truth in Canada is contained in s. 6 of the
dismissed constitutional questions act of Canada where the opinion of jurists/courts of laws were unilaterally and without authority declared to be a pure and indisputable fact - an act of God - by the administrators/governments who wrote this corruption. No judgment by any
court ever was nor ever will be an act of God, a divine act or beyond reproach going forward
when better objective evidence comes out: DNA is the perfect example of this aspect of Fundamental Justice as it is now used to exonerate the wrongfully convicted in the current jurisprudence due process which automatically repudiates jurisprudence especially since the supreme court of Canada has repetitively admitted that, after all the due legal process, its PO Box 1041 STN MAIN, DAWSON CREEK BC V1G 4H9

historical ruling in the matter was, quite simply, wrong. None of Gods Judgments will ever be overturned or reversed because the objective facts dispense The Truth and Fundamental Justice. 15. The consequence of the use of equivalents to truth due process is the
longstanding civilization where there is NO Truth to all the institutional decisions which are being produced just to convince everyone that the system is beyond reform, i.e. it is too big to fail, even though everyone sees that the system is wrong and needs to be replaced. Once the governments/administrators of Canada got away with this crime against The Truth since 1918/1934/1948/1961 and its agenda of imposing the pursuit of wealth, the governments since 1982 extended the corruption and created a new level of institutional decision making called quasi-judicial tribunals which made the road for the disenfranchised to get Fundamental Justice, as dictated by the objective pure facts, far longer, far more expensive and far more cruel: once institutionalized lying starts, the road back to The Truth becomes very hard and falls solely upon those disenfranchised by the lies that naturally have arisen from the elimination of The Truth and their ability to discover the undisclosed Petition to The Defender of The Faith where, what the monarchs permitted and is wrong, The Defender of The Faith must now dismiss! 16. The return to THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm of pure facts cannot
be enforced by the disenfranchised persons of the commonwealth currently because The Petition to The Defender of The Faith due corrective process - The Petition to the Court Due Legal Process in my supporting documents prior to this document - was not equally exported with the creation of the commonwealth as petitioning The Defender of The Faith on behalf of The Truth and on account of Bad Faith/mala fides was kept from Everyone which facilitated the release of the beast that was and is, yet, is not - what the monarchs permitted and is wrong, The PO Box 1041 STN MAIN, DAWSON CREEK BC V1G 4H9

Defender of The Faith must now dismiss! 17. Furthermore, the canon of laws of the Churches are also not applicable beyond
England because the pure facts have already repudiated these laws of mankind and their past reality whereas The Petition to The Defender of The Faith, also referenced as The Petition to the Court Due Legal Process in my documents since 2007 to 2010, is the sole appropriate and JUST REMEDY to the corrupt administration of Canada and the commonwealth as the disenfranchised has the right to use his objective discoveries to reform the entire world and reinstate the lost
we, the people, unified and indivisible under God - new
evidence standard where Everyones Legal Rights and the biosphere are superior to all that man has created through the application of creative institutional decision making where equivalents to truth are used/weighed against Doing Right. 18. With these facts known, it should be patently obvious as to why the british
monarchy was retained by the british empire and the title, Defender of The Faith, has remained attached to the british monarchy throughout the commonwealth as was also applied to the british monarchy by The Pope centuries ago. In the attached Exhibit 01 on File
No. PO-001 with The Defender of Faith, you will note that, in olden days, change had
to be justified as being universal before it could be accepted by the monarchs court. 19. This reality determines that what existed before ruling through the letter of
the law is what everyone must return to as we were never supposed to have left It - the Alpha and Omega paradigm. 20. I know this to be The Truth because I have God on my side and at my back -

refuted against the dictate of the pure facts - and God is pushing me on to eliminate the mountain of lies that were put in place by everyone being outright forced by governments/administrators to obtain a judicial/jurist opinion supporting The Truth in defiance of The Principles of Fundamental Justice and The Supremacy of God - see Exhibits I and
J on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The Faith as was filed and labeled
the same in file no. PO-00001 with the supreme law court of Canada and also on file no. 81581 with the supreme law court of british columbia - kelowna registry. 21.
The Exhibits on File No. PO-00001 with the Supreme Court
of Canada that are now the same Exhibits on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The Faith make/made it absolutely clear/patently obvious that I and all
disenfranchised in this civilization dont need a jurist to support The Truth: The Truth always stands uncontested and is incontestable or else there is no Fundamental Justice being administered across the face of the earth! 22. For centuries, the british monarchy did not live up to the charge of Defender
of The Faith due mainly to Everyones lack of knowledge of The Petition to The Defender of The Faith based upon mala fides due process. Consequently, refutable unilateral change by administrators of the neutral citations of major agencies throughout the british empire has now been undertaken with total disregard for Habeas Corpus/Everyones Legal Rights - the right not to be deprived of the right to life, liberty and security of person except in accordance with The Principles of Fundamental Justice and The Supremacy of God - new evidence that establishes reality which either supports or repudiates all the changes that have gone on without correction and without the application of critical thinking: It is easier to believe a lie that one has heard a thousand times than to believe a fact that no one has heard before or they refuse to PO Box 1041 STN MAIN, DAWSON CREEK BC V1G 4H9

research The Facts which repudiate the lie easily. As should be patently obvious, then, security of person goes well beyond unlawful incarceration/imprisonment because the right to life, liberty and security of person along with The Principles of Fundamental Justice demand that Everyone now recognize Everyones INALIENABLE Right to produce wholly accurate decisions based upon Everyones right to decline the changes made in the past on advice from rulers/governments/administrators to the monarch, e.g. The Banking Act of Canada in its Preamble on p2 and enclosed.

