Job summary: This role serves as an internal knowledge management professional who works as part of a global team to manage and drive the implementation of key knowledge priorities for a service line. It is the aim to enable the practice with the knowledge and tools that are critical to help win work, deliver globally consistent services to clients, increase quality, and grow the business further. The implementation of the knowledge strategy will involve varying levels of coverage/scope within the service lines including key markets, sub service lines, communities, industry sectors, etc. This professional will have an active role in our knowledge culture by helping to cultivate knowledge sharing behaviors and encouraging re-use of share-able knowledge. This role requires someone with experience in driving implementation of a large knowledge program, with a focus on content strategy, content management and culture change, and with an execution-focused mindset, but it also offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to get involved in shaping and influencing future knowledge plans as the role evolves.

Essential functions of the job: Market Leadership and Growth

Works with the global/area service line knowledge leadership, business stakeholders and appointed Knowledge champions, and others in EY Knowledge to design and implement processes and culture to enable the ongoing capture of best practice content (e.g talking point decks, proposals deliverables, credentials) from practitioners/engagement teams. Drives awareness of the key knowledge tools and the best content, and engages people across the service line to use the tools and content to help support revenue growth and service delivery effectiveness Identifies and actions hot issues/topics/trends within the service line that require specific focus to rapidly capture the related knowledge assets Gains feedback from practitioners on their knowledge needs, knowledge approaches and tools and iterates the implementation program and/or feeds in to future technology developments to ensure the knowledge roadmap and plan remain relevant to the service line Builds strong relationships within the service line and others within EY Knowledge to build a good understanding of the business strategy and knowledge priorities Operational Excellence Participates in the execution of the service line Knowledge Plan, applying appropriate project management rigor, and communicating and reporting to the program leaders and stakeholders as appropriate Oversight of service line requests for external business information sources, assessment of use/ROI of such vendor contracts, and reviews and validates changes to the source list and budget with the service line knowledge leadership and global functional team.
