Original Certificate/Degree from Matric onwards along with transcripts/DMC(s) of degrees. Photocopies of Certificates and Degrees from Matric onwards. Copy of National I.D. Card of Degree Holder. Authority letter in favor of Authorized Person duly attested by Grade-17 officer or above, in case the degree holder is absent. Copy of National I.D. Card of Authorized Person. Attach Equivalence of HEC in case Bachelor or Master Degree is attained from abroad. In case the degree has not been issued yet then kindly supply a verification letter from Controller of Examinations of the concerned University for attestation of Detailed Marks Certificate/Transcripts. This would be applicable to the students who have passed their degree program during last three years and not beyond. Attach additional set of photocopies of degrees/transcripts if photocopies are also to be attested.

Note: Original Degrees/Transcripts are attested prior to the attestation of photocopies. Fake degrees and/or higher degrees obtained on the basis of fake degrees/certificate are confiscated.

Degree Attestation Services Attestation through Courier Service within Pakistan Only (w.e.f. 15th December 2010) I. Fill out Online Application Form for Courier service and take a print out. II. Hand over the form along with required documents mentioned below as detailed to the nominated OCS Express Centre. Documents required: I. Receipt of payment of Attestation Fee II. Original certificates/degrees from Matric onwards along with transcripts of degrees. III. Photocopies of certificates and degrees from Matric onwards (for HEC record). IV. Equivalence of HEC in case of Bachelor or Master Degree, etc from abroad. V. Copy of Computerized National Identity Card. VI. In case a degree has not been issued, the Detailed Marks Certificate/Transcript can be attested provided: a. Verification letter from the Controller of Examinations of the concerned university is attached. b. The applicant has passed degree programme within three years from the date of application. VII. For attestation of Shahadatul Almiya fil uloomm al Arabia wal Islamia please enter particulars of Middle, Aama, Khasa and attach equivalence of HEC. VIII. For attestation of Equivalence letter issued by HEC, attach original Equivalence letter along with attested copies of all documents. IX. For the attestation of "CPSP Fellowship/Membership" certificate get it verified from the controller of examinations of CPSP before submitting to HEC. X. In case application is being submitted by a person other than the degree holder, the following documents are required: a. Authority letter duly attested by a Grade 17 officer for the authorized person. b. Copy of the Computerized Identity Card of the Authorized person. Note: HEC attests original documents first then photocopies. No request for the attestation of photocopies would be entertained without the attestation of original documents. Additional Requirements for Attestation of PhD Degree For applicants who have obtained PhD degree before 31.05.2005: His/her name should be included in the HEC PhD Directory. Click here for PhD Directory. For applicants who were registered as PhD students before 31.05.2005 but were awarded degrees after 31.05.2005. (i) Copy of the title page of research article published in HEC approved X category journal (Y in case of social sciences only).

(ii) Name of the two foreign evaluators with their e-mail and official addresses who evaluated the thesis as per approval of the University/Institute. This Information is required from the controller of examinations of degree awarding University/Institute. (iii) His/her name should be included in the HEC PhD Directory. Click here for PhD Directory. For applicants who were registered as PhD students w.e.f. 01.06.2005 onwards. (i) Copy of transcript (30 credit hours) showing details of course work. (ii) Copy of the title page of research article published in HEC approved X category journal (Y in case of social sciences only). (iii) Name of the two foreign evaluators with their e-mail and official addresses who evaluated the thesis as per approval of the University/Institute.
