If you would like to read any of my other FAQs, just click on my username on the previous page and you will see all of my FAQs. Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within is a great game. It built upon the

success of the first game with new and unique puzzles, new combat techniques and abilities, and a huge arsenal of secondary weapons. I figured that, after I wrote my FAQ on the first game, I should follow it up with this. I have done my best to make sure there are no errors in the FAQ. If you find any, let me know and I will update as soon as I possibly can (and I'm not busy usually so it won't take long). Also, if you have any questions, comments, concerns, etc. just email me and I will email back. I check my email every day. It doesn't even have to be about the game. I will take any emails you send me. Anyway, I usually start to ramble around this time so I will get back on track. ********* Spoilers: ********* As usual, I will refrain from using spoilers in this guide. I don't believe in spoilers. They ruin the story for you, the gamer, and take away from the experience. So, yeah, no spoilers will be included in any of my guides. I will only be going over the main walkthrough of this game. If there is an artwork chest along the way, I will explain how to reach it but I won't be doing an in-depth artwork FAQ. Also, I will not explain how to obtain the special weapons unless it coincides with the main walkthrough. The only reason for this is because some weapons require going back through previous sand portals which can cause game-stopping glitches. This first part serves as a tutorial to get you used to the battle system. Take out the creatures and walk left until you are interrupted by a cut scene. Now you are inside the ship. Drink some water (R1) if you need health and walk forward. Kill some more creatures and turn around. There is another corridor on the right. Walk down it and watch the scene. Kill more creatures and make your way to the upper left side of the ship. Walk down the burning walkway and watch another scene. Prepare for a fight. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Mysterious Woman ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This is pretty tough for a first boss. The main thing to do in this fight is block. Block as much as you can and you will stay alive much longer. Now, block her attacks until she does that upward thrust and a

single slash afterward. After this she will stop attacking for a bit. This is your cue to get in a bunch of hits. Don't be too greedy or she will attack you and you will lose a chunk of health. Attack until she blocks your attack and block her attacks some more. This battle will be lengthy but if you continue this pattern of blocking and attacking you will stay alive. When she loses one third of her health, a cut scene will take place and you will return to the battle. After fighting her some more, it will show a close-up of both of you. Rapidly press square to knock her off balance. Continue attacking her and a scene will take over. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ********* Wreckage: ********* ***************** Beach - (Present) ***************** We will get revenge on that woman later. The only weapon you have right now is a wooden stick. Kill the birds that attack you and drink water from the ocean to replenish your health. Head left and you will come to a staircase. Break open the chest on the left side of the staircase to unlock artwork #1(ship). Go up the stairs and turn right. Jump across the gap and jump to the top of the pile of rocks. Go forward, jump across the next gap, and drink water at the fountain. The fountains here function as save points in addition to giving you health. Save your game. Continue forward and your path will be block by a bunch of rocks. Jump up and you will grab onto a ledge. Move to the right until you are blocked by a rock. Press circle to drop into a hanging position and continue right. Pull yourself up and go right. Jump the gap to reach a platform. Turn left and you will see a ledge. Jump up and grab it. Pull yourself up and move left. Go around the corner and move left as far as you can. Jump across to the ledge on the other side. Move right and jump to the ledge above. Move right again and you will be on another platform. Go forward and run up the wall. Head up the stairs and jump down to the platform on the right. Run along the left wall (R1) to reach another platform. Head right until you see a small column. Grab onto it and climb to the top. Jump to the column on the left and climb further up. Jump to the column on the left and climb to the top. Jump to the platform behind you. Go right and break open the chest for artwork #2 (Evil Crow). Go left and roll through the small hole on the right. There are creatures here that you can fifth or avoid. It's best to fight them because they drop secondary weapons that you can pick up. Once these two creatures are dead, run along the left wall to reach another platform. Go forward and run along the right wall this time. Jump at the end of your wall-run to reach the next platform.

Kill two more creatures and walk through the doors. Climb up the ledge and walk forward until you reach a wall. Climb onto the small ledge on the left and run up the wall. You will grab a ledge at the top. Jump to the other side. Walk forward for a scene. You now have the spider sword. Use it to kill the creatures. Return to the wall you jumped over. Look left and you will see that a door is now open. Go through and save your game at the fountain. ******************** The Ruined Fortress: ******************** ***************************** Fortress Entrance - (present) ***************************** Go forward and jump over the gap. Turn right and jump over the next gap. Head forward for a quick scene. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The Crow Master ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This is a mini-boss and isn't that hard. Run towards him and vault over him. Get in a couple slashes on your way down and block his attacks. Continue to vault over him and slash until he turns into crows. He will be up on a higher platform, so you will have to get to him. Run back to the entrance of this area. To the left of the door is a small wall. Run up to the top and pull yourself up. Run up the next wall and jump back to reach the platform behind you. Pull yourself up. Run along the left wall until you reach the shadow of a column and jump to the right to reach the column. Jump to the next column and you will see the crow master on the platform next to you. Jump to the platform and get ready to fight the crow master again. He hasn't changed his fighting style. Continue to vault over him, slash, and block his attacks until he turns into crows again. You have to get to him again. Man, this guy is a coward. Anyway, run along the left wall (towards the crow master) to reach the next platform. Turn around and run along the right wall to reach a ledge. Jump up and grab the next ledge. Jump to the right to grab a column. Jump to the right again and you will reach the platform with the crow master. The crow master still hasn't changed. Use the same tactics and he will finally be defeated. On the right wall is a symbol. This is actually a pressure switch, so run up the wall to press it. This opens a door on your left. Go through to the next area. Run along the left wall until you reach the banner. You will automatically slide down the banner to the bottom. Defeat all of the enemies here.

Return to the banner you slid down and turn around. Climb onto the ledge in front of you. Run up the pillar on the left and grab the ledge at the top. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up. Go forward and kill the enemy. Run along the left wall to reach a ledge. Drop into a hanging position and move left as far as you can (around the corner and into the hallway). Drop down to the next ledge and then drop down again to reach solid ground. Go forward and follow the hallway to the end and go through the waterfall. Save your game at the fountain. Go forward for a scene. You are now in the past. Go back and save your game at the fountain. ************************ First Steps In The Past: ************************ ************************** Fortress Entrance - (past) ************************** You now have the recall power. This is just a fancy title for the ability to rewind time. If you ever make a mistake while platforming, just hold L1 and you can rewind time. Continue down the hall, avoiding the spiked poles, until you reach a gap. You can't jump this, so wait until the saw lowers and run along either wall. Continue forward and kill more enemies. Enter the next room. Locate the column in to the pillar behind left and climb up to artwork #3 (Fortress one corner of the room. Climb to the top and jump you. You will grab onto a ledge. Shimmy to the a platform. Break the chest to your right for Entrance).

Go left and run along the right wall to reach a ledge. Drop into a hanging position and shimmy to the other side. Jump to the platform on the left. Run along the right wall to hit the switch and slide down the banner. Go through the open door into the next room. Head across the bridge. Don't go through the door just yet. Run up the left wall and pull yourself up. Run up the next wall and jump to the platform on the right. Head forward and run along the left wall to the next platform. Kill the enemies and walk forwards. On the left side of the stairs, break the barrels and you will see a switch. This opens a gate temporarily at the top of the stairs. In order to get through the gate in time, step on the button, run up the wall to your right and jump over the railing. You are now on the stairs. Run along the left railing twice (it seemed to me that wallrunning is faster than walking). Now you're at the top of the stairs. You can see the small opening in front of you. Run as quickly as you can and roll through the gate.

