Review documentation prior to handing over and Prepare As-Built Drawings and compile QA/QC Dossiers. Co-ordinate and follow-up with contractor to rectify the punch items and clear the punch items with client within the time schedule. Familiar with International code, standard and specification like ASME Section II, ASME Section V, ASME Section VIII, ASME B 31.3, ASME Section IX and API 1104.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Involved in Mechanical completion activities, including punch list preparation according to category A B etc, and punch list follow-up for the close out of the punch items accordingly, prior to final completion Inspection. Verification of all fabrications material conformance as per project drawings and specifications. Fit-up inspections for pressure vessels, Heat exchangers/columns and shop fabricated tanks. Witness final pressure tests, including verification of pressure gauges with adequate dial range and calibrated. Hydro test package review prior to testing and submitting to client for approval. Visual inspection of welded joints and supervision of joint repair if required Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flanges, proper flange face and fittings. Verify flow direction arrows on valves; also verify that the properly identified of valves are installed in accordance with the flow diagram. Inspections of weld, and verify the disconnection of pipe with the equipment, and vents and drains lines prior to testing. Inspection of piping prior to erection to verify the interior is clear of foreign materials. Edge preparation and fit-ups to verify that areas to be welded are free of contaminants Evaluation of test package contents, lines checking against drawing requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of the piping system Co-ordinate and follow-up to rectify the punch items and clear the punch items with client within the time schedule. Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications. Ensure blinds are removed and correct gaskets are installed. 14 Field measurement & drafting/sketching work for temporary piping & repair package during turnaround.
