TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1 2 3 4 Water and power for our construction purpose are to be supplied free of charge at site at appropriate locations. Completion period 6 to 7 months from the date of handing over the site. Our prices is inclusive of all materials required construction machineries and tools manpower and supervision. a) Initial payment should be made 25% of the total value of the work as an advance and this amount will be deducted in the subsequent bill as pro-rata basis. b) 20% will be paid on basement level. c) 20% will be paid before ground-floor roofing. d) 20% will be paid before brickwork. e) 13% will be paid before inside and outside plastering. f) 2% will be paid after completion of painting work 5 In case of delay in completion due to reasons beyond the control of the owner like floods, non-availability of building materials, etc., suitable extension of time will be granted.
