Introduction
Radicare (M) Sdn Bhd was established on January 6, 1994 and its headquarters is located in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. Radicare have a total of 39 branches covering the central state of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang and East Coast states of Kelantan and Terengganu. The main goal of the company's business is to become a successful corporate organization and responsibility in contributing to national development towards Vision 2020.

The main core business is to provide support services to the hospital to serve as a catalyst to become more competitive in many areas of health care in full the "TOTAL HEALTH CARE".

Radicare Sbn Bhd Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah, 20400 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Non Invensive Blood Pressure (NIBP) While in Radicare Sdn Bhd I have learned about machinery Non invensive blood pressure(NIBP). NIBP is an electronic sphygmomanometer. NIBP function is to measure blood pressure.

Arm cuff will be attached to the patient. START button is pressed on the control panel to start operations. Machine will pump the air until blistered and cuff gripped the arm. When it arrived at one level, this machine will stop pumping and air will be released bit by bit until the blood to flow back into the arm. Once the air is released, the readings will be displayed on the monitor. The device can be done manually or automatically. Additionally this data can be printed in graphical form. There are also some of these tools display SpO2 reading such as the Dinamap Pro 100. There are five readings that can be taken through this NIBP : Systolic = high blood pressure Diastolic = low blood pressure MAP (Mean arterial Pressure) = point of maximum oscillation. Pulse Rate = pulse rate (BPM) SpO2 = Percentage of Oxygen

Conclusion The conclusions that can I do about this machine is that it is too heavy and large to be carried anywhere. I would suggest that the size of this machine is reduced to make it easier for doctors and nurses performing their duties more easily. In addition, the small size also saves space for storing the machine.
