Proactive approach to counsel employees who want to leave their services Exit formalities process Conduct and document exit interviews for employees & vendor resources who are terminated, issue relieving letters. Exit interview analysis Preparation of all kinds of employee related documents (salary certificates / address proof letters / experience letters ) Addressing employee Grievances Facilitating employee grievance redressal by direct intervention and or through department heads Employee Communication & Engagement Communication and counseling for all employees to resolve issues/concerns and information requirements Initiated and organized recreational events like Family Day functions Annual function, birthday bash, sports day, etc Vendor management for staffing requirements Engaging new vendors, Negotiating Contract rates & issuing work orders Signing of contracts with Subcontracting Companies Handling End to End recruitment for internal positions using portals Database management Coordinating with the vendor for employee medical insurance related issues & providing regular updates Publishing MIS and weekly reports to the Senior Management Maintaining Employee database & personal files

Ensuring its fair implementation End to End - Recruitment process Sourcing the profiles matching the requirements through available in-house database Well-versed with searching the CV's in Job Portals Screening profiles for requirements. Conducting interviews to screen the candidates according to the requirements. Scheduling the interviews with Technical leaders and Project Managers. Follow up with the candidates till the date of join.