Note: You can do this at a later time when you have the ability to slow time, however it is possible to get through the gate now. I will proceed with the guide as if you went through the gate. You are now in a corridor with traps and obstacles. Run along the left wall to avoid the spinning blade and crusher block. Run along the right wall to get past the blade and dual crusher block. At the end of you wall run, quickly go forward to avoid the spikes that come out of the floor. Run along the right wall to avoid the next set of traps. Roll past the last rotating blade and you will reach a red symbol on the wall. A scene will take place and you will get your first life upgrade. What does this do? Apart from giving you more health, which is very useful, if you get all nine life upgrades you will get to see a secret ending. I will get to that later, though. Backtrack through the hallway. All of the traps have been deactivated, so you can move freely. Run up the wall on the left to press another switch. The gate will open again. Roll through it. Go on the right side of the stairs. Behind the column, in the right hand corner, is a bunch of barrels. Smash them and break open the chest behind them for artwork #4. Run back down the stairs and return to where you fought the enemies. Run along the right wall to return to the platform and run along the right wall again. Jump down to the ground and go through the door you ignored earlier. Dodge the first two spiked poles and turn right. Roll under the next pole when it rises. The next two poles move at different speeds. Wait until they are far enough apart and roll past. Save at the fountain. ********************* The Fortress Rebuilt: ********************* ************************** Fortress Entrance - (past) ************************** Go forward and watch the quick scene. Kill the shadow creatures with vault attacks and they will fall quickly. Walk up the long staircase. ********************* Central Hall - (past) ********************* Kill the creatures and the shadow creature and continue forward. Walk down the hall and a rotating blade will emerge from the ground. Roll past it and jump the gap to reach a ledge. Jump up and grab the next ledge. Jump up to a third ledge and hang from it. Shimmy right until you are above more ledges. Drop down two levels and jump to the hall on the right. Kill the enemy and roll past the rotating blades.

You will reach a large room. Kill all of the creatures here and jump the gap at the end of the room. Heal at the fountain and save your game. Jump back across the gap and turn right. There are the ledges here. Climb to the top of them. Jump to the column on the left. Jump to the column on your right. Now, jump to the column on the left. In front of you are more ledges. Jump to them and climb to the top. Run along the left wall and jump to reach a balcony. Kill the enemy and walk down the hall. Wait for the pole to move away from you and jump the gap (it looks too long of a jump but you can make it). Wait for the next pole to move away from you and jump the next gap. Slide down the ladder and kill the enemy. Wait for the spike pillars to descend and run along either wall. Climb onto the ladder and wait for all three spike pillars to separate enough to create a gap. Slide down the ladder through the gap. Jump to the ledge across the way and shimmy right until you are across from the other ladder. Jump to it and slide down. Kill the enemies here. ************************* Southern Passage - (past) ************************* Run down the passage to avoid the spikes that emerge from the ground and save at the fountain. Wait for the spiked log to rise and run down the hallway. In the next hall, wait for the pole on the far right to move to the end of its track and go behind it. Walk into the next room for a scene. There is a new type of enemy that is very agile and will constantly jump over you and dodge your attacks. Kill the other enemies first and then focus on this one. Keep attacking and she will get hit. Once you get in that first hit, use lots of combos until she starts dodging again. Repeat this pattern and she will eventually go down. Now, we have to find a way to reach that lever and open the door. First, go to the door that the woman ran through and turn left. Run along the right wall and turn left again. Break the chest here to find artwork #5. Run back along the wall to the door. Turn right and, on the left side of the room, you should see a low-hanging pole. Jump up and grab it. Turn around (tilt the left analog stick in the direction you want to go) and swing to the next pole. Shimmy to the right and turn the corner. You are on the wrong side of the pole, so turn around and you are on the right side of the pole. Shimmy left as far as you can and turn around again. Swing to the platform on the right. Kill the enemies. Balance across the beam and kill some more enemies. Turn around and you should see a low-hanging pole on the right side.

Jump to it and swing to the next pole. Jump to the wall and rebound (X) to the beam above. Jump to the platform on the right. Kill some more enemies here. Turn right and you will see some beams. Hang over the side of the railing and jump to the beam behind you. Walk right and turn left at the intersection. Walk across the main beam and turn left. Walk left to the end of the beam. Jump to the platform on the right. Kill some enemies and turn right. Jump to reach the end of the banner, jump back to and walk along the beam. On the beam, one try to make you fall off. One attack will the attack right. the banner and, before you reach platform. Turn around of the enemies will attack kill it but you have to time

Walk across the beam to the other platform. Kill some more enemies here and turn around. On the right side of the platform, similar to the poles, a beam is sticking out of the wall. Jump to it and jump to the second beam. Jump to the wall and rebound to the higher beam. Jump to the platform on the right. Kill some more enemies and turn right. There is a beam here. Hang on the side of the railing and jump to the beam. Kill another enemy on the beam. Ignore the lever for right now and go right some more. Jump to the platform on the right. Bust open the chest for artwork #6. Kill the enemies here and return to the hanging lever. Jump straight up to grab and pull it. This opens the door forward. Jump forward and grab the banner. Slide down and go through the door. Go down the stairs and hang of the edge. Let go to slide down the banner. Jump off at the end to reach a beam. Walk left and jump forward to the short beam. Jump to the other short beam on the right and jump forward to reach another beam. Jump forward to land on solid ground. Run forward so you aren't skewered by the spikes in the floor. Save your game at the fountain. *********************** "A Damsel In Distress": *********************** ************************** Sacrificial Alter - (past) ************************** ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Mysterious Woman ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This fight isn't much different from the first time you fought her. I actually think it is easier because of your life upgrade and rewind power. The main thing to do, like the last time you fought her, is block her sequence of attacks until she does that last slash. When she is done attacking, attack her using a three-hit combo then vault over her for two more attacks. If you are lucky, you can get in two more slashes afterwards. If she blocks your third hit, immediately start blocking. Stay defensive and this shouldn't be a hard fight. She will

try to knock that other woman off the platform but attack the boss before she has the chance. The only difference in this fight is that, at times, she will kick you far away for a large chunk of damage. I find that, if you block all her attacks, she won't kick you (or maybe she can't kick you because you block it). Either way, blocking helps. When she loses 1/3 of her health, you will see a close up of both characters and you will have to rapidly press square again. This happens again when she lose 1/2 health and again when she loses 1/4 health. Continue uses the 5 (or seven) hit combo and she will go down. A scene will take place. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ After the scene, turn around and walk up the steps. Pull the large stone object backwards (R1 + left analog) and a door will open behind it. Follow the hallway until you see a section of the floor that has spike-holes. Run quickly across and dodge the spiked poles at the end. Turn left and wait for the spiked pole to rise. Run down the hall and roll under the spiked pole. Role past the rotating blade at the end. Wait for the saws to descend and run along either wall to get past the pit. Roll past the rotating blade and spikes at the end. Turn left and wait for the spiked log to move towards you. Roll under it and run forward. You will reach another red symbol and receive your second life upgrade. Backtrack to the beginning of this hall. Before you go down the steps, go to the left side of the platform and you will find a chest. Bust it open for artwork #7. Now it's time to leave this area. Walk down the steps and climb onto the small stone ledge on the left. Climb onto the higher ledge and turn left. Jump to the ledge and shimmy to the right. Jump to the pole and swing to the ledge up above. Jump to the ledge on the left. Shimmy to the left as far as you can. Jump to the pole on the left. Jump to the wall and rebound to the higher pole. Turn around and jump to the platform on the left. Run up the wall to grab the rope. Swing on the rope back and forth (R1 + left analog) to gain momentum and run to the right to reach a beam. Jump forward to reach the next platform. Save your game at the fountain. ***************** Fate's Dark Hand: ***************** ************************** Sacrificial Alter - (past) ************************** Turn right and hang off the middle of the ledge jump to the other beam. corner to reach another the edge of the platform. Make sure you are in and drop down to the beam. Walk to the end and Walk forward to the ledge and edge around the beam.

