This table shows what types of metrics are often best used to describe the baseline and improvement for Six Sigma projects. The Belt
and Champion may choose other metrics and units of measure to reflect the “Voice of the Customer.”

All Six Sigma Belts should complete the project charter with the Champion. The Controller should be involved at the start if financial
