Debe tener cuatros dormitorios, dos salas, un comedor, una sala de espera, dos patios y tres baos. Cada bao debe tener su baera y ducha, un inodoro y un lavabo. En los baos necesito un lugar donde pueda guardar el jabn, la pasta de dientes, mis cepillos, los peines, el secador de pelo, la crema de afeitar, una afeitadora, esponjas de bao, as como el papel higinico. No quiero toalleros, jaboneras o alfombras de bao. No quiero camas o mesitas de luz, lamparas, guardarropas, cajoneras, colchones, almohadas, mantas, sabanas, edredones o colchas. Ah. Necesito un reloj despertador para que me despierte. Good morning. Is this house on sale? I need to buy a house. It must have four rooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a sitting room, two patios and three bathrooms. Each bathroom must have its bathtub and shower, a toilet and a washbasin. In the bathrooms I need a place where I can keep soap, toothpaste, my hairbrushes, combs, a hairdrier, shaving foam, a safety razor, sponges, as toilet paper. I do not want towel rails, soap dishes or bath mats. I do not want beds or bedside tables, lamps, wardrobes, chests of drawers, mattresses, pillows, blankets, sheets, duvets or bedspreads. Ah. I need an alarm clock to wake me up. Reading 3 Maana es el primer da de escuela. Este ao le compre a Andy y Michael, mis hijos, muchas cosas. Algunas eran sumamente caras, otras relativamente econmicas. Obtuve los libros en una tienda que esta a lado de mi casa. Les compre ropa, aunque usan uniforme una camisa polo blanca y jeans. Compre medias camisas, camisetas, suteres, pantalones cortos, muchos pantalones, guantes, ropa de bao, bufandas, un impermeable, medias blancas, cinturones cafs y negros y muchas gorras. Compre ademas ropa interior, sobre todo calzoncillos blancos. Tomorrow is the first day of school. This year I bought Andy and Michael, my kids, a lot of things. Some of them were very expensive, others relatively cheap. I got the books in a store that is next to my house. I bought them a lot of cloths, though they use uniform a white polo shirt and jeans. I bought shirts, t-shirts, sweaters, shorts, a lot of trousers, gloves, bathing suits, scarves, a raincoat, white socks, black and brown belts and many caps. I also bought underwear, overall white underpants. Reading 4 En un aula usualmente encontramos el escritorio del profesor, un pizarrn y su borrador. Tambin encontramos marcadores de pizarra o tizas. Un alumno por lo general necesita cuadernos, plumas, lpices, gomas de borrar, reglas, resaltadores, un sacapunta, carpetas y diferentes tipos de hojas. A mis hijos les encanta ir a su dormitorio despus de clases. Usualmente dejan la ropa en el bao, y adoran correr alrededor de la sala y el comedor. Peleo con ellos todos los das. Detestan el huevo y la leche. No comen queso azul o de cabra pero adoran el yogur. In a classroom we usually find the teachers desk, a blackboard and its eraser. We also find board pens or chalks. A student generally needs notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, highlighters, a pencil sharpener, folders, and different types of sheets. My kids love to go to their bedroom after school. They usually leave their cloths in the bathroom and they love to run around the living room and the dining room. I fight with them every day. They hate eggs and milk. They do not eat blue cheese or goat cheese, however they love yoghurt.

Reading 5 Tengo una familia grande. Mi abuelo es doctor, mi abuela tiene su propio negocio. Mi abuelo corre en las noches y mi abuela usualmente lo acompaa. Mi madre se divorci de mi padre cuando tenia cinco aos. Tengo un padrastro y una madrastra, aunque no vivo con ellos. Vivo con mis abuelos, no tengo hermanos o hermanas, o primos o tos o tas. No tengo novia, rompimos hace un ao atrs. No me quiero casar; planeo esperar. Estudio para ser un doctor como mi abuelo, aunque mi abuela quiere que dirija el negocio. Quien sabe, a lo mejor pueda realizar ambos trabajos, doctor por las maanas y administrador por la noche y los fines de semana. Todos tenemos que trabajar. Antes de que me convierta en doctor, quisiera saber todo sobre el negocio de mi abuela, as podre administrarlo sin ningn problema. La vida de mis empleados est en mis manos y no planeo decepcionarlos. Ellos y sus familias necesitan sus trabajos mas que yo. I have a large family. My grandfather is a doctor, my grandmother has her own business. My grandfather runs at night, my grandmother usually goes with him. My mother got divorced when I was five years old. I have a step-father and a step-mother, though I do not live with them. I live with my grandparents, I do not have brothers or sisters, or cousins or aunts or uncles. I do not have a girlfriend, we broke up a year ago. I do not want to get married; I plan to wait. I study to be a doctor as my grandfather, though my grandmother wants me to run the business. Who knows, maybe I can accomplish both jobs, doctor in the morning and manager at night and on the weekends. We have to work. Before I become a doctor, I want to know everything about my grandmothers business so I can run it without any problem. The life of my employees is on my hands and I do not plan to disappoint them. They and their families need their jobs more than me.