Walk across it and jump to the ledge on the left. Move left and jump to the pole on the left. Swing to the beam on the left. Walk to the wall and jump up to a ledge. Jump up again to grab a groove in the wall. Shimmy to the right to reach a platform. Pull yourself up. Climb up the small ledges against the wall and run up the wall to grab the rope. DON'T try to run along the wall or you will fall. There is a hole blocking your wall-run. Instead, climb to the top of the rope and jump to the hanging lever. This closes two shutters near you. Jump back to the rope and slide down to the bottom. Drop down to the floor. Run along the left wall, across the shutters you just closed, to reach another platform. Run up the left wall to reach another rope. Sing back and forth on the rope and run to the right to reach a new platform. The button on the wall makes spikes come out of the tiles on the floor but only while you are pressing it. We'll get back to that in a sec. Turn right and enter the next room. Enemies will drop from the ceiling. Now is your chance to utilize the button. Run but to the previous area and your enemies will follow you. If you want, you can kill these enemies the old-fashioned way but I like to lure them onto the tiles and then run up the wall (over the button) skewer them with spikes. When they're dead, go back the room they first appeared in and run up the wall on the right. You should reach a ledge. Pull yourself up and jump to the next ledge. Jump to the pole on the right and swing to the next pole. Turn around and jump to the higher pole. Swing to the walkway to the left. Run across the floor to avoid the spikes and run up the wall. Grab the ledge and pull yourself up. Jump to the next ledge. Jump to the pole behind you. Turn around and jump to the wall. Rebound off of the wall to reach the next pole. Turn around and jump to the ledge. Don't pull yourself up yet. Shimmy to the left and wait until the spiked pole moves to the right of you. Pull yourself up and jump to the ledge across the way. Drop back into a hanging position before the pole returns. Shimmy to the right and pull yourself up when the pole moves away again. Follow the hallway until you reach a pit. Wait for the saw to descend and run along the right wall. You will grab a rope. Jump across to the rope on the left. Wait for the saw in the distance to raise and run along the wall to solid ground. For this next part, the two poles on the right and left are stationary. There are two poles in the middle moving towards and away from you. Stand in front of the pole on the left and wait for the middle pole to move to the right. Stand in between it and the other moving pole. Walk forward and dart to the right when you get past the stationary pole. Walk through the waterfall and save your game at the fountain. In this room, you will see four pressure switches on the four pillars.

If you run up and press one, you will notice that they either light up permanently or just flicker for a second. What you have to do is press them in a specific order in order to light all four permanently. The order is random, so just use trial and error to figure out the proper order. Walk forward to return to the present. You also gain the eye of the storm power. This is just a fancy name for the ability to slow time. Tap L1 to use this power. Go forward and save at the fountain. **************************** Southern Passage - (present) **************************** Go through the waterfall and you will have to face some more traps. Wait for the first spiked pole to reach the left wall and run forward, across the spikes and past the two poles. Climb over the small ledge at the end of the hall and jump towards the window behind you. You will grab a ledge. Drop down to the ledge below it. Drop down again to reach a small platform. Run along the left wall to reach a new platform. Jump down to the right to reach another platform. Hang of the edge and drop down to the ground. Turn left to reach a new hallway. Step on the switch to open a door at the end of the hall. It isn't open very long, so we need to use some time manipulation. Slow down time, run forward, and roll through the closing door. Kill the enemies and jump into the hole for a scene. Turn right and run along the right wall to reach a beam. Jump forward to reach another beam. Walk left and jump to the rope on the right. Swing back and forth on the rope and run left to reach a pole. Swing across the two poles to reach another platform. There is a small beam sticking out of the left side of the platform. Walk across it and jump to reach another beam. Walk left until you reach the end of the beam. Jump forward to grab a groove in the pillar. Shimmy to the right until the banner is directly behind you. Jump to the banner and slide down. Jump before you reach the bottom of the banner to reach another beam. Walk to the end of the beam and jump forward to reach a pole. Shimmy to the right until you are facing a platform. Swing to the platform and turn left. Jump the gap to reach the platform with all the enemies. Kill all the enemies here. You can slow time to make this much easier, especially when dealing with those acrobatic women. When they're dead, walk forward and turn right. Run up the wall to grab the edge and pull yourself up. A cut scene will play. Right now, you are in between the wall and a pillar. Run up the wall and jump at the top of your wall run. Rebound off of the pillar and then the wall. Continue jumping from wall to pillar until you reach a groove in the pillar.

Jump to the wall to reach a small ledge. Jump back to the pillar and jump from wall to pillar until you reach a second groove in the pillar. Shimmy to the left until the beam is behind you. Jump to the beam and then jump to the ledge below the hole in the wall. Jump up and go through the hole in the wall. Save your game at the fountain and go right. Jump over the gap and go outside for a scene. *************** Dahaka Chase #1 *************** Run forward because the floor is collapsing underneath you. Turn the corner and run along the left wall to reach the next platform. Turn right and jump from pole to pole to reach another platform. A scene will take place and you are safe again. Well, at least for the moment. Go forward and break the barrels. Turn right and run up the staircase. Turn right again and kill the creature. Walk forward to drop down to a platform below. Run along the left wall and jump to reach a column. Climb to the top and jump to the platform. Go through the door to your left. A cut scene will take place. ***************************** Fortress Entrance - (present) ***************************** Run along the left wall and slide down the banner. As soon as you reach the bottom, walk directly across from the banner and climb the small ledge. Run up the pillar on the left and grab the small ledge. (Yes, you have been here before) Shimmy left and pull yourself up onto the platform. Walk forward and run along the left wall to reach the ledge. Drop into a hanging position and shimmy left as far as you can (until you are above another ledge). Drop down to that ledge and drop down to the ground. *************** Dahaka Chase #2 *************** Run down the hallway until you reach a pit. Run along the left wall and continue forward for a scene. Save your game at the fountain. ***************** "A Helping Hand": ***************** Walk forward and use the portal to return to the past. ************************** Fortress Entrance - (past) ************************** Use the fountain and walk through the waterfall. Avoid the spiked poles and continue down the hallway. Wait for the saw to lower and run along the right wall. Follow the hallway to the end and you will be treated

to a scene. Who is that mysterious creature? Turn left and climb the column. Jump to the pillar behind you and you will grab onto a ledge. Jump up to the ledge above and shimmy to the left. Pull yourself up to the platform. Go left and jump to the ledge. Hang from the ledge and shimmy to the other side of the wall. Pull yourself up and jump to the platform on the left. Continue left. Run along the right wall, across the pressure switch, and slide down the banner. Go through the open door. Note: At this point, now that you have the eye of the storm power, you can get life upgrade #1 if you couldn't roll through the gate fast enough. Walk across the bridge and run past the two spiked poles. Turn right and roll underneath the next spiked pole. Turn left, wait for these poles to separate, and roll past them. Save at the fountain. Continue down the hallway, turn right and run up the long staircase. Kill the enemies at the top and go through the door. Turn left, go down the hall, and roll past the rotating blades. Jump the gap to reach a ledge. Jump up to the top ledge and shimmy to the right. Drop down two ledges and jump to the next hallway. Take out the enemy and roll past some more rotating blades. ******************* Central Hall (past) ******************* Enter the next room and kill some more enemies. Go forward, jump the gap, and save at the fountain. Run up the steps and go through the open door. ************************ Hourglass Chamber (past) ************************ Turn left and you will see two spiked logs moving up and down above the staircase. You can walk under the first log as it moves upwards but you need to roll underneath the second. Behind this is a rotating blade you must roll under. Wait for the spiked poles to separate and run along the wall to reach the other side. Roll past the next rotating blade and continue down the hallway. When you reach another pit, run along the left wall and jump at the end to reach a ledge. Before the spiked log hits you, jump up and grab the ledge above you. Pull yourself up. Head left and get as close as you can to the log without getting hurt. Wait for the log underneath you to go right and hang from this ledge. Shimmy to the left as far as you can and drop down onto solid ground. Roll past the last rotating blades and climb the ladder on the left. Jump to the ledge on right. This ledge is actually a lever that uses

