Removal of all existing relevant equipments and installation of all supplied equipments, including but not limited to flow computer cabinet, human machine interface rack, cable routing, and piping installation. 4 FAT & Calibration Factory acceptance testing in presence of PETRONAS Carigali-PMO, PETRONAS Management Unit (PMU) and relevant partners including but not limited to testing, simulation and verification of all supplied equipments as per international standards. Inclusive of integrated FAT comprising all subsystem i.e. DCS, SMARTCEN, FC and GC to be performed separately prior to actual installation at Duyong.

5 SAT & Commissioning Configuration of all supplied equipments, Lump including but not limited to establishing common Sum communication channel among gas ultrasonic meters, flow computers, human machine interface and programmable logic controller (if any). On-site integration testing in presence of PETRONAS Carigali-PMO, PETRONAS Management Unit (PMU) and relevant partners including but not limited to testing, dry simulation, verification and punch list clearance of all supplied equipments as per international standards. 6 Documentation & Training All documentation, as listed but not limited to the below, must be made available in ONE (1) SET (defined as three (3) hardcopies and three (3) softcopies (both editable and non-editable): Functional Design Specification Overall Accuracy and Uncertainty Bi-weekly progress reports FAT reports SAT reports Punch List reports and checklist As built drawing Updated validation manual (original copy can be requested from PCSB) as per modified system Transportation of all drafts and final reports from Vendor facilities to PMO KOP Office. Training sessions as follows must be provided: 4 sessions for Operator (4 different crews) 1 session for Engineers and Technician TOTAL RAW BID PRICE
