CURRENT RESEARCH:

My current research focuses Modeling and Analyzing the Temporal Behaviors of Regulatory Networks using a Stochastic Modeling Approach. Biological regulation is responsible for the development of biological organisms. The mechanisms of biological regulation can be described by Biological Regulatory Networks (BRNs) which exhibit temporal and spatial behaviors (dynamics). According to epigenetic observations, the behaviors of BRNs can diverge from normal, viable behaviors leading the system to undesirable behavior. The divergence from the viable behavior and, in particular, the investigation of the conditions under which the divergence occurs is thus a key issue to be analyzed in the realm of biological regulatory systems.
