The Engineers Pre Recruitment and Employment Program aims at connecting the candidates to potential recruiters for job placements and upgrade their skills and competencies through intensive training. The terms and conditions for the same are mentioned in Section A-I, A-II and A-III as under: [Section A-I] PROVISIONS FOR PLACEMENT

finds the details appropriate and confirms to appear for the selection procedures of the recruiter, he/she is considered to have availed the job opportunity under the program l opportunity is also considered as availed under the following circumstances:A job a) If a candidate confirms to appear for the selection procedures of recruiter but subsequently does not appear due to any circumstances b) If a candidate appears for the selection procedures of the recruiter but he is not selected due to any reasons. l A candidate is considered to have offered a job placement under the program if he is offered a job opportunity under the program and he is subsequently selected. l selected by a recruiter, the candidate will not be considered for future job opportunities. ? The Engineers employment Program will offer 15 weeks intensive training by experts on technical areas and soft skills to the registered

candidates
? The schedule of the training program will be communicated to the candidates timely ? The training will be conducted online as well as personal contact programs will be scheduled at FERD office in Noida ? Candidates must have access to computer and broadband internet connection to attend the online training. ? It is important for the candidates to attend the online training and personal contact program to upgrade their skills for job

opportunities.
? On completion of 15 weeks training, the candidate would be offered certification in Engineering Management awarded by Foundation

for Employability Research and Development

? The attendance and performance of the candidate will be an important criterion for the award of certificate program in Engineering

Management. [Section A-III] FEE PAYMENT & MONEY BACK POLICY

? be required to pay the requisite fee for joining Engineers Pre Recruitment and Employment Program. You would ? The program offers Money Back Policy to registered candidates. The scheme of the policy is as follows:

(a) Registered candidates would be offered job opportunities subsequent to joining the program. (b) In case the candidate is offered minimum three job opportunities within a span of fifteen weeks under the program but he is not selected, it is indicative that he/she needs to further build up the skills and competencies to crack the selection procedures of recruiters. ? At this stage, the candidature is further reassessed and candidate can choose from the following options : (a) The candidate can continue with the program if further extension is granted by FERD on review of the profile. During this period, the candidate will be further trained and job opportunities would be offered to him. (b) candidate can discontinue with the program. 50% of the total program fee would be refunded to the candidate. (c) In case the candidate is not offered minimum three job opportunities within a span of fifteen weeks under the program, the candidate can discontinue with the program and 100% of the program fee is refunded to the candidate. (d) Apart from money back policy, the fee once paid is non refundable under all circumstances.
