dear all,

i think it would be valuable for both alan leong and christine loh to attend
apco's presentation, as these are key issues with which we all need to be
comfortable.

in fact i wonder whether alan ought to attend these meetings on a regular basis,
as more and more i assume they will focus on campaign issues with regard to which
his input will be important.

the apco team (vincent wong, vivian fung and ellen chan) have agreed to brief the
working group at the meeting on tuesday and will bring along graphic specialist
craig au yeung on progress:

1. the "message pyramid" for the campaign;

2. the campaign's overall graphic design ideas;
3. focus group reserach on alan's public perception;
4. print ad and corresponding website, and direct marketing as alternative.

i suggest we invite alan leong and christine loh (in her capacity as alan's
personal advisor), and woon to the briefing, as it is obviously important to have
their imput and to keep them informed.

please reminded that the next working group meeting of ce election campaign is to
be held on october 17th (tuesday) 4:30pm at 10th floor, new henry building
