Following Are the Points which are recommended to be added in the constituti0n for the year 2011-2012 These points are recommended by: M.Taha Salman (CEO and Prefect # 1) Asjad Zaheer (House Captain) Attique Muzammil (Prefect # 2) Other Committee Members

POINTS 1) Every One Has A Right To Ask Question In The House Meeting. 2) Every One Has A Right To Take Part In Elections. 3) Members Of Admin Committee Will Be Selected via Elections. 4) Total Numbers Of Admin Committee Members Are As Follow: 3 Members From Class 10th (ADMIN) CEO and Prefect # 1 House Captain Prefect # 2 2 Members From Class 9th 2 Members From Class 8th 1 Member From Class 7th 1 Vice House Captain From Class 7th 1 Member From Class 6th Total Members:10 5) Elections for the Post of Admin Committee Member will be Held after Every 8 Weeks.

Admin Has A Right To Ask Question To Anyone about Anything. Admin Will Select Team Captains. Team Captains Cannot Be Changed During Tournament. House Captain, Prefects, CEO Cannot Be Changed During 1 Whole Working Year. 10) Admin Cannot Be Nominated They Will Be Elected. 11) No Political Grouping Will Be There In The House. 12) Every One Has To Attend House Meeting. 13) No One Is Allowed To Break The Rules Of Constitution. 14) There Will Be Admin Meeting Every Friday In Break. 15) Admin Will Be Answerable To Public and House Masters. 16) Only Members Have The Right To Challenge The Decision Of Admin. 17) There Should Be Friendly Relation Between The Members Of The House. 18) Captains Will Be Nominated, They Cant Be Elected. 19) Vice Captains Will Be Elected. 20) Emergency Committee Meeting In Break Can Be Called By Admin And Senior Members. 21) The Points In Constitution Can Only Be Changed By The House Master. 22) Admin Can Also Make Changes In Constitution But With The Signatures Of All Committee Members. 23) CEO And House Captain Can Only Be From Class 10th. 24) Everyone Will Be Given Chance In Trials Not In The Respective Match. 25) Respective Captains And Admin Will Decide The Playing Team. 26) Trials Will Be Must Before Every Match. 27) Trials Timings Will Be Decided By the Respective Captains. 28) Every Decision And The Official Work Will Be In The Written Form And Should Be Signed By The Admin Or House Masters. 29) CEO Will Be the Right Hand of the House Master. 30) If Any Problem Arises, Committee Will Give Decision On The Day The Question Is Asked Or In Next Seven Days. 31) Admin Will Be the Head of All Departments. 32) Anyone Can Submit Problem But In Written Form.

33) FACEBOOK AMIN Will Be Updated Every Day by the Respective Responsible. 34) Admin Has More Rights Than Anyone In The House Except House Master. 35) If There Is Something To Be Changed In The Constitution Then The Public Will Discuss The Matter With The Elected Members And The Members Will Discuss It To Admin. 36) No Change Cant Be Done In The Constitution Without The Signatures Of All Members Of Committee 37) If This Constitution Or Committee Is Cancelled or Suspended Then The New Elections Will Be Held In The Next 7 Days. The New Constitution Can Only Be Passed Through The New Elected Members And Admin. 38) Elected Members Can Only Be Suspended Or Dismissed By The House Master Or Admin. 39) Only Admin or House Master Can Suspend or Cancel the Constitution. 40) Election For Any Post Will Be Held In Next 7 Days After The Dismissal Of The Respective Member. 41) A Weekly Report Will Be Submitted To The House Captain By The Respective Elected Ministers. The Report Will Be In Written Form. 42) Report Will Contain What Elected Members Have Done In Respective 2 Weeks For House. The Report Will Also Contain The Data About The Students of Amin House Which Are Under The Respective Elected Members. 43) Special Prizes Will Be Given To The Brilliant Students After Every 2 Weeks. 44) The Respective Members Will Decide The Winners. They Will Add The Winner Name From Their Respective Departments In The 2 Weekly Reports. 45) The Prizes For The Winner Will Be Decided By The Admin And House Master. 46) Cash Prizes Are Not Allowed. Any Other Prizes Can is given or Seats in Board Can Be Given as a Prize to the Winners. 47) There Will Be 6 Days Election Campaign Before Election Date.