weight to open the door. Slow time and roll through it. Go forward for a scene. You will learn that there are a couple things you need to do before you can see the empress. At the end, you will gain the serpent sword. This is a powerful sword and a key to accessing the towers. Save your game at the fountain. *********************** "The Key And The Lock": *********************** Face your back to the door you came through. Go to the left side of the left staircase (behind the torch) and you will see a chest. Break it to get artwork #8. Turn around and go to the left side of the door. Run up the wall and grab another weight lever. This opens the door. Go through and roll past the rotating blades. When you reach the pit, run up the left wall to grab the ledge and move as close as you can to the stationary spiked pole. Wait for the pole underneath you to move right and hang down from the ledge. Shimmy past the pole overhead and pull yourself up before the moving pole comes back towards you. Shimmy as far right as you can and make sure the moving pole isn't coming back. Drop down to the ledge below and shimmy right (around the corner). Jump to the ledge on the right and climb up to the higher ledge. Jump up and grab the groove in the wall. Shimmy right until you are above another groove. Drop down to it and drop down to the floor. Roll past the blades. Wait for the logs to separate and run along the wall to the other side. Roll past the next blade and roll under the two spiked logs. ********************* Central Hall - (past) ********************* Save your game at the fountain and jump the gap. ************* "The Towers": ************* Go forward to the flower-like lock and a handle will rise behind you. Kill the enemies that appear from the doorway and go to the handle. Turn the handle counterclockwise twice so that it faces towards the hallway leading to the hourglass chamber. This will allow you to reach life upgrade number three. Go back to the flower shaped lock and turn right. There is a small ledge to the right. Jump down to it and hang off the left side of the platform. There should be a wall to the left of you. Jump to it and jump from wall to wall to descend to a lower platform. Hang off the edge of this platform and drop down to a lower one. Run along the wall on the left and jump from wall to wall to reach a

ledge. Turn right and run along the left wall. Jump at the end (before you reach the wall) and you will reach another wall. Rebound off of this wall (it doesn't look like it but you it is wide enough to rebound off of) and jump from wall to wall to descend to a ledge. Jump to the ledge on the right and shimmy right to reach a platform. Turn left and go through the door. This corridor is also filled with traps but it isn't too bad. Slow down time and run past the first hall full of floor spikes and spiked poles. Turn left and run along the right wall to pass the rotating blade and stationary spiked pole. Roll underneath the next two poles and claim your third life upgrade. Run back down the hallway now that the traps are deactivated. Go through the door and turn left. Walk to the edge of the platform. Turn right and jump across the gap. Run up the wall on the right and jump from wall to wall to return to the handle. Turn it 90 degrees clockwise so that it is facing away from the hallway with the third life upgrade. This raises a bunch of platform near a door. Climb onto the small platform to your left (on the right side of the raised platforms). Go forward and turn left. Run along the left wall and jump at the end to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the right and jump to the ledge above. Jump to the ledge on the right and jump to the ledge above. Shimmy to the left and jump to the ledge on the other side. Climb up to the platform. Climb up the ledges on the left to find a chest with artwork #9. Climb back down and go through the door. Kill the enemies and roll past the rotating blades. Step on the button to extend a platform. Walk on it and wait for the platform retract into the wall. Drop down and walk down the hall to reach some pots (smash them for sand) and a chest with artwork #10. Run back down the hall and climb up to the button. Step on the button, slow time, and run across the platforms to the other side. Run up the wall on the right and jump to the pole. Shimmy right and swing to the second pole. Jump to the button on the wall and slow time. Run across the platforms to the other side. Save your game at the fountain. ***************** The Water Maiden: ***************** ******************** Garden Hall - (past) ******************** Walk down the hall until you reach a large garden area. Kill the new enemies here. They aren't too hard. Go to the left side of the room until you reach a pool of water. To the left of this pool, hidden by

the vegetation, is a chest. Bust it open for artwork #11. Return to the doorway you entered before fighting off the enemies. On the right side of the doorway, (if you are facing it from inside the room) you can see a ladder hanging. Run up the right wall and jump to the ladder. Flip around to the other side of the ladder (left analog) and climb to the top. Up here you will see the crow master again. Now that you are in the past he is still alive. He is much easier to take out, now that you have a new sword. A couple vault attacks and he will run away again. Climb the ladder to your left and fight him again. He will run away very shortly. Turn left and run along the right wall to the rope. Swing back and forth for momentum and run to the left. Jump at the end to reach the platform the crow master is on. Fight him and he will flee again. Run along the left wall and jump to reach a pole. Swing to the opening on the right. Walk through and jump the gap to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the left and descend the series of ledges to reach the bottom. Go forward and kill the enemy. Run to the other side of the room and climb the next series of ledges. Shimmy to the right and jump to the platform on the left. Save your game at the fountain. *************** Garden - (past) *************** Go forward and go through the door on the right. Watch the cut scene and turn the lever to open the next door. Walk through it and cross the bridge. Kill the enemy and turn left. Kill all of the enemies in this area. Go to the bottom left corner of this area and you should see a place where there is no railing. Hang off of the edge and drop down to a ledge below. Shimmy to the right and drop down to the platform below. Run along the left wall to reach another platform. Go through the door on the left. Follow the hallway until you reach a large drop. Move to the right side and shimmy left along the ledge. Drop down to the ledge below it and jump to the ledge on the right. Drop down to the ledge below. Shimmy to the left and drop down to the next ledge. Jump down to the platform. Turn around and jump to the pole. Swing to the next platform. Turn around and move to the right side of the platform. Hug the ledge and shimmy right. Drop down to the ledge below and jump over to the ledge on the right. Shimmy to the left, drop down to the next ledge, and shimmy left some more. Drop down to another ledge, shimmy left, and drop down to a final ledge. Drop down to solid ground. Now that you've reached the hall, we have to

navigate past more traps. For this first part, run down the hallway and roll under the blades that slide down the wall. For the next part, run forward, roll under the spiked log, and roll past the rotating blade. Turn left and you see two fast-moving spiked poles. Slow time, run past them, run forward some more, and roll under the sliding blades. Roll past the next rotating blades. Run forward and run under a final log and you will reach another red symbol. You will get your fourth life upgrade. Trust me, it's worth it. Now that the traps are deactivated, run back to the beginning of the hall. Climb back to the top of the hall the same way you came down and go outside. Run along the right wall to reach a platform. Run up the wall and grab the ledge. Jump up and grab the ledge above that. Shimmy to the left and jump back up to the main platform. Kill any enemies that are still here. There are two more chests in this area. Behind the pillar in the center of the area is a chest with artwork #12. Go to the upper right corner and hang over the railing. Drop down to the ledge below. Pull yourself up and shimmy left until you reach an alcove. Break open the chest for artwork #13. Shimmy to the right and jump from wall to wall to return to the main area. Now, we can continue with the story. Go to the front of the central pillar (the chest is behind it). Run up the pillar and you will reach another weight lever. This raises a platform to your left. You can see it in the background. Slow time, run to the platform, and run up the side of it. Pull yourself up and run the wall to reach another ledge. Jump to the tree branch behind you. This functions as a beam. Walk to the end of the beam and jump to another beam. Walk forward to the ledge and shimmy to the left. Jump to the pole and swing to the ledge on the left. Shimmy to the left and walk across the beam. Shimmy to the left and walk to the end of the beam. Jump to the pole and swing to a higher tree branch. Walk to the end of it and jump to the rope on the left. Slide down to the bottom and swing back and forth. Run to the right to reach another pole. Swing to the groove in the pillar. Shimmy to the right and jump to the beam on the left. Walk to the platform and you will fight the crow master again. He will soon flee. Go left and you will see a small ledge on the corner of the platform. Climb it and jump up to the ledge above it. Shimmy to the left and jump up to reach the top of the platform. There's nothing you can do here, so turn right and jump the gap. Fight the crow master again and he flees. Run up the wall and jump back to pull the hanging lever.