The most fundamental decision then right now and represented in this initial
Petition to The Defender of The Faith is whether or not governance is a legitimate fact relative to the order of the universe and whether it is instilling injustice or insuring the administration of Fundamental Justice through its due processes. 24. The Preamble to Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms stipulates:
Whereas (Considering that), Canada is founded upon principles that recognize The Supremacy of God - pure/objective facts - and the rule of laws, i.e. ruling through the letter of the laws.
This simple sentence indicates that there are 2 realms at play within Canada: that established by the administrators ruling through the letters of the laws and maintaining a longstanding civilization/mankinds order; and the other realm established by The Truth and objective facts that establish objective conclusions that must be stood up for by the disenfranchised while facing the devils advocate within their own law courts/courts of law. S. 7 of Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms - the standard imposed for The
Legal Realm going forward from 1982 to be legitimate - reads as follows:
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and SECURITY OF PERSON AND the right not to be deprived of these INALIENABLE RIGHTS except in accordance with The Principles of Fundamental Justice.
To re-iterate, The Principles of Fundamental Justice eliminate all options and dictate a sole appropriate and JUST outcome as well as a sole appropriate and JUST REMEDY where and when Fundamental Justice is not and will never be dispensed as the governments have rewritten the laws to obstruct the administration of Fundamental Justice: something that was intended to have been abolished with the acknowledgment of Everyones Legal Rights in the neutral citations of Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms which made this the absolute standard for Canadas Legal Realm going forward.
26.
To effect the application of Truth for everyone universally, s. 24 (1) of Canadas
Charter of Rights and Freedoms reads properly as follows:
Anyone, whose rights, as guaranteed by Canadas Charter, are DENIED, has the right to apply to the court of competent jurisdiction

in order to obtain the sole appropriate and JUST REMEDY so that universality of being is made real.
The July 5, 2007 correspondence from the supreme court of Canada exposes, the administration of justice in Canada and throughout the commonwealth have been made into unmitigated obstacles to the disenfranchised who have to reform the letters of the law to where every remaining law has a Fundamental Justice Dictate that applies across the face of the globe, i.e. the corollary/single set of laws based upon objectively supported Truth that extend from Everyones Legal Rights (Canada) and The Declaration of Human Rights across other false nations states of the british empire since WWII. (The term obstacle is derived from Exhibit O on File No. PO-001
with The Defender of The Faith - section 120.)

But, such obstacles also dictate that ruling through the letter of the law and elections, to put the rulers in place, are really denial of The Supremacy of God and The Pursuit of THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm. Thus, the governments across the commonwealth including the british parliament and house of lords are really the devils advocate because the world that existed has been replaced with (economic) progress ber alles; mammon for Christians. 27. Currently, the burden upon the disenfranchised in the resulting
civilizations/nation states is to prove that the system was fully aware that its decisions were dishonest. Exhibits K and Q on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of
The Faith, as well as on file no. PO-00001 with the law courts of Canada and file no.

81581 with the kelowna registry of the supreme court of british columbia (scbc), AFFIRM THOROUGHLY that I encountered dishonesty in institutional decision making and that this treachery/dishonesty is entrenched in the letters of the law. As to the reason for this treachery, all you need to do is read s. 4 of the corrupt Constitutional Questions Act for all administrators of Canada which reads as follows:
4 On a reference by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under the agreement made between the government of British Columbia and the government of Canada under the Federal Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act (Canada), the Attorney General of Canada and the Attorney General of any province of Canada that has, after December 1, 1961, entered into a similar agreement must be notified of the hearing, and may appear and be heard as a party.
(For those not knowing how to spot collusion between administrators, this is the perfect example of the unstated and undisclosed collusion that is the confederation of Canada where everything is centered around money rather than the neutral citation of s. 7 of The Charter of Rights and Freedoms and s. 52 (1) of this same Charter which allegedly made The Charter of Rights and Freedoms the supreme law of Canada since 1982 and not the undisclosed mammon! It is also understood that, in this section, whenever any Charter challenges of corrupt laws and order gets approval from the Lieutenant Governor in Council all other administrations across Canada must be allowed to commit perjury in order to defend the pursuit of mammon and force the law courts then to suborn PO Box 1041 STN MAIN, DAWSON CREEK BC V1G 4H9

perjury as the objective evidence repudiates the stance taken by the administrators which is that all enacted laws must be defended or else the rule of law and being ruled by elected bodies will lose credibility amongst all Canadians. This point is the reason why the Rule: Petition to The Defender of The Faith has remained undisclosed to everyone by the administrators and lawyers as well as why neutral citation 2003 SCC 54 was never given any mass media coverage - it and the whole proceedings from the WCB (Nova Scotia) were corruption personified! Most certainly those having been forced to study history know that, when anyone of stature encountered treachery/BAD FAITH, they had to take the administrative matter to the monarch/emperor in a petition where the monarch accepted the dishonesty of the administrators as grounds for accepting the reversal of fortune. When the monarch was not The Defender of The Faith, it was often the monarch who had employed treachery/BAD FAITH, which then led to a revolutionary war to dethrone the sitting monarch.)

