Statement of Objectives Constructing a project plan upon a new product by D.U Singer Hospital, Research and Development Department called long-term antiseptic. About scope of the project, due to formula had been developed and major regulatory issues had been solved; there are small problems until the manufacturing procedures. Scope of the project is until the production process can be turned over to manufacturing. Manufacturing operation can produce 95% yield of product at a level of 80% of the full production goal of 10 million liters per year. Requirement of this project are: b. Development of the packaging design. Manufacturing procedures has to be in accordance with corporate policies and standards. Capital equipment selection and procurement, installation of this equipment and startup to manufacture. Must be met with FDA, EPA and OSHA regulations.

Work Breakdown Structure WBS is a tool which helps us to define projects elements and scope of the project. Project manager needs Work Breakdown Structure because it provides main structure of the project and helps to understand all subsets required for objective. This project could be divided into 6 different parts, which are: Requirements Development Design Procurement Install Test
