A: On 9/7/2011, I received a call from a Thomas Milby Smith, at my office location in Spokane Valley
Wa. who stated is was an attorney who was referred to Affordable Storage allegedly by a Mr. Darby Jacobs dba Darbys Upholstery per the here say conversation I had with Mr. Smith who was inquiring

into a person named Rena Peterson who per Mr.Smith alleged that Mr. Darby had told him that Rena Peterson had moved nine (9_) CARS from his field being stored there behind his business into my storage facility and he wanted to know about this

Rena Peterson. He showed me pictures of nine (9) CARS he stated Rena Peterson took and I
initially replied that I did not have any of those cars as shown in the photos on my site in storage. He replied that I did and he could see them from the road area outside the fenced storage site. I then noted where he said those nine (9) CARS were in his view and determined the photos were before pictures and the cars stored do not resemble anything like the pictures. He wanted to know if Rena Peterson , personally had paid for the storage lots and for how long were they paid for. He provided me with documentation of his appointment as Administrator of Garth B Peterson estate and stated he was GOING TO SEIZE THE CARS HE VIEWED FROM BEHIND THE SECURITY FENCE since he believed they were the Estate assets however all he could prove was a list of cars held in the estate written up without vin # or names on titles, but he was certain he could obtain them and was inquiring through the name of Rena Peterson not thru the name of the estate of Garth _Peterson.

B:_ I was not comfortable discussing Rena Peterson to whom he had no authority over or
right to violate her privacy and lessee /lessor relationship we held with her but he was not concerned about my legal obligation to adhere to the Laws of Wa State landlord tenant statutes.

C: Mr.Smith then continued his ramming down of his power and position and intention to take these
these cars which I still had not received any legal factual proof he was the holder for the estate of them as he acted as if that it was his way AND HAD NO CONCERN FOR HIS TAKING OF THE CARS BEING SUBJECT TO providing me with title and registration in support of his intended forcible SEIZURE OF these nine cars he had not stored there but knew of a Rena Peterson who had.

D: He further acted so boldly as to ask if I could get some people to buu them from him as they
sat in the exposed leased lots prepaid by Rena Peterson, a person who has privacy rights and a thought process an attorney should be cognoscente of ,This conversation was over the phone and in person and I have copies of the autos he provided me and of a court document copies.

E: His demeanor and attitude was not what you would expect of an attorney or an administrator of
an estate to be and as an attorney but more alarming was the lack of concern to the heirs instead of this adversary, hostile way was his first obvious choice he made when appointed . It was disturbing to me if I had just lost my father he would be the last person Id want to be involved with as a heir who was grieving this last paragraph just my personal opinion and insight.