Just as important for establishing that the administrators of Canada since 1918
are fully devoted to mammon is the following quote, from the Alberta Legislatures March 16, 2004 Hansard as quoted in Mandamus Order doc. nos. 0242 and 0243 that is excerpted from my letter to the then premier/administrator of Alberta, which also AFFIRMS that the administrators of the Confederation of Canada know they is ruling without correction by The Principles of Fundamental Justice and The Supremacy of God:

with the promise of a tribunal for long-standing, contentious Workers' Compensation Board claims. Many injured workers are being prevented from getting on with their lives while they wait to learn if their cases may be reviewed. To the Minister of Human Resources and Employment: when can these workers expect a decision on whether such a tribunal will be struck? Mr. Dunford: I've been saying publicly for some time - and I guess the hon. member has missed it. It was always contemplated from early days in the discussion around this topic that the government of Alberta would be responsible for the administration of the tribunal, but whatever outcomes within that tribunal, whatever payments were due or if actual decisions were reversed, those payments then would be the responsibility of the Workers' Compensation Board. We have various estimates as to what the administration of this program would be, but I can tell you that my priorities at the current time rest with other members of our client base that fall within our mandate, and that is the poor and the vulnerable here in the province. Until such time as we are able to fully enact the kind of reform that we feel is necessary in that particular area, we're not willing to invest our money in second and third chances. (Do things Right finally? the Workers' Compensation Act passed in 2002 have corrected the complaints filed by injured workers against the WCB. Mr. Dunford: As far as my reference to the people that need the help of this government, there is no wall that is drawn, wherever they come from. If people come forward to us for assistance and they need that assistance, then we stand there prepared to look after those folks. Dr. Massey: It's a pretty high wall. Mr. Dunford: I happened to hear from across the way about a pretty high wall, and in fact the member is right. One of the things that every jurisdiction in this country is trying to do is reduce the size of welfare walls. As a matter of fact, if the Liberal opposition will stay tuned, they will see in the next few months, of course, the kinds of reforms that we'll be bringing forward to in fact reduce that wall. Mr. Bonner: Mr. Speaker, given that we're not talking about welfare, that we are talking about settlements for long-standing, contentious claims that these workers are entitled to, will the minister commit today to striking a tribunal to hear those longstanding, contentious claims? Mr. Dunford: I object to the use of the word "entitled". It is not an entitlement. (Wrong - the right to life, liberty and security of person are rights!) The injured workers that the hon. member is purporting to represent today have in fact had their issues dealt with by the rules and by the people that were in responsible positions at the particular time. Workers' Compensation Board, of the fact that since the years 2000-2002 we've been able to see where there's been effective change within the situation and how workers' compensation deals with injury claims. If people want to get anecdotal, we've got anecdotes we could stand here and talk about for the rest of the day... (like my case - Exhibit K on File No. PO-001 with The
Defender of The Faith - and that of Thomas Shuchuk - Exhibit Q on File No. PO-001 with The Defender of The Faith where the self
evident Truth demands the dismissal of the amendments to the original 1913 Workers Compensation Act as well as the administration of the british empire under nation states and Canada as a confederation of nation states under the title provinces)

49. In 1982, the administrators of Canada simply acknowledged Everyones Legal
Rights in Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms. However, acknowledging Everyones Legal Rights does not mean applying this standard to the letters of the laws and organization of the state/confederation especially since the administrators had never applied these standards before 1982: if all that has been done before hand is WRONG (not Right), then, you cannot Do Right without massive structural change. Therefore, you can only acknowledge The Truthful standard while leaving the correction for those touched by God and The Truth and the dishonesty of the administrators to complete the reformation of the civilization back to THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm. 50. So, it is therefore patently obvious that the administrators not just of the WCB

