    Affidavits that support that Barack Hussein Obama stole the social security number that he currently uses while serving in the White House. and "no" a background investigation was not required for Obama or any other President to get in the White House. It was up to Congress to vet his background and investigate this crime and they have failed to do so. Included in the set of documents is a FOIA response that is included in my book from the federal Office of Personnel Management. The judge had initially dismissed the FOIA lawsuit which was asking for a redacted copy of the social security application but the criminal DOJ has fought against it and has so far won again in hiding obama's documents that would reveal fraud crimes.     Background investigations are not conducted on elected Federal officials before or after they are sworn into office.