This lowers the drawbridge, so jump back across the gap and turn right. Cross the bridge and grab the box. Push it across the bridge and onto the switch. This opens a door down below. Descend to the previous level using the ledges and fight the crow master again. Go through the door you just opened and turn the lever. A scene will take place. Turn left and drop down to the small walkway. Go forward and walk into the waterway. Drink water if you need health. Go to the end of the waterway and run up the wall on the left to grab a groove in the wall. Shimmy left until you are on the other side of the wall. Drop down to the platform below you and walk across the beam. The wall on the other side is blocked by rocks so we can't get through (we'll return later). Instead, go halfway across the beam and walk forward across the small beam. Jump to the rip and slide down. Drop down to the ground. Turn the lever clockwise to open the door to your left. Go through and save at the fountain. ****************** Water And Gardens: ****************** ******************** Garden Hall - (past) ******************** Go left and jump the gap to reach the ledge. Descend the series of ledges to the bottom, kill the enemy, and walk to the end of the hall. Climb the series of ledges and jump to the platform on the left. Go forward and hang down off the edge. Shimmy left until you are over the banner. Slide down to the floor. Kill all of the enemies here. Go back to the banner you just slid down. Turn around and walk forward. You should see a handle in front of you. Turn this clockwise twice until it faces the column (and the banner). Walk forward to the next handle. Turn this counterclockwise twice so that it faces the same direction as the other handle. Turn right and cross the room. Go to the handle on the left. Turn this clockwise twice so that it faces the last handle. Turn this last handle clockwise once so that it faces the wall. This pushes down two giant switches so that the door forward opens. Go to the statue in the middle of the room. Directly behind it is a small fence. Jump over it and walk forward. You will see the open door in front of you. Go through it and follow the hallway until you reach a pit. Run up the wall on the right to reach a ledge. Jump to the ledge above and shimmy to the left. Jump to the ledge above and move left. Jump to the ledge on the right. Shimmy left and jump to the next ledge. Jump up to another ledge and

jump to the platform behind you. Go down the hall and save your game at the fountain. Activate the sand portal the same way you activated the other one. Walk into it and return to the present. *********************** Garden Hall - (present) *********************** You will gain the pressing L1. Save down the hall and square, triangle, breath of fate attack. Use this by holding R1 and at the fountain and walk through the waterfall. Go defeat the creatures. A fun combo to use is square, triangle. See how athletic the prince is.

Jump the gap at the end to reach a ledge. Drop down to the ledge below. Drop down to the next ledge and jump to the ledge on the left. Drop down to reach another ledge and shimmy right until you are over another ledge. Drop down to another ledge and drop down to the ground. Kill the enemies here and walk forward. When the prince makes a comment about the vegetation, turn left and you should see a small rock. Climb onto it and run up the wall. At the top of your run, jump to reach a beam. Walk to the end of the beam and jump forward to reach another beam. Walk to the end of this beam and jump to reach a third beam. Follow the beam to the right and go around the curve. At the end of the beam, jump to the platform on the creatures here. Go to the left side of the platform Shimmy to the right and jump to reach a ledge. Jump the wall and shimmy left. Pull yourself up and kill creatures. right. Kill the and hug the wall. up to the groove in some more

There are some camouflaged creatures here. Slow time to get the jump on them and kill the rest of the enemies. Run along the right wall to reach a beam. Walk to the end of the beam and jump to the ledge on the left. Shimmy right and drop down to another beam. Walk to the end and drop down to a third beam. Walk forward and jump up to the platform. Walk forward and you will see a beam above you. Jump up and grab it. Pull yourself up and walk to the end of the beam. Jump up and go through the opening. Run forwards, jump the gap, and descend the series of ledges. When you reach the last ledge, you will notice that the floor is gone. Instead, there are trees growing everywhere. Jump from the ledge to the root and walk to the end. Jump up and grab the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left until you are above another root. Walk to the end and jump to a ledge. Climb the series of ledges and jump to the platform on the left. Save your game at the fountain. ****************** Garden - (present) ******************

Head left and go through the door on your right. The garden has changed a lot since you were last here. Kill the enemies. Directly across from the doorway is a ledge you can drop down to. Hang from this ledge and shimmy to the right. Drop down to the small platform below you. Hang off the right side of the platform and shimmy to the right as far as you can. Jump to the platform on the right and kill some more enemies. On the left side of this platform is a ledge you can climb to. Climb up and you will be on another platform. Jump up to the ledge on the left and jump to reach a groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up onto the ledge. Jump up and you will reach another platform. There is a broken walkway on the left side of the platform. Climb onto it and run along the left wall. Jump at the end of your run to reach a ledge. Shimmy left and pull yourself up to another platform. Turn left and climb onto the platform in front of you. Run up the wall to grab onto a ledge. Jump to the tree trunk behind you. Climb to the top and jump to the tree branch on the right. Walk along this branch and jump to the pole on your right. Swing to the beam in the distance. Walk left and jump to the groove in the wall. Shimmy as far right as you can and drop down to the platform. Walk across the short beam sticking out of the platform and jump to another pole branch. Swing to the platform on the right. Pull yourself up and turn left. Jump to the pole branch and swing to the next platform. Kill all of the enemies here. Turn left and run along the right wall to reach a beam. Turn right and walk onto the platform. Save your game at the fountain. Run up the wall to the right of the fountain and grab the ledge. Jump to the tree in front of you. Jump from tree trunk to tree trunk until there is a beam next to you. Jump to it and walk to the platform. Take out some more enemies. Turn left and run along the right wall to reach a ledge. Shimmy left and pull yourself up to the platform. Walk through the doorway and down the hall. When you reach the pit, wait for a second. The two blocks that act as platforms aren't stationary. They slide back into the wall and rapidly come out (basically they're crushers). Wait for them to extend and jump the gaps to the reach the fountain. Save your game. Turn left and you will have to get past two more crushers. Wait for them to extend and jump to the first crusher. Jump to the second and run along the left wall to reach a rope. Swing back and forth to gain momentum. Run right and jump to grab the tree trunk. Wait for the spiked log to descend and jump to the column. Slide down and go through the door.

The crow master will appear again. It appears that he just doesn't want to die. Fight him until he flees again and kill the camouflaged enemy. Turn right and go through the door. Jump to the column and climb up it. Don't climb too far up, though. Jump to the platform on the other side. Run along the right wall to the net platform. Pull yourself up and jump to the column. Climb to the top and jump to the beam. Walk forward and kill the camouflaged enemies. Turn right and go through the door for a scene. Run along the right wall and jump to reach a column. Slide down and jump to the tree. Jump to the column on the left and climb to the top. Jump to the railing and pull yourself up. On this platform, hang off the edge on the right and drop down to the platform below. Walk forward and go through the door on the left. Kill the enemies. Run up the wall in front of you and shimmy to the left. Bust open the chest for artwork #14. Drop back down to the ground, go back through the door, and turn right. Run up the wall to return to the platform. Hang off the side of the railing and jump back to the column. Slide down and jump to the tree. Slide down to the bottom and jump to the pole on the left. Swing to the pillar and jump to the ledge. Walk left, go across the platform, and jump to the pole in front of you. Jump to the platform the crow master is on for a scene. *************** Dahaka chase #3 *************** Run along the right wall to reach the ladder. Slide down to the bottom. Jump to the pole and sing from pole to pole to reach a platform. Run forward and turn left. The floor will collapse, so run along the left wall to the other side. Run through the door and run along the left wall to the platform. Turn right and run along the left wall again. Turn left and go through the door. Turn left and run along the left wall to the ladder. Slide down the ladder and run along the right wall to reach the door. Run forward until you reach a pit. Run along the left wall and quickly shimmy to the right. Pull yourself up and follow the hallway as it twists and turns. Continue to follow it until you see a broken wall in front of you and a pit to the left of it. Turn left and run along the right wall to reach a rope. Quickly swing forward and run along the wall to the next platform. Go down the hallway and jump the gap to reach a ladder. Slide down to the bottom and jump to the other ladder. Slide to the bottom and run down the hall. Go through the waterfall and you are safe