Prior to 1982, the Workers Compensation Act contained a legitimate
Presumption Clause or Neutral Citation (this designation may be different but the effect is the same and the latter was applied since 1982 by the administrators of Canada relative to Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms.) By November 1, 1988, though, the Alberta Workers Compensation Act had been amended to eliminate the findings of Sir William Meredith in 1913 thereby striking down The Sir William Meredith Covenant along with The Treaty - The Original 1913 Workmens Compensation Act - between society and the business community where the business community accepted that work was injuring, maiming and killing all workers and the business community admitted that it could not exist if it did not pay to learn how to make work not injure, maim and kill all workers. 52. Thus, overuse syndrome and repetitive stress injuries since 1988 in Alberta and
similarly in other provinces since 1982, according to the rules of confederation, was eliminated from the costs associated with the WCB Accident Fund and these legitimate WCB costs were transferred to Canadas universal health care explaining the consistent association between the rise in costs of the universal health care budgets as well as the amount of the WCB Accident Funds underfunded liabilities. 53. My job injuries arose in June 1989 and they should never have occurred if the
administrators had maintained not just the Workers Compensations original 1913 Neutral Citation/Presumption Clause but also The Supremacy of God/objective findings that forced the acceptance of the reality that work, in general, injures, maims and kills workers. 54. According to the current standard expressed in the March 16, 2004 Alberta

law courts of Canada and file no. 81581 with the kelowna registry of the supreme court of british columbia (scbc) - exposes that the dishonesty was always present in the administrators within the WCB and this corruption originated at the elected bodies, i.e. the administrators of Canada level. (This duplicity is affirmed by Mandamus Order doc. nos. 0221 and 0220 where it is disclosed that the WCB Alberta and WorksafeBC are operated as insurance companies rather than according to The Sir William Meredith Covenant: Mandamus Order doc. no. 0224.) 55. Furthermore, as all court proceedings in Canada are law court proceedings based
upon the government agents having the authority to perjury themselves - defend an indefensible decision according to objective evidence - and the law courts having to suborn perjury by hearing the governments defense of a known lie, there can be no Fundamental Justice in Canada without The Petition to The Defender of The Faith Due Corrective Process because all laws are subject to correction and have no protection for any of them that are withholding Doing Right while hiding behind corrupt standards like due processes imposed by administrators, academics, devils advocates, etc. It is therefore patently obvious that the entire WCB decision making process in the Matter of EJ Krass was never honest on order of the administrators of Canada. In 1989, not only did communism collapse but so did the industrial revolution which was extended as a civilization model by the existence of communism: with the latter entity, capitalism had its evil counterpart and so the people in the west existed quite well until... In short, you are either a true Christian accepting and abiding by The Words of
Jesus Christ or you are living in denial of the fact that you were misled for centuries by the administrators/devils advocates.

All administration has been established to be thoroughly corrupt especially since
the administrators rely on everyone accepting that the law courts, which apply the provided acts/laws by the elected bodies and their inherent order, pass judgment from and over the letters of the laws even though this contention over the centuries is blatantly false. 61. In Truth, such judgments over the legitimacy of the laws belong to those
disenfranchised by the law and the sole appropriate and JUST person to affirm, peremptorily, as correct the words of The Petitioner/disenfranchised is The Defender of The Faith within the british empire. The Constitution is the supreme law of Canada and, by virtue of s. 52(1) of the Constitution Act, 1982, the question of constitutional validity inheres in every legislative enactment. From this principle of constitutional supremacy flows, as a practical corollary, the idea that Canadians should be entitled to assert the rights and freedoms that the Constitution guarantees them in the most accessible forum available, i.e. neutral citations, without the need for parallel proceedings before the courts. To allow an administrative tribunal to decide Charter issues does not undermine the role of the courts as final arbiters - umpires - of constitutionality in Canada. Administrative tribunal decisions based on the Charter are subject to

In addition, the constitutional remedies available to administrative tribunals are limited and do not include general declarations of invalidity. A determination by a tribunal that a provision of its enabling statute is invalid pursuant to the Charter is not binding on future decisionmakers, within or outside the tribunal's administrative scheme. Only by obtaining a formal declaration of invalidity by a court can a litigant establish the general invalidity of a legislative provision for all future cases.
EXCEPT, all courts in Canada and across the commonwealth are courts
of law/law courts which must uphold the rule of law at the expense of Fundamental Justice. So, taking the matter to court means that the

It has been known since 1980, in Canada, 1% of the population has continued to control 99% of the money and that standard has not changed since then. (Actually, .2% of the Canadian population controls 99.9% of GDP and money supply.) This standard is global as very few in the industrial and industrializing world have any meaningful amount of money relative to the few billionaires, which is affirmed by the richest man in the world in 2010, an individual from Mexico where most live annually on far less than what this man makes in a minute. 77. To correct this abysmal fact for the world means dismissing the belief in the
economy as a false god - the origin of the term credit - and very few are willing to dismiss a false god that benefits their lives but at the expense of this planet and true equality of being. 78. In the 1960's, computer statistics showed that by 2010 scarcity was going to be
a global reality. Today, that point is valid - look at the developing world where governments are being dismissed or revolutionary wars have been initiated. The root cause is the fact that the cost of basic necessities have become inflated significantly since 2006. Yet, in response to the Truth from the 1960's and 1970's, the american people turned their backs on change and elected a huckster named Ronald Reagan whose election platform was that, there was no need for change. Obviously, the commonwealth got it wrong for decades just as the aristocracy
got it wrong before democracy and for centuries more because none of what exists today in the New Worlds existed prior to colonization. Furthermore, as there are and never was a legitimate superior court nor canon law beyond england/great britain, there is a fundamental flaw to the commonwealth as all that was exported was conflict and destruction of what existed in the name of ruling through the letter of the law and the elites declaring that they have the moral right to rule over the lesser beings in the realm. 93. The consequence of The Truth Commissions in Canada prior to WWI was that

