Terms & Conditions Payment Software: i) 50 % of payment at the time of installation ii) Rest after one month from the installation Hardware: i) 50 % advance Payment and rest against delivery One week from the date of LPO Project closure will be end of second month from the date of LPO Multi User License. Evaluation copy of the software will be running till the final payment is settled. Training will be provided to the users for 5(days) X 3 hrs on train the trainer basis. Additional training will be chargeable. Six months free technical support with three months software upgrades Our engineer will do the installation in one server and 3 users PC. Additional installation/re-installation will be chargeable Customer has to provide final requirements in written via Fax / E-mail within one month from the Date of Installation. That will be considered as BRD(Business Requirement Documents)

1) Telephone/ Remote Connectivity /E-mail support will be provided during the business hours (10 AM-1.30PM and 2.30 PM 7.00 PM). 2) On-site support will be charged @ AED 250 per visit after the warranty period (or) 20% of the Invoice amount as an Annual Maintenance Cost
