Original change of residence certificate issued by local authority from country of departure. Inventory in French. Work contract or original attestation from Moroccan company. Copy of passport with stamp of entry Morocco. Franchising delivered by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Rabat. Inventory. Copy of passport. Wedding certificate. Original certificate of change of residence. Inventory. Notary act giving name of the deceased and his family relationship with the heir. Inventory delivered by notary.

Customs Prescriptions
Duty free entry if goods have been in owners possession and used for more than 6 months.

Remarks
Moroccan Consulate must stamp same documents in place of departure for Moroccan people.

Diplomats' removals

Duty free entry even for new furniture.

Wedding trousseaux

Duty free entry except for new items.

Inheritance

Same as above.

New articles Antiques, works of art

Subject to duty and taxes. Detailed and valued inventory. Authorisation issued by Ministry of the Cultural Affairs. Original import licence. Original passport. Certificate of vaccination (vaccination against rabies required for dogs only). Health certificate. Phytosanitary certificate. Hunting permit. Firearm acquisition certificate.

Motor vehicles, motor cycles, boats, caravans Dogs and cats

Very high customs duties whether new or used (www.douane.gov.ma).

Plants Hunting arms Books, records, cassettes

Duty free entry when used and part of removal goods.

If documents are not produced, arms will be retained at customs. No list required.
