Soul & Spine Class Descriptions
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Classes present ancient yogic techniques to unify body, mind and spirit. Classes include movement, postures, strength training, mudras (hand positions),
mantras (chant), & meditation. All classes end with Deep Relaxation that may include scented towels, essential oil treatments or Reiki Energy Healing.
Please come to increase flexibility, boost metabolism, maintain a healthy weight, open spiritual awareness, relieve depression & insomnia, restore energy
& vitality, promote self love, feel happy and centered and SO much more!
Hatha Yoga
A Hatha-based practice suitable for all levels, rooted in linking the breath with movement. Postures will stretch/strengthen your body as well as open and
focus your mind and spirit. All classes end with Deep Relaxation that may include scented towels, essential oil treatments or Reiki Energy Healing.
Essential Pilates
Beginning level class designed to teach students the 5 STOTT Pilates Principles as well as all Essential Level Pilates exercises. Focus on postural
alignment, core strength, pelvic placement, shoulder girdle stability, stretching/lengthening of major muscle groups and bringing overall balance into the
body.
Experienced Pilates
Intermediate level class designed to build on the student’s knowledge of the 5 STOTT Pilates Principles as well as all Essential Level Pilates exercises.
Focus on postural alignment, core strength, pelvic placement, shoulder girdle stability, stretching/lengthening of major muscle groups and bringing overall
balance into the body. The pace of the class is slightly faster and intermediate and advanced exercises are introduced.
Family Yoga
Classes may be reserved for just you and your family! We can make this a fun Yoga Play evening for all ages. Cost is $25 for each family and 1-2
families can sign-up per night (depending on the size). The studio will accommodate 4-8 ~ It only matters how cozy you and the Family like to be!
