Trade Development Mission Alberta Gift Show Edmonton AB As part of the continuing development of Sasktachewans arts, crafts and cultural industry in Western Canada, a business development mission is planned. Trade & Business Development Mission Nuremberg, Germany BioFach Organic Trade Show Germany & Central Europe (Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic) STEP will recruit member companies to participate in a trade mission to the Biofach Organic Trade Show occurring February 2012 in Nuremberg, Germany. Bangladesh, India Pakistan, Sri Lanka STEP will lead an agri-value sector trade development mission to South Asia in February/March 2012. The countries in the region present an ever-growing market opportunity for Saskatchewan agri-food products and a growing interest for Saskatchewan products from other sectors. STEP plans to visit Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan and will present the latest information on pulse production there and will, together with Canadian Posts in those countries, meet with all importers in order to market our products and inform them of new developments in this extremely important and ever-growing industry. This mission allows for better understanding of the South Asian pulse markets and business cultures.
