FORM OF AGREEMENT TO BE EXECUTED BY THE CANDIDATES DEPUTED FOR FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING COURSE AT CIVIL SERVICE TRAINING INSTITUTE, BHAVANISAGAR. . I, _____________________ S/o Thiru. ______________________________ are bound to the Governor of Tamil Nadu in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to be paid to the said Governor of Tamil Nadu or to him certain attorney or attorney for which payment well and truely to be made we join bind

ourselves, our heirs executors, administrators, legal representatives are assigning and each one of us binds himself, his heirs, executors legal representatives and assigns severe and firmly by the presents. As witness our hands the day noted under our respective signature below: Whereas the Said Thiru. ______________________ has been selected by the Government of Tamil Nadu (Herein after called the Government) for training as a Assistant in the Department and WHEREAS THE GOVERNM ENT have agreed to pay the said Thiru. ______________________ by way of pay and allowance during his training period at such rate as he is eligible to draw at the time of training. Now the condition of the above-written bond is such that the said Thiru. ______________________ shall unless prevented by accident or illness certified by a competent medical authority to be satisfaction of the School Education Department as to be existence of such circumstances being final undergo the full period training as prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.3669, Public (Trg.) Department dated 23.11.74 and G.O.Ms.No.3053, Public (Training), Dt.23-9-75 at the Civil Service Training Institute, Bhavanisagar and shall during such period of training abide by such rules as may from time to time be laid down by the Government or the Principal, Civil Service Training Institute, Bhavanisagar or competent authority for regularising the course of training attendance and conduct and shall not during such course of training by guilty of idleness misconduct or irregularity in attendance and shall at the times

obey and follow the orders and directions that may from time to time given by the Government or the Principal, Civil Service Training Institute, Bhavanisagar or the Department or other person duly authorised in this behalf, on completion of his training, he shall, sit for the examination conducted by the Principal, Civil Service Institute, Bhavanisagar and pass it. He agree that he is bound to serve the State Government, for a period of not less than five years at the date of completion of Training as Assistant in the department and if the said Thiru. ____________________ shall in event of failing to observe or perform all or any one or more of the convenients and conditions herein before contained refund to the Government on demand the sum actually drawn as pay and allowances and proportionate cost of training including traveling allowance by the said Thiru. ______________________ during the period of his training. The above written bond or obligation shall be valid and it shall remain in full force. The sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) under the bond may be recovered under the Madras Revenue Recovery Act 1864 (Madras Act. II of 1864) as if, it were in arrear of Land Revenue, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery.
