To be an achiever you always got to be a believer and

that is what I tried to do while taking into hand this project.

Tasks are not accomplished single-handedly you constantly

need a strong support system to reach it. This project that

has been prepared would have been non-existent without

the help of some people who I would dearly want to thank &

respect them a lot for whatever they have done for me.

I would first like to thank the Almighty for showering

his blessings on me & always made me feel his presence.

Our principal Mrs. S.M. Diwanji for allowing me to

showcase my talent. A special thanks to my Project Guide

Mr. Sundaram and Course Co-ordinator Mrs. Shilpa

Thakur for giving me constant guidance & giving light to

this project.

I would also thank my College Computer Lab officials,

Library officials who have indirectly helped me in completing

this project. A recovery official for providing me with the

practical information and to all the Bank officials who helped

me with the primary data.

Lastly but not certainly not the least I am grateful to

my parents for encouraging me to join this course & provide

me with their constant support and assistance to make this

project worth presenting before you & also my friends who

were there for me.

There is one more person who has been a strong

encouragement for me & who also played a part in this

project Mr. Nitin Gokhale.

The Sea once told me about his large empire and how

mighty he was but when I told about the above people he

felt so small. Yes all of them have been a mighty force and I