from the Dahaka for now. Save your game at the fountain. Activate the sand portal and walk into it. You will gain a new sand tank. Save your game at the fountain. ******************** Garden Hall - (past) ******************** Run down the hall and climb up the ladder. Jump to the other ladder and climb to the top. Jump to the platform behind you and deal with the crow master. Run along the right wall to reach a rope. Swing to the left to reach the other side. Turn right and walk forward. Hang over the railing on the right and jump to the pole. Swing from pole to pole to reach the other side. Kill the enemies and walk down the hall. Climb up the ladder near the door and jump to another weight-based lever. Roll under the door and follow the path to the end. Kill the enemies and turn left. Hug the wall and shimmy right along the ledge. Jump and grab the ledge above. Jump up and grab the groove in the wall. Shimmy right to reach a platform. Climb the ladder to the next platform. Wait until the saws move away from the center of the wall and run along the right wall to reach another platform. Go through the door and turn right. Wait for the saws to rise and run along the wall. Jump at the end to reach a platform. Save your game at the fountain. Run up the wall to your left and go through the door. ************************** Garden Waterworks - (past) ************************** Kill the enemies here and walk to the handle. Ignore it for now and go to the other side of the area. Kill some more enemies. Go to the right corner of this area. Behind a pillar is a chest with artwork #15. Return to the handle. Turn it counterclockwise twice so that the handle faces left. Go to the pillar you just turned and climb onto the small ledge in front of it. Run up the side and pull yourself up. Turn left and walk across the long beam. Jump to the column and climb to the top. Jump to the groove in the wall to the right. Shimmy left and drop down to the platform. Run along the right wall to reach a rope. Swing to the left to reach another platform. Turn the handle clockwise once. Turn left and walk to the end of the small beam. Jump to the platform and turn right. Walk across the long beam and jump the large platform. Turn left and walk to the end of the platform. Turn left again and walk across the small beam. Jump to the long beam on the pillar and walk across it to reach the pillar.

Turn right and jump to the platform with the handle. Turn this clockwise twice. Turn left and run along the right wall to reach a rope. Swing to the left to reach another platform. Look left and you will see a groove in the wall. Jump up to it and shimmy left. Jump to the column behind you and slide down it. Jump to the platform to the left and walk across the long beam. Jump to the platform. Break the chest to your left for artwork #16. Drop down into the small groove on the left and roll under the gate. Turn right and climb onto the small platform on the right. Run up the wall to reach a platform. Pull yourself up and jump up to the next ledge. Go down the hall and turn left. There are some more traps here. The best thing to do here is to slow down time, run across the floor spikes, and roll under the spiked log. Turn right and you will see three more spiked logs. Wait for the first to rise and slow time. Run down the hall and roll under the last log. Turn right and you will see another red symbol. Walk forward and you will get life upgrade number five. Run back down the hall and jump down to the handle. Turn it counterclockwise and watch the scene. Roll back under the gate. Hang on the edge right above the waterspout and jump to the long beam. Walk back to the pillar and jump to the column. Climb the column and jump to the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the right and drop down to the platform. Run along the left wall to the rope and swing right to reach the next platform. Turn the handle clockwise twice. Jump to the platform on your right and walk across the long beam. Jump forward to the large platform for a quick scene. Turn right and walk to the end of the platform. Turn right again and jump to the long beam. Walk forward to the pillar. Turn left and jump to the platform with the handle. Ignore the handle and Run along the left wall to the rope. Swing right to reach the platform. Jump up and grab the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the right and jump to the column. Slide down it and jump to the long beam. Walk to the platform and drop to the ground. Kill the enemies on both sides of the area. Go to the handle in the center and turn it clockwise twice. The water will open the first lock. Go right and go through the door to this area. Drop down and save your game at the fountain. ***************** The Second Tower: ***************** Run back up to the platform above and turn around. Run along the left wall to reach a platform. Wait for the saws to descend and run along the left wall. Go through the door and turn left. Kill the enemies. Wait for the saws to separate and run along the wall. Slide down the

ladder and hang off the left side of the platform. Shimmy to the left and drop down to the ledge below. Drop down to the next ledge and shimmy to the left. Kill more enemies and go through the door. Walk down the hall and climb the ladder on the left. Jump to the weight lever and roll through the door. Go to the end of the hall and kill the enemies. Hang off the railing on the right and jump to the pole. Swing from pole to pole to reach the next platform. Kill the enemies here and walk to the end of the platform. Turn left and run along the left wall to the rope. Swing right to reach the platform. Kill the enemy and break open the chest for artwork #17. Run up the wall on the your left to activate a pressure switch. This extends a platform back on the other platform. Slow time and run back along the wall and swing to the platform. Turn left and climb onto the new platform. Run up the wall and jump to the pole. Shimmy to the right and turn the corner of the pole. You are now facing a ledge. Swing to the ledge and shimmy to the right. Jump to the ledge on the right and shimmy to the right. Jump to the next ledge on the right and shimmy to the right again. Drop down to the platform below and slide down the ladder. Go right and run along the left wall to the rope. Swing to the right and jump at the end to reach a platform. Break open the chest for artwork #18. Jump to the banner and slide down to the floor. Return to the statue and go through the door it's facing. (This is the way you came in a while ago.) Go down the hall and save your game at the fountain. Go forward and drop down into the trench. Follow it to the end and climb up the ledges to the platform. Drop into the next trench and pull climb up to the hallway. ********************* Central Hall - (past) ********************* Follow the hall and roll past the rotating blades. Kill the easy enemies and walk forward for a scene. You will receive the Lion Sword. Jump the gap and save at the fountain near the hourglass chamber. Jump back across and go to the handle. Turn it clockwise twice so that a series of ledges rise up to the left of the hourglass chamber. Jump back across the gap and break the weapon rack. Run along the right wall and jump to reach the platform. Run along the right wall to reach a ledge. Jump up and grab the ledge above it. Shimmy left and jump up the next couple of ledges. Jump to the platform on the left. Run up the wall to reach a higher platform. Jump to the platform diagonally to your right. You will find another chest here. Bust it open for artwork #19. Jump back across to the last platform and jump to the platform in front

of the door. Run up the wall to the weight lever. Slow down time and drop to the ground. Roll past the blades and go through the door. Jump the gap and go to the end of the hall. Run up the wall on the left and jump from wall to wall to reach the top. Go forward and wait for the saws to stop. Run forward and climb the ladder. St the top, shimmy to the left and turn the corner. Jump to the platform on the right. Run past the crushers and save your game at the fountain. ********************* Clockworks And Gears: ********************* ************************* Mechanical Tower - (past) ************************* Turn right and kill the enemies. Go forward and walk onto the ledge. Shimmy to the left as far as you can. Drop down to a ledge and hang from it. Shimmy left some more. Drop down a few ledges and shimmy right until you are over solid ground. Kill all the enemies and walk towards the door at the far end of the platform. A scene will take place. ^^^^^^^^^^^ Stone Golem ^^^^^^^^^^^ This guy will run at you from the beginning. Slow time and run between its legs. Attack the back of its legs and it will fall down on one knee. Press X near his left leg and you will climb on him. Slow down time again and attack the back of its head like crazy. It should fall before time returns to normal. The door forward will open and enemies will come out. Deal with them and go through the door. To the right of the small staircase is a chest with artwork #20. Turn left and walk until you see a pressure switch on the wall. Run up the wall and press the switch. This raises a platform to your right. Run to it and run up the side of it. Pull yourself up and run up the wall to reach a ledge. Jump and grab onto a ledge above. Pull yourself up. Go forward and save your game at the fountain. Turn left and walk to the end of the beam. Slow time and jump past the gear. Kill the enemies that attack you. Go to the middle of the platform you landed on after the scene. You should see a few columns. Jump to the leftmost column (the one closest to the platform that is moving slowly up and down). Jump to the column on the right. Jump to the next column and jump to the column on the right. From here,