by The 1913 Truth Commission headed by Sir William Meredith from its simple correlation of job injuries to job duties, was to terminate deceptively the function of the Workers Compensation System while everyone still believes that the function of the WCB is to learn from the job injuries and their cures with the intention of preventing and eliminating all similar job injuries going forward. of the nature of my June 1989 job injuries. By 2006, I had already ascertained from research that the initial 1913 Workers Compensations Neutral Citation had been rewritten to respond to the reality that the economy was a confidence game repudiated by reality especially s. 7 of Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms plus The Charters Preamble which exposed the corruption of administration across all time. 102. In response to The Truth, the administrators of Canada passed a duplicitous

The fact that the workers evidence was not quantitative nor fully explained
did not make the findings any less relevant and real for the system. Today, though, much of the lack of understanding has been cleared away with the application of centripetal mechanics to ginglymus joints and the rewriting of human anatomy to the outer side of the arm where the radiocapitellar joint exists which is the ginglymus joint of the elbow/upper extremity drive train and NOT the ulno-humeral joint. 105. Not one x-ray film from the side of healthy elbows when it is flexed shows

Canada since 1900 has only traveled down the path of pursing wealth where
credit is now exhausted and most persons have been made servants of mammon: either imposing the wealth pursuing standard and growing the economic figures; or complying with this standard and earning a livelihood rather than living with The Supremacy of God as the natives had done for millennia. 109. that the withheld Truth can be fulfilled and Jesus Christ can return to enlighten everyone to The Truth as it pertains to living and transcending to Heaven. 110. The path of change is one of either accepting and abiding by the objectively
supported Truth OR one of conflict and argument with The Truth and those touched by this standard are exposed to a gauntlet of denial by the administrators concerning their wrongdoings or manmade mountains to climb or get over where The Truth is blasphemed by mankind especially the decision makers. In the latter path to Fundamental Justice, The Truth, being unimpregnable, becomes a double edged sword or Mjolnir, the hammer of Thor which is The Truth in Norse mythology: The Truth shall set you free... from administration and rulership by your fellow mankind and his ideals.

The reason for The Truth setting everyone free is because (economic)
progress has always been the path of mammon rather than advancement of knowledge that is objective in nature and which corrects all falsehoods leaving only The Truth and its mosaic that lies beyond the lies of today just as in the Magic Eye pictures of the 1990's and early 2000's! I could never get these stupid Magic Eye images because I always have existed beyond falsehoods and was educated to the standards of the old school which is to learn for learning sake rather than that of today where the educational standards are to teach skills for the masses so that everyone remains loyal to the pursuit of wealth and this education then makes them a better worker but with a great debt to repay for making themselves more valuable to the system. 112. Nobody seeks higher education today to learn to get beyond the lies of
administration and the standards of this civilization. Today, people go to school to get degrees and certificates that make them potentially a better asset for a business and to get more pay. The latter is the wrong path for education and it started decades ago towards the end of the Cold War when the pursuit of wealth as a false god was in its infancy amongst Canadians and its youth. 113. I am fortunate that I live in Gods Country and my dad made his way here as
directed by God unbeknownst to my dad who was a WWII refuge: but, that is a history lesson for another day. Supremacy of God is no more and everyone has regressed into clicks or classes in spite of the longstanding goal or objective of producing THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm without classes and without servitude to false gods - just The Truth rectifying everything that man has done across the millennia. The division of the people and denial of The Truth/The Supremacy of God is not only reflected in but also the cause of the WCBs neutral citation being changed to eliminate a good majority of all legitimate job injuries and is also reflected in the WCB now being described illegitimately as an insurance company with a massive underfunded liability. 115. The consequence of this corruption in Canada is that the business community
has never paid its way which is reflected in both the underfunded liability for the WCB Accident Fund to the tune of billions of dollars today when all the provincial liabilities are added together which is roughly equal to the spike in healthcare costs since 1982 when all the overuse syndrome and repetitive stress and trauma to outstretched arms were dumped on healthcare rather than being upheld as the true costs of the WCB Accident Fund across Canada. 116. Is there an Heaven?

