above-mentioned date. Should I/We fail to exchange by this date then Urban Exposure Ltd and/or the developer of the property is entitled
to retain the reservation fee and at their discretion resell the property. I understand that if I wish to apply for mortgage finance an application
can be submitted to the National Bank of Greece. The completed application form and all required documentation is enclosed with this
reservation. An acceptance decision is usually made by the National Bank of Greece within 14 days. If mortgage finance is refused by the
National Bank of Greece for any reason I will be refunded my reservation fee in full. If Urban Exposure or the developer are unable to
proceed with the sale of the property the reservation fee will be refunded in full. If I/We exchange contracts and proceed to legal completion
the reservation fee will form part of the full purchase price. I/We acknowledge that this reservation form does not constitute a Contract of
Memorandum within the meaning of Section 2 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989.