jump to the beam behind the column. Jump to the platform on the right and take out the enemy. Run up the wall to press the switch. This moves the wall (you were just on top of it) to the left for a short time. Run along the right wall to grab a ledge on the side of the wall. Slow time and hang from this ledge. Shimmy to the other side of the wall and pull yourself up. Jump to the pole on the left and swing to the platform. Turn the handle to rotate the pole. Jump to the pole and wait for the moving pole to descend. Jump to it and wait for it to rise again. Jump to the platform. There are new enemies here. They explode after a few hits so watch out. Jump up and grab the hanging lever. This will raise a platform from below. Jump onto it and fight off more exploders. Turn left and jump up to the small beam. Pull yourself up and jump to the small beam on the left. Walk forward to the ledge and shimmy to the left. Jump up and grab the higher ledge. Jump up again to grab a third ledge. Hang from this and shimmy to the left. Drop down to the railing. Pull yourself up to the platform. Kill the enemy and bust open the chest for artwork #21. Climb up the ladder on the right. When you reach the top, shimmy to the right until you are across from another ledge. Jump to it and hang from it. Shimmy left and pull yourself up. Jump to the pole behind you. Shimmy to the right and turn the corner. Swing to the rotating platform on the left (when it stops moving for a sec). Rotate with the platform and jump to the platform on the left. Turn the handle for a cut scene. Jump to the pole on the left and swing to the gear. Wait until the gear rotates twice and jump to the pole on the left. Swing to the platform on the left. Step on the button on this platform to turn a section of the wall. Take out your swords. Run along the right wall and jump to the section of wall you turned. There is an enemy chilling on the wall you're running on but you will kill it automatically if you have your swords out. Pull yourself up on top of the wall and wait for it to rate back to where it was before. Jump to the ledge on the right. Shimmy left and drop down onto the platform. Kill the exploders and head into the room on the right. Break the barrels and run up the wall they were in front of. Jump at the top to reach a hanging lever. This raises the platform again. Exit this room and walk onto the platform you just raised. Slow down time and take care of the exploders. Turn right and jump up to the large beam. Walk across the beam in the middle. Slow down time and jump past the gear to another beam. Jump to the right to reach another beam. Walk towards the wall and jump up to the ledge. Shimmy to the left and jump up to another ledge.

Shimmy to shimmying break the Return to

the left but don't through the door just yet. Continue to the left and drop down to the platform. Kill the enemy, pots for sand, and bust open the chest for artwork #22. the doorway and walk through.

Roll past the rotating blades and turn left. Wait for the crusher to extend and climb on the right side of it. Run along the right wall to get past the spiked logs. Go forward and turn left. Slow time and run past the spiked poles. Run down the stairs and roll under the logs. There is a button here but it is too high to run up to. Turn left and jump on top of the wooden ledge. Jump up and you will grab a hidden groove in the wall. Shimmy right to press the switch. Drop down and run through the door. Go down the stairs and save at the fountain. *********************** Mechanical Pit - (past) *********************** Run down the stairs and kill all the enemies. Turn around and you will see a pressure switch on the wall. Run up and press it. This raise a small platform on the left. Slow down time and run to the platform. Climb it and run up the wall to reach a rope. Swing back and forth for momentum and run left to reach a platform. Kill the enemies here. Note: This next part is optional. The only reason to get this is if you want to see more artwork. If not, skip this section. After killing the enemies, turn left and go forward. Turn right and go through the door. Slow down time and roll under the log. Run past the crusher and turn right. Run down the stairs and roll under the spiked logs. Roll under the rotating blade and run past the crusher. Step on the button to open the door. Climb the ladder on the opposite side of the room and jump to the platform. Break open the chest for artwork #23. Return to the place where you fought the enemies. Turn right and watch the scene. Slow time and run along the left wall, avoiding the spokes of the wheel. Kill the enemies here. Slow time and run along the left wall, avoiding the spokes of the next wheel. Jump at the end to reach a column. Jump to the next column and jump to the platform on the left. Turn the handle to lower a lift. Jump on it and wait for it to rise. Run along the right wall and jump from wall to wall to reach the platform at the top. Run to the end of the wooden walkway and break open the chest for artwork #24. Run back the way you came and jump the gap for a quick scene. ^^^^^^^ Golem 2 ^^^^^^^

Use the same tactics you used on the last golem. Slow down time, run between its legs, and slash at the back of its legs. Climb on top of it, slow down time, and slash at it until it falls. Go through the door on the left and bust open the chest for artwork #25. Go back into the room where you fought the golem. Turn left and you will see another door. Take out your weapon and run along the wall to take out the enemy and reach a rope. Swing on the rope and run to the right. Jump at the end to reach a platform. This platform is filled with water so drink to regain health. In front of you are a bunch of metal gates moving to the left. Underneath each gate is a small space you can roll under. Wait until one gate passes and jump into the small waterway. Watch to see whether the space is on the right side or the left. Roll under each gate, alternating between openings on the right and left, until you reach a walkway on the right. Jump out of the waterway and walk across to the hanging lever. Jump up and pull it. This opens a door further on. Go back to the waterway and continue rolling under gates until you reach where the gates are coming out of the wall. Go right and jump up to the pole. Swing from pole to pole to reach another platform. Kill the enemies and go through the door. Run past the floor spikes and spinning pole. Run over the next set of floor spikes. When you reach the pit, wait for the saw to descend and run along the wall to reach a rope. Wait for the next saw to descend and run to the left. Run forward and run past the spinning pole and the crusher. Climb onto the next crusher and run along the wall to avoid the spiked log. Run past the spiked pole and the last crusher. When you reach another pit, wait for the logs to separate and run along the left wall. GO through the waterfall save your game at the fountain. Activate the sand portal and go through. You will gain the ravages of time attack. Save your game at the fountain. ************************** Mechanical Pit - (present) ************************** Walk through the waterfall and wait for the spiked log to rise. Run along the wall to the other side. When you reach the crusher, wait until it extends and climb on top. Run along the left wall. You should avoid the spike log and land on the next crusher. Run past the next crusher and the spiked pole. Wait for the saw to rise and run along the wall to the rope. Jump to the ledge behind you and hang from it. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up. Run over the floor spikes, avoid the spiked pole, and run to the end of the hallway for a quick scene. Kill the regular enemies and the exploders. Hang off the edge of the platform and shimmy to the right until you are over the banner. Slide down the banner to the platform below. Run along the left wall, through the spokes of the wheel, and jump at the end to reach a column.

Jump from column to column until you see a platform on your left. Jump to the platform. The lift is automatic now, so jump to it and wait for the lift to rise. Run along the right wall and jump from wall to wall to reach the wooden walkway. Jump across the gap to the doorway on the right. Kill all the enemies in the area and exploders will appear. What you need to do is lure them over to the boarded-up door that was shown in the cut scene. Attack one of them and have it explode near the boards to open the way forward. Kill the rest of the exploders. Go through the opening and run along the left wall to reach a rope. Swing to the right and jump at the end to reach the platform with water. Drink to regain health. The gates in the waterway have stopped moving so you can take your time. Jump into the waterway and roll under the first gate. Jump the gap to the other side. Roll under the next gate. To your left is a platform with an enemy on it. Jump the gap to this platform and kill the enemy. Hang off the right side of the platform and drop down to the ledge below. Shimmy to the right and drop down to another ledge. Drop down to the ground and kill the enemy. Jump the gap to the next platform and kill the enemy. Turn left and jump through the waterfall to reach another platform. (It's hard to see the platform through the waterfall but you should be able to make it. If you don't make it the first time, jump diagonally right to have a better chance of reaching it.) Go through the door and kill the enemy. Go down the stairs and roll under the spiked logs. Turn right and step on the switch to open the gate. Kill the enemies and climb up the ladder. Wait until you can see an opening in the spinning gear above you and jump to it. You will grab the edge. Pull yourself up and go to the left wall. Run up it to grab a ledge. Jump up to the ledge above. As see a ledge on one side of it. and jump to it. Wait until the wall on the right. Jump to the the gear behind you turns, you should Wait for the ledge to turn to face you ledge rotates and you are facing the ledge on the right wall.