Before presenting the self evident Truth evidence that affirms the existence of
Heaven, the errors in the theory/equation E=mc2 must be discussed. 122. Sadly, most people have come to accept Einsteins interpretation of the
relationship between the corporeal, m, and the ethereal, c2 . Einstein was on the right path but he was limited with the amount of quantitative evidence surrounding this universe beyond our solar system or even around our sun. 123. Recently, I reviewed Einsteins now famous equation and deduced that it was
a representation of a 2 dimensional universe as energy was wrongly presented as existing in a 2 dimensional wave when it is in fact a 3 dimensional reality. of time that the earth takes to rotate around the sun: 1/ 4 day longer than 365 days. So, the earths passage around the sun makes its endpoint and starting points different year after year until light force pushes the hot Pacific Ocean currents from its western side to its eastern side and then releases it several months later - the el Nio effect - which allows la Nia to take hold as the earths rotation returns the hot ocean current to its standard place while also causing the cooler water to rush in and replace the hot ocean water with significantly colder water. 137. As for animals, they detect annually when the earths surface turns into the hotter

In The Petition to The Defender of The Faith, The Defender of The Faith reviews the Exhibits that affirm that the administrators, the laws, its agents and the resulting decisions have been disingenuous/dishonest and, then, The Defender of The Faith signs off on the provided Peremptory Orders as God has to be speaking through the Petitioner who was DENIED his Legal Rights, i.e. he was denied his right to exist in accordance with THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm and NOT having the privileges of the civilization infringed, i.e. equal right to access the civilization, which is a standard of social justice and is unacceptable under The Principles of Fundamental Justice.

Since 2003, I have reviewed the words in the neutral citation 2003 SCC 54
decision and wrongly applied it to my thoughts and writing until recently when I discovered The Petition to The Defender to the Faith even though I had seen this due process published when dealing with mala fides - BAD FAITH - historically in the british empire. 183. On the morning of June 3, 2011, God spoke to me and made known the
aforementioned lie that I had accepted even though it was staring me right in the face. 184. On April 17, 1982, the administrators of Canada formally declared themselves
to be secular and Canada to be a legalist states - confederation of Canada - while downplaying the authority and role of The Supremacy of God and refusing to discuss The Petition to The Defender of The Faith which was maintained for those disenfranchised from any and all amendments to the letters of the laws across all time. (June 29, 2011) The great gulf between Fundamental Justice - Everyones Legal Rights and social justice is that the latter facilitates false perceptions by the mob/democracy whereas Fundamental Justice produces a singular Path - The Truth. In social justice, the elected bodies produce laws that, over time, may or may not bear out to be legitimate. Consequently, laws under democracy or the aristocracy were amended to try and make something reflect the ultra vires realm which really dismissed the entire law and administration. So, the appropriate and JUST REMEDY to the conflict between The Truth and ruling through the letter of the laws is to dismiss entirely legalism/secularism as the greater must dismiss the lessor - the error of mankind: i.e. usurping the authority of God; when anyone or any machination of
mankind denies or talks around the existence of God - The Supremacy of God, the entire process of mankind is illegitimate, of no legitimate effect and ultimately must be seen as illegitimate thereby dismissing it/striking it down!

Yes, lawlessness is the accurate term as The Prohibition Act was a law that nobody truly accepted and everyone worked around which meant bribing all administrators and bureaucrats so as to have them not be in the right place at the right time. Following the revocation of The Prohibition Act, Americans became staunch defenders of the false god concept of ruling through the letter of the law without their being any Fundamental Justice or petition to an individual by the disenfranchised of the social experiment where the objective of the simple petition due corrective process was to insure the unacceptable treatment of one and all and The Truth was abolished - the appropriate and JUST REMEDY in the circumstances. Sadly, nobody noticed that this legalist/seculist model for Canada and the United States was that of Adolf Hitler and Nazism in Germany or Stalin and Stalinism in Russia or Emperor Qin in his era or the Caesar in his day or, today, where Atheism rules and The Holy Spirit/The Mandate of Heaven is outright being denied in defiance of The Truth! 186. By 1913, Sir William Merediths Truth Commission had discovered that work
was causing most of the injuries and premature deaths. Consequently, the neutral Workers Compensation Act with its Presumption Clause was enacted across Canada to insure what is now referred to as s. 7 of Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms: everyones right to life, liberty and security of person AND the right not to be denied thereof except in accordance with The Principles of Fundamental Justice. The original 1913 Workers Compensation Act
acknowledged and accepted overuse syndrome, repetitive stress - the weaker correlate to abnormal contraction of the mislabeled pronator teres muscle, along with traumas to outstretched arms as legitimate job related injuries and without question. 187. By 1918, though, the first phase of eliminating the neutral citation of the original
1913 Workers Compensation Act and The Sir William Meredith Covenant for the WCB concerning job injuries was enacted as all provinces took over control of the Workers

