English Formative Test

Read the text carefully.

Hello! I am Debora and this is my brother Mark. We are from

Minnesota, in the United States of America. I am ten years old and
my brother Mark is eight. We are part of a big family. My parents
have got seven children. Me, Mark, two sons, two daughters
and my baby brother Jim. We all live in a big house, in the
centre of an enormous farm, filled with all kind of animals:
cats, dogs, cows, pigs, chickens and even a monkey, Tango, that my
father got from Africa.
We need to have a big house because we are ten and my grandparents, Abigail and Bill, also
live with us. They are 84 years old and have difficulty going upstairs, so they live on the ground
floor. Me, my brothers and sisters and our parents live on the first floor and on the attic my
father keeps his astronomy stuff.
I love celebrations like Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and Birthdays because we make
great parties on the farm and invite all our neighbours.
