 消息與代禱 ANNOUNCEMENTS & PRAYER
1. 請為在今天聖誕節主日受浸水禮的弟兄姊妹禱告：笛真姊妹、
陳穎姊妹、Gerald Kwong、Ellerie Chen (曾遠超、林姝妹之女)、
Peter Ueng (翁浩杰、林淑媛之兒)。叫他們與眾弟兄姊妹一同成
長。
Please pray for those who are going to be baptized today: Sisters
Shala Arndt, Ying Chen, Gerald Kwong, Ellerie Chen (daughter of
James & Shirley), Peter Ueng (son of William & Grace). Pray that
they will spiritually grow with other brothers and sisters.
2. 教會同工正在討論與計劃明年教會事工和活動。祈求我們主基督的
引導，以致我們眾人靈命成長活出基督。歡迎弟兄姊妹提供建議和
意見給教會同工。
Our leaders are in the process of discussion and planning for the CECV
2008 ministries and programs. Please pray for our Lord Christ's
guidance that we may grow spiritually resulting that we live like Him.
The leaders welcome your valuable suggestions and comments.
3. 國稅局規定所有奉獻要在十二月三十一日完成，才能算入 2007 年
所得稅減免額中。
The IRS requires that all donations be given to the church by Dec31,
2007 in order to be eligible for deduction for 2007 taxes.
4. 為了幫助教會能迅速結帳，請將所有教會事工開支償還申請表，在
十二月三十日交給教會財務同工。
To facilitate the closing of the accounts, please submit all reimbursement
for expenses incurred on behalf of the church by Dec 30, 20007.
5. 同工將於下午 2:30 出發，前往港安老人院/護理之家唱聖詩、報佳
音。歡迎弟兄姊妹參與。
Our church coworkers will leave at 2:30PM for the Christmas caroling
at the Harbor Care nursing home. Welcome everyone to participate.
6. 教會在大門走廊設有食品罐頭和乾糧收集點。你的愛心奉獻將會送
到本地的慈善機構。請慷慨捐贈來與他人分享聖誕節的喜樂與平安。
Our church has set up a collection center for canned and dry foods in the
main entrance lobby. Your generous donation will be sent to a local
charity center. Please donate generously that others may share the joy
and peace of Christmas.
7. 青少年團契將於十二月二十八日週五晚(7:30)舉行過夜活動，直到
隔天十二月二十九日週六早上(11:00)。費用是每人十五元。如果你
能協助接送的話，請與章仁和弟兄聯絡。
12/28 Friday 7:30PM to 12/29 Saturday 11:00AM youth group will host
an overnight activity. The cost is $15 dollars. Please register by Sunday
12/23. Please contact Ricky if you are able to help drive to/from Ice
Arena or chaperone.
 8. 朱傳道按立為牧師典禮將在一月二十七日舉行。長老團邀請了多位
牧師教授組成按立團，成員有：溫以諾(主席)，Barry Davis，James
DeYoung，和祈惠強。請為整個按立考核與典禮禱告。
Minister Ju's ordination ceremony will be held on Jan 27, 2008. Our
church elder board invites Drs. Enoch Wan (chairman), Barry Davis,
James DeYoung and William Ki as the ordination committee. Please
pray for the whole process of ordination confirmation and ceremony.
9. 本週代禱宣教士：在亞洲參與人道事工的李志廉、Birgit 夫婦。
This week’s missionary: Luke and Birgit Lee who are involved in a
humanitarian ministry in Asia.
