contractual party with ��apco�� for our services is the ��civic party��, not the
campaign��s working group. it is very important that this transaction would not
be treated as an item in the election campaign budget, as such is the work that
apco should not have any involvement.

1) we have further checked with our agent and the earliest date for the print ad
to be launched is 1st nov since monday (30th oct) is a holiday.
2) the updated expenses on consultancy services, design, website production and
media placement are listed on the attached for your reference. while some figures
for media placement are pending, kindly let me know if you have any objection on
the four newspapers that we've chosen for our print ad to be launched.