48) No Official Work Can Be Done Without The Signature Of Head of The Admin Or Full Admin. 49) Final Decision in Admin Will Be Taken By the Head of the Admin. 50) Head Of Admin Will Be Decided By The House Master Every Year. 51) If Any Boy Will Be Absent In House Meeting, He Will Be Answerable To The Admin And He Can Also Be Fined By The Admin. 52) Fine Or Punishment Can Be Given To The Absentees. 53) House Meeting Format Will Be Decided By The Admin. 54) Any Application Will Be Directly Submitted To The CEO. 55) Every Member Should Make Sure That He Gives 100 Percent Result In House Activities. Every House Member Should Be Sincere With House. 56) Guard Members Will Be Nominated Or Elected From 10th Class. 57) Guard Members Will Check The Presence And Absence Of House Members. Punishment Can Also Be Given Through Guard Members to the Absentees or Any One Else With the Permission of House Master and Admin. 58) Applicant For The Election Must Be The Member Of Amin House. 59) Elected Members Will Be Issued Special Cards For Their Special Official Work. 60) Trials Can Be Taken In Evening Games Or Any Other Timing. 61) Respective Captains Will Be Responsible For The Trials. 62) Captains Will Also Ensure That One Day Evening Practice Session Must Be Held. 63) Any Type Of Corruption Is Not Allowed In The House. 64) If Any One Will Be Seen Involved In Corruption, He Will Be Suspended According To The Decision Made By The Admin. 65) Complaint Office And Amin House Franchise Will Be In The Admin Classes. Amin House Offices Will Be Only Opened During Break And Before Assembly. 66) Admin Will Give 8 Weeks Tasks To Elected Members and The Members Will Give Admin Report After Every 2 Weeks And At The End Of 8th Week. 67) Any Elected Member or Admin Can Face Referendum.

68) House Master Can Order For The Referendum Of Admin And Admin Can Order For The Referendum Of Elected Members Anytime. 69) Only Winning Captain Can Lift the Trophy. If Captain Is Absent Or Any Other Problem Arises Then Anyone Of The Admin Can Lift The Trophy But With The Written Permission Of The Winning Captain. 70) Without Written Permission Of Winning Captain No One Can Lift The Trophy At Any Cost. 71) Athletics Trophy Can Be Lifted By The 3 Winning Captains Together or Any One Alone Of The 3 Winning Captains. 72) The Athlete Trophy Lifter Must Have The Written Permission Of The Other 2 Winning Captains And The Admin. 73) If No One Of The Winning Captain Give Approval To each Other To Lift The Athletic Trophy Then Admin Will Make Decision About The Trophy Lifter. 74) The Respective Captains Will Be The Head Of The Team In The Match and Practice Sessions. 75) Every One Has To Obey The Captain In The Match. 76) Captain Has The Right To Make Substitution Or Not To Make Substitution During The Match. 77) Captain Is Responsible For Any Result Of The Match. 78) The Captain Can Be Asked For the Written Explanation for the Result of the Match. 79) Captain Can Make Any Decision Regarding Match. 80) Final Decision About The Results Of The Election Will Be Taken By The Admin And The House Masters. 81) The Applicant For The Elections Must Have To Submit Their Agenda Before Taking Part In Elections. 82) Admin Can Stop Any One From Taking Part in Elections Due To Any Negative Point In Agenda. 83) Admin and House Master Can Approve or Disapprove Election Results. 84) The Elections Can Be Taken In Written Form or By Hand Rising. 85) Students Can Vote Only For The Applicant Of Their Same Class. 86) No One Can Vote For The Applicant Of Any Other Class. 87) The Post Or Ratings Of The Members Are As Follow.

 House Master = President CEO = Prime Minister House Captain = Chief Minister Prefects = Governor Members = Ministers 88) There Will Be An Independent Election Commission And Independent Judiciary. 89) House Masters Will Make Final Decision About Any Case In Judiciary. 90) Three Members Will Act As A Judge In Judiciary. 91) Every One Has Equal Rights In Public. 92) Anyone Can Give Advices To Admin And Officials. 93) Problems And Complaints Can Also Be Submitted To The Respective Members. If Ministers do not take Action Then the Problem Can Be raised In the House Meeting. 94) No One Is Allowed To Bunk Class In The Name Of House Without Special Written Permission From House Master Or Admin. 95) If Any One Will Violate Any Rule, He Will Be Given Punishment Recommended By The Ministers and the Admin. 96) No Member Of Amin House Is Allowed To Play From Any Other House. 97) If Any Member Will Play From Any Other House. Immediate Legal Action Will Be Taken By The Admin Against That Accused. 98) List Of Playing 11 Will Be Submitted By The Respective Captain To The Admin A Day Before Match. 99) Admin Can Approve or Disapprove Playing 11. Admin Can Also Make Any Changes In Playing 11 Lists. 100) A Member Of Amin House Must Have Represent House In 1 Event. Every One Has to Take Part In At least 1 Event in 1 Month.

101) The Boys Who Has Taken Part In The Following Events Are Eligible For The Trials Of Cricket And Football. SENIORS Baseball Basketball Table Tennis Badminton Hockey Speeches Naat And Qirat Competition JUNIORS Table Tennis Badminton Speeches Hockey Naat and Qirat Competition To Take Part In Events Of Cricket And Football, Students Must Have Taken Part or Given Trials Of Above Mentioned Events. Admin Committee i.e. CEO Prefect 1 and 2 House Captain

Will Give Names Of The Members For The Next Year Admin Committee. The Names Can Be Discussed In the Committee Meeting or House Meeting. Names Will Be Selected According To The Performance Of The Members Of The Respective 9th Class. House Master Reserves The Right Of Asking Any Question About Selection Of Admin Committee Members and Changing Any Member Of Admin Committee With Or Without Reason.
