Introduction: In this discussion we will observe the role of the government and organization on the environmental and social issues. What are the social issues that are facing the modern corporations, what are the environmental problems that are occurring in the communities where the business operates, what is the corporate social responsibility and business ethics how this will helpful for the organizations growth. And also we evaluate the statement it is responsibility of the government, not business, to protect the environment. Social issues: In the business process corporations will face so many social problems over the time, some times these problems will cause directly by the organization or not. Organizations deal with the different social issues and problems, this is not possible to discuss all the issues that are faced by the organizations but we will discuss some of the major issues that are faced by the organizations. Those are

Environmental issues Global issues Technology issues Here we will majorly concerned about the environmental issues that are faced by the organizations, organizations are criticized from the long time for the their negative approach for the natural environment in terms of its toxic wastage, air pollution, water pollution, and fossils (coal, oil and gas) that are used for the business process will release the high carbon dioxide, and many more. In the recent time some of the organizations that are facing the social problems in the market place are Nike,

BP and many more, these social issues are majorly effected their reputation, profit, and good will in the market. So the organizations very concerned about the regulations and procedures they are follows. Many large corporations scope is multinational and they are facing social, ethical and legal issues in their globalization process. Technological issue is a part of the social issues that are facing the many organizations in terms of privacy, security in the business service process. Large organizations are using the Internet as their channel for the service to the consumers. Social responsibility: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) means adding more responsibilities to the organization, which means not only concentrate on the returns for the investors but also adding responsibilities of moral, ethical and philanthropic. CSR requires to adopt the responsibilities of not only the stockholders but also other constitutes which are affected by the organization actions, effected constitutes of the organization can be employers, local communities, consumers, suppliers, distributors, federal government, environmental groups, and groups. The groups that are affected by the organization activities and procedures are called as the stakeholders. CSR is related to the business ethics but not identical with it, it compasses the responsibility of economical, ethical and legal responsibilities of the firm, normally business ethics means moral judgment of the behaviour of the individual or the groups of the organization, business ethics is a part of the corporate social responsibility. Government: Governments has imposed some regulations to the organizations in order to operate on their continents,

these laws are followed by the every organization in the continents, the government regulations are prepared for the safeguard of the environment from the unethical organizations, if any organization violate the laws may be force the organization to stop their operations on the continents and also boycott the organization from the continent, the laws that are implemented over the continents are National environment protection act, clean water act and etc These laws are mainly focused on the protection of the environment, consumers as well as organization, organizations are adopted more responsibilities by using CSR, so that they can show their desire on the environment protection, In the present market place in order to give the competitive advantage and good will in the market organizations are showing their responsibilities towards the environmental issues. Consumers are also focusing on the organization products, their procedures and outcomes. They are also very interested in the organization behaviour over the social issues and problems. Conclusion: Form the above observations we can conclude that the government and organization are both have their responsibility to protect the environment, government has to implement the regulations to protect the environment from the unethical organizations as well as organizations in the recent times has showing their interest in the social activities so that they can achieve the reputation and good will in the market environment, consumers are also concerned about their products and organizations. They are also actively observing the organizations activities so the originations are also show the more responsibilities on the environmental issues not only the government. References:
