1 * Bang team should provide/present interesting facts during the 1st day team introductions.
Before training of each process, should we begin with a brief overview of the process and how it
2 applies to the end user?
Info is needed regarding Bang team information/ideas and method of delivery for management
3 meeting.
Would it be more valuable to do an assessment for each process owner based on the specific
4 process?
5 We need to work out the details of the HD training with Amy (when she will arrive onsite, how is she

Indexing
The Indexer logs into PRT and start doing the Indexing in
PRT.
He need to ensure all the details in the dail tracker is
updated by the time he/she completes the Indexing by
EOD.
Open Ariba
Search for ER
Oepn ER
Check for the ER and URN
Check whether the receipts are attached into the Claims
Review the Quality fo Images
IF every thing matches release the claims for payment
otherwise update the coments and send it back to
FHZ.Update the comments in the DWT at the EOD.
Reconciliation of DWT
AT the end of the day once the Activity of Indexing and
Auditing is completed the TL needs to open the DWT and
see whether all the claims have been processed.Needs to
escalate any issues found in the tracker to On-Shore SCDL
David Smith for further Action.
