Synopsis:
The main objective of the project Recharge Shop Management System is to maintain the effective user interface for the administrator in business. In this project maintained details about the recharge transactions. The project is divided into seven modules, namely login module, mobile network module, credit account module, easy recharge module, sim card module, topup card module, debit account module. The administrator can register the details of the mobile network module, credit account module. He can modify the details of the mobile network module, credit account module. Administrator can maintain easy recharge purchase and sales, sim card purchase and sales, topup card purchase and sales, debit account details can store in database easily and can view the details day wise.

~>INTRODUCTION:

This project is used to Manage a part of Commercial Recharge shop Business and is mainly focused on to reduce the manual work, time and will update the latest Transactions as needed. This project mainly deals with All Easy Recharge Transaction Details , Sim card purchase and sales details , Top up card purchase and sales details and also customer debit account details that are stored in database. Through this project the administrator of Commercial Recharge shop Business can maintain All Purchase and Sales details store and view in the database.

This project is developed using vb.net as front end and MS-Access as backend.

~> EXISTING SYSTEM:

The existing system is fully based on manual work. In this system they use lots of files and records to maintain the information. Example: If to create any new account for Customer, his personal details are stored in one record and his Transaction details are stored in another record and his Debit Account was maintained by another record. This bundle of records is maintained in a separate room. They took lot of time to complete a single transaction. If they need any process, they must refer more than one record. Much of human power and time are consumed. Also there is a possibility for Error occurrence and cannot be able to update it in future.

~>PROPOSED SYSTEM:
This project entitled as Recharge Shop Administrating System is mainly focused on database maintenance of Easy Recharge Transactions. In this system there is no need for maintenance of large amount of records. It has only a Specific in formations that requires and it can easily store it in database, and it can manipulate the data in easy way. If there is a need of a specific data to be displayed, doesnt need to search all the records. It can be done in easy way and takes only less time. Lot of human power and time can be saved. In every Transaction can be made in Easy recharge sales, Sim card sales, and Top up card sales Similarly this updation can be done in any record very easily. In this system, there is no possibility for loss of data.

PROGRAM DESIGN: This is a medium sized project for managing Small Recharge Shop Business. Current version of this project includes Recharge Management System, some forms for managing Sim card purchase and sales, Top up card purchase and sales etc. Administrator can continuously working on this project and will update the latest versions when available. This is an ideal project for managing the Recharge Transaction details of a Mobile network in the Business. Administrator can register and maintain the details of the Mobile network using this as a template. Even though we have implemented many features, you can extend it by adding several new features to it. From this project administrator can maintain other Mobile network details also in the database. Here the Debit Amount also maintained for the Customer and their Balance also maintained. MODULE DESCRIPTION: Login Module: In this module administrator can register the username and password and login successfully. Mobile Network Module: In this module administrator can maintain the mobile network name, id number, opening balance, mobile number can register in this module and they can view their details and they can change their details like their mobile number. Credit Account Module: In this module administrator can maintain the credit account name, id number, contact number, address and opening balance can register in this module and they can view their details and they can change their details like their mobile number and their address. Easy Recharge Sales Module: In this module administrator can maintain the mobile network name, id number, opening balance, customer mobile number, transaction amount, retailer commission amount after transaction balance, credit account name, id number, opening balance, received amount and balance amount these are stored in this database by date wise and next time automatically generate before last available balance as today opening balance and last credit account opening balance add with last balance amount these are stored in database by date wise through this module and any time can view database values easily and can also view date wise database values.

Sim Card Module: In this module administrator can maintain the mobile network name, id number,new purchase mobile number and purchase amount can register in this module and they can mobile network name, id number , sales mobile mobile no and sales amount details and they can view database values easily and can also view date wise database values.

Top up Card Module: In this module administrator can maintain the mobile network name, id number, new purchase denomination and number of denomination for all mobile networks can register to database and they can mobile network name, id number , sales denomination and number of sales denomination and sales amount details stored in database and they can view database values easily and can also view date wise database values. Debit Account Module: In this module administrator can maintain the credit account name, id number, opening balance, received amount and after balance amount can store to database and they can view database values easily and can also view date wise database values.

Today Reports Module: In this module the administrator can view date wise easy transaction details, sim card purchase details, sim card sales details, topup card purchase details, topup card sales details, debit account details these are displayed in this module.