Compensation Act in their specific provinces/jurisdiction, thereby making the WCB nothing more than scheme of the elected provincial bodies rather than an independent national agency, and all of this amending of the laws and remaking of the WCB was done in defiance of The Supremacy of God and the objective reality that work was causing the job injuries equally among all persons within the bounds of Canada rather than the bounds of every province. 188. Following WWII, mankinds loyalty to the false god of mammon - the pursuit
of wealth and everyone having to earn a livelihood rather than being born free - was complete, especially since the war had been financed with war bonds that were not reflected on any stock exchange. Basically, everyone became full blown servants of mammon and this fact resided beyond everyones perceptions except the administrators of the former warring nation states who now had to repay the war bonds. Consequently, everyone became unwitting servants of commerce and trade regardless of The Truth against this entire statement and the fact that it basically abolished God/Allah/The Great Spirit/The Mandate of Heaven/The Pursuit of THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm based on The Truth/etc. 189. To repay the war bonds, the administrators of the old british empire
acknowledged that it had to be broken up so that the imposition of the pursuit of wealth could be made common for all the former subjects of The Defender of The Faith and God. 190. All the while, the administrators of the commonwealth maintained The Defender
of The Faith while doing everything that is sinful and was condemned by Jesus Christ as usury was declared unacceptable by Jesus Christ just as Mohammed had also provided in his writings which is valid as no man can serve both God and mammon - the pursuit of wealth. 191. way as s. 52 (1) of Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms is not mentioned in the 34 neutral citations that are binding on all law courts and its system that goes from the provincial supreme law court/court of queens bench (bar association) up to the supreme court of the nation state like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, etc. 193. Again, though, The Petition to The Defender of The Faith remained intact
but not merely for insuring personal benefit from social justice but mainly for the dismissal of the corruption of administration that is legalism/secularism/atheism/ruling through the letter of the laws where the objective evidence REPUDIATES all that mankind has created over the past 150 years or so. 194. No man nor machination of man has the authority/right to enact laws that defy
The Truth nor places the standards of men, like democracy, beyond reproach by objectively supported Truth. Such actions constitute playing the devils advocate where the disenfranchised from the ruling standards have the right To Petition The Defender of The Faith in order to have the appropriate and JUST REMEDIES accepted, due to the omnipotence of the evidence and its relevance to universality and The Supremacy of God, and ultimately proclaimed once the concluding proclamation is prepared by the disenfranchised or their agent. 195. The paradox in Canada, and in all nation states for that matter, is the role of

produced The Workers Compensation Covenant, The Juvenile Act, that now needs to be amended to make the age of maturity reflective of the human body which is the mid-20's, and The Education Act which guaranteed everyone the right to be educated as well as to be taught to think critically of the historical norms and standards that were never legitimately dismissed nor supported as the standards of the civilizations including those of administrated religions violate the very words of God passed onto mankind by those chosen by God. 197. In The Petition to The Defender of The Faith due corrective process, the
petitioner does not have to be a saint to have their words and petition accepted by The Defender of The Faith as being beyond reproach. In The Petition to The Defender of The Faith, first and foremost, the objective evidence and The Holy Spirit of The Truth must support the disenfranchised and that is all. However, is cases such as mine, the admission of BAD FAITH/playing devils advocacy, that was only disclosed through full disclosure in May 2004, determines completely that interlocutory due process was/is not the path to obtain the appropriate and JUST REMEDY in the circumstances, i.e. to dismiss all administration or forms of administration and either strike down the laws forevermore or strike down the amended law and replace it with the original law with its neutral citation that dispenses Fundamental Justice.

role of administration, the british commonwealth still retained The Petition to The Monarch but under the name, The Defender of The Faith: hence, the current designation - The Petition to The Defender of The Faith. (3) The reason The Petition to The Defender of The Faith was retained
was, because, what the monarchy had allowed, i.e. everything that received royal ascent across all time, can be dismissed if time proves it to be unsustainable/impermanent or the promised objectives are never fulfilled. Basically, everything in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and the british commonwealth were permitted by The Australia and New Zealand Act, The British North America Act, the reorganization of the old british empire into the british commonwealth between 1934 and 1936 and, then, ultimately into the nations states of the british commonwealth since 1948, etc. All of these Acts received royal ascent that must now be rescinded as the facts repudiate what was created and actually replaced THE FREE Societies of Equals in the new worlds.
There are 3 specific grounds for petitioning The Defender of The Faith currently:

Supremacy of God and Fundamental Justice and Everyones Legal Rights; the 2nd ground is the objective evidence and observations of it support that the theories applied by scientists and decision makers are incorrect and need to be brought into alignment with the new evidence that has arisen since the theory was produced; the 3rd ground is an admission, under Full Disclosure by the administration, under direction from the law that its decisions are knowingly producing BAD FAITH mainly for the purpose of having God send the final helper/comforter to correct all that administration has wrought and will continue to do wrong if administration is not dismissed, according to The Principles of The Supremacy of God and Fundamental Justice, once and for all and forevermore.
All 3 of these standards have been met in the matter of EJ Krass. So, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and talks like duck, it must therefore be a duck - the 3 standard policy of British Law!
197.2.
The Petition to The Defender of The Faith that arises from the suspension of
the acceptance of The Truth is to be concluded through a Proclamation, provided by the disenfranchised having petitioned The Defender of The Faith, that is to be read by The Defender of The Faith upon presentation of the concluding Proclamation. Basically, what the monarch did under advice from the administrators when shown to be wrong, must be reversed through The Petition to The Defender of The Faith.

