1. Introduction
A 10-digit level is represented in the following format in 5ESS AABBBBCCCC a) Where A is Area code in two digits b) B is group of Ten thousand represented in four digits c) C is sub digits of Ten thousand Once defined, the 10-digit levels can be assigned to analogue or digital subscribers through appropriate RCV forms and can be routed to local or incoming traffic by normal or conflict analysis.
2. Pre-requisites
a) RCV Terminal with authority b) Availability of enough 1000 levels (the maximum number of 1000 levels in 5ESS is 128)
3. Warning
Once allocated, 1000-groups cannot be deleted.
4. Procedure
a) Set the field MULTI AREA EXCHANGE=Y in RCV:95.1 b) Insert the required 10-digit level in RCV:6.5 with fields AREACODE as the first two digits of the 10-Digit level (AA) GRP OF 10000 as the next four digits of the 10-Digit level (BBBB) c) Insert the 100 groups of the required 10-digit level in RCV:6.5

Once the level has been created, the subscriber can be created in 1.1 RCV SBLDN . And the routing of calls can be done as required.