The horror of Canada is one law passed today or in the past and its legitimate
standards often are viewed as restricting economic progress by the elected bodies, political parties and bureaucrats. So, the next election is fought over amending the laws or possibly striking down the laws along with its Fundamental Justice Dictates, i.e. neutral citations, that legitimately must be binding on all persons and their thoughts especially in light of The Supremacy of God and the reality that there is more to reality than that contained not just in the laws and order instilled by the elected bodies but also remaining loyal to the false pursuit of wealth in defiance of The Supremacy of God/The Mandate of Heaven/new objective Truth/new evidence. 199. Due to the implementation of opinions as reality by the administrators, many
equivalents to The Truth are now weighed against The Truth just so that the patently obvious course of action is or remains suspended from taking hold in the civilization thereby terminating the false belief, that everyone has been conditioned to accept, concerning ruling through the letter of the law which is that it is a legitimate form of ruling even though all this often does is legitimize a false standard that has often been repudiated by the objectively supported Truth, e.g. the current and corrupted neutral citation of the Workers Compensation Acts across the british empire eliminates the reality of overuse syndrome, repetitive stress and traumas to an outstretched arm across all time which has resulted in work, as it has remained unchallenged, still causing these known personal injuries while the business community has never paid it way since 1914 in Canada. 200. This fact determines the patently obvious which is that we should never have
gotten to this point of servitude to mammon except for the devotion of the administrators to this false god and their convincing everyone that they have the right to pursue wealth regardless of The Truth against this lifestyle choice.

The Sin Of Making Yourselves A False God

201. In everyones thoughts, a crime is doing something that is defined as being
wrong according to the letter of the law. Sometimes, this crime is highly forgivable while the sin of murder is wrongly defined as unforgivable BUT God is the only entity that can dispense justice in this matter. 202. As has already been proven, overuse syndrome, repetitive stress and traumas to
an outstretched arm causes insufficiencies of the radiocapitellar joints load bearing lateral soft tissue complex and this knowledge, which made tennis elbow a serious and significant physicacl injury decades ago, resulted in the administrative response of changing the neutral citation within the Workers Compensation Acts across the face of the globe and the british empire including all provinces in Canada - see Mandamus Order docs. no. 0225-0234. 203. It is patently obvious that this response was corrupt and the WRONG course of
actions as it created the role of the final helper for the return of Jesus Christ where The Truth was outright being denied by the agents of the provincial governments - the appeals commission or the appeals tribunal as well as all levels of law courts across Canada which are also agents of the provincial legislatures or parliament and NOT wholly independent and impartial as presented in Canadas Charter of Rights and Freedoms unlike The Defender of The Faith who is wholly impartial and independent but also the british empires agent for The Truth! 204. Basically, the system by its corruption has forced me to stand up on behalf of
The Truth before The Defender of The Faith in order to obtain the Fundamental Justice REMEDY in the circumstances. But, what is the designation for the actions of the administrators? courts of Canada and file no. 81581 with the kelowna registry of the supreme court of british columbia (scbc) - AFFIRM THOROUGHLY that the disenfranchisement of myself and countless others since 1982 was due to a willful and malfeasant act on the part of the administrators of Canada and the world. By legitimate definition, the administration of the british empire has broken The 9th Commandment - Thou shalt not bear false witness against another - along with The 1st Commandment which is that Thou shalt have no other gods before Me. Obviously, by imposing the pursuit of wealth/mammon since 1918 and much further back across time, the administrators of the british empire placed mammon/pursuing wealth before/ahead of The Truth. If laws with standards, i.e. Fundamental Justice Dictates, are to be accepted by all persons, then, Legal Rights must precede s. 3 of The Charter of Rights and Freedoms because Fundamental Justice is The Holy Spirit and it corrects all incorrect opinions that were created by administrators playing devils advocate on behalf of the beast that was and is, yet is not mammon which is only an ideology of mankind yet it receives devotion like a false god. 205. that medicine had discovered repudiates ruling through the letter of the laws without reliance on The Supremacy of God. But, this standard was known millennia ago when Emperor Qin ruled as if he were god and there was nothing beyond his imposed order that was maintained with his laws. 206. Getting back to a point like that of Qin, which has been repetitively shown to be
egregious and resulting in a civilization that will always fail, is insanity because, obviously, the administrators are ruling in such a corrupt fashion that there is no other option but for God to send His final helper in order to dismiss administration and produce not only the primary laws for the pursuit of THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm but also The Petition to The Defender of The Faith where The Defender of The Faith must sign off on all provided orders and pronounce The Proclamation forthwith at the end of the corrective process which the disenfranchised himself ends by producing The Proclamation: God speaks with one voice and unifies all mankind.

Thankfully, for all mankind, God sent someone to carry the burden of Heaven
for this moment, otherwise, there would be a global revolutionary war and nobody preparing the world for the return of Jesus Christ and utopia - THE FREE Society of Equals and Its Realm.

Now that I know that The Defender of The Faith is the person to petition for the
dismissal of the corruption that is administration, I feel much freer to include my knowledge of religious texts - I am sorry that I have not read the Koran as yet. Having to produce my documents and the reinstatement of The Supremacy of God for a secular audience is just wrong and was very constraining: thankfully those days are behind me, now. 213.