As the gear rotates some more, you will notice a higher ledge. Jump up to reach a ledge at the top of the gear. Shimmy left until you reach an opening. Jump behind you to grab the edge of the gear. Pull yourself up. Run up the right wall and jump up two ledges. Wait for the ledge on the spinning pole to rotate towards you and jump to it. Rotate with the pillar and jump to a ledge on the left. Jump up to a groove in the wall. Jump to the ledge on the rotating pillar (this ledge is all the way around it). Rotate with the pillar until you are near the pressure switch. Jump to it and rebound back to the ledge. Jump to the door on the right. Go through and save your game at the fountain.

Turn left and go down the hall. Jump over the pile of rubble and enter the next room. Kill the enemies and lure the exploders over to the cracked wall on the right. Use them to blow it up. Jump through the wall for a scene. *************************** Activation Room - (present) *************************** Turn around and climb up onto the small ledge. Run up the left wall and jump from wall to wall to reach the top. Kill all of the enemies here. Go to the right side of the platform and run up the low wall on the right. Jump to the platform in the center. Turn right and you should see a bunch of brown (wooden) ledges on the wall (light is coming out of this part of the wall). Jump to the first ledge and climb up to the top. You will reach a platform. Turn left and run along the right wall to reach another ledge. Run along the right wall to reach a ladder. Climb up to the top and kill some enemies. Go left and break the barrels next to the railing. Hang over the side of the railing and drop down to the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left and jump to the platform. Kill the enemies and go to the right side of this platform (towards the groove you just jumped from). There is a ladder here. Slide down it and flip around to the back of the ladder (left analog). Jump to the beam behind you and jump to the platform. Wait for the saws to lower and run along the wall to the rope. Swing to the left, run along the wall, and jump to reach a ledge. Jump up to reach a platform. Run along the right wall to another platform. Slide down the ladder and drop down to the ground. Kill all of the enemies. Run up the short wall on the right to reach another platform. Turn right and jump up to reach the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left and jump to the groove on the left. Drop down to reach another groove. Shimmy to the left and drop down to the floor. Head towards the door for a scene. *************** Dahaka Chase #4 *************** Run forward and run along the left wall. Turn the corner and run along the right wall to the rope. Swing forward and continue your run to the platform. Turn left and run under the water. Your safe again, for now. You will see a pressure switch on the wall here. Run up the wall and press it. This will bring the other wall closer. Run up either wall and jump from wall to wall to reach the top. Turn left and climb up the small ledge. Kill all of the enemies in this hallway and turn left. Jump the gap for a scene.

*************** Dahaka Chase #5 *************** Run down the hall and turn the corner. Run along the left wall and use the rope to extend your run. Turn the next corner and run along the right wall. Go through the waterfall to thwart the Dahaka yet again. Save your game at the fountain and activate another sand portal. Go through the portal and you will get a fifth sand tank. Save your game at the fountain. ************************ Activation Room - (past) ************************ Go through the waterfall. Wait for the log to rise and run along the left wall. Roll past the rotating blade and roll through the small opening under the wall. Roll under the next blade and turn right. Wait for the saw to rise and run along the wall to the rope. Wait for the next saw to rise and use the rope to run along the wall again. Take care of the exploders and roll under the gear. Jump the gap and take out the enemies. Follow the hallway to the end and hang off the edge. Jump from wall to wall to descend to the bottom. Go through the waterfall and deal with more enemies. Run along the left wall to the rope and use it to continue your run. Step on the nearby button to skewer the enemies with floor spikes. Continue down the hall and run along either wall to reach the end of the hall. Go forward for a scene. Turn left and run up the wall to find a chest. Bust it open for artwork #26. Jump back down. Kill the so don't area and exploder enemies but watch out. The golem will throw exploders at you, stay in one place for too long. Go to the left side of the you should see a cracked wall. Wait for the golem to throw an at you and roll out of the way.

If you do this right, the cracked wall will be blown open and you can walk through. You should be in a hallway with crushers. (This is the hallway for life upgrade number six. If you see a fountain, then you opened up the wrong wall. We'll get to that later.) Run forward past the two crushers. Turn right and slow down time. Roll under the three spiked logs. Turn left and wait for the first crusher to extend. Climb onto it and run along the left wall to reach another crusher. In front of you is another crusher that is facing a different direction. Wait for that to extend and jump to it. Turn left and run along the right wall to get past the last of the traps. Walk towards the symbol to get your sixth life upgrade. The traps are deactivated, so run back to the wall you destroyed. Go right this time and you should see a bunch of wooden boards blocking a doorway. Wait for the golem again and he will take out the blockade for you.

Save your game at the fountain. Turn right and run up the wall to reach another weight lever. Quickly drop down and run back outside. Slow time and run along the right wall, through the spokes of the wheel, and you will reach a metal platform. Jump up hanging Wait at quickly to the next ledge and drop down to the platform under the rock. Kill the enemies and walk to the left side of the room. the cracked door for the golem to throw another exploder and roll out of the way.

Go into the open door and smash the chest for artwork #27. Go to the back of this platform and break the pots around the ladder. Climb the ladder and jump to the hanging rock. Hang here and wait for the golem to throw an exploder at you. This will make the bottom part of the rock drop. Look to your left and you should see a ledge. Shimmy to the left until you reach the next flat side and jump to the platform. Turn left and run along the right wall to reach another platform. Run along the right wall again to reach a ladder. Climb to the top and turn the lever until it clanks in place. This wall extend a platform. Turn left and break the pots in your way. Wait for the moving parts of the wall to stop moving and run along the left wall to the platform you just extended. Wait for the next moving part to stop and run along the left wall to a ledge. Shimmy to the right and hang from the ledge. Wait for the gear to stop for a second and drop down to it. Wait for it to stop again and drop down to the second gear. The next time the gear stops, drop down to the pole below you. Swing to the pole on the right and swing from pole to pole until you reach a ledge. Pull yourself up and shimmy to the right. Jump to the pole on the right. Jump to the ledge on the right. Walk forward and jump down to the next platform. Kill the enemies here. Climb the ladder and jump to the hanging stone. Wait for the golem to throw an exploder at the rock. Shimmy to the right until you are on the next flat side and jump behind you to reach a platform. Turn right and run along the left wall to reach another platform. Run along the left wall again to reach a second ladder. Climb to the top. Turn the lever here until it clanks in place. This will extend another platform. (It is interesting to note that, while you are extending platforms for yourself, you are also pushing gears into their proper spaces.) Kill the exploder and wait for the moving wall sections to stop. Run along the right wall to the platform. Run across another moving wall section to reach a platform. There is a handle here. Turn the handle clockwise until it clanks in place. This moves the final gear into place. Go back out to the ledge and run along the right wall to the platform you just extended. Turn right and climb into the window. Break open the chest for artwork

#28. Jump to the ledge on the right and kill some more enemies. Slide the ladder and drop down to the platform. Turn right and run along the left wall to another platform. Hang off of this and shimmy to the right. Drop down to the next platform. From here, drop down to the ground. Walk towards the golem. Before you face the golem, if you need health, turn right and there is a room with a fountain. Return to the golem. ^^^^^^^ Golem 3 ^^^^^^^ This battle plays out the same as the previous battles. Slow down time and run between its legs. Slash at the back of its legs to make it fall over. Climb onto it and slow time. Slash the hell out of the back of its head and it'll be dead before time returns to normal. Walk towards the wall of gears that the golem was guarding. Run up the wall on the right and jump to the pole. Swing to the left to grab a beam. Jump to a pole on the left. Swing to the wall and rebound to reach the higher pole. Jump to the beam on the right. Walk to the end of it and jump to the ladder. Flip around to the other side of it and climb to the top. Walk past the door and turn right. Run up the wall and jump to reach a hanging lever. Pull this to extend a bridge. Walk across and kill some more exploders. Turn the handle to activate the tower and finally unlock the door. Walk back across the bridge and go through the door that is now open. Turn right and wait until one of the spokes goes back into the wall. Run along the left wall to the next platform. For the next gear, wait until a spoke comes out of the wall a bit and run along the right wall. Jump at the end to reach a platform. Follow this hall down the banner. banner and slide second and slide until you reach a doorway. Hang of the edge and slide At the end of the banner, jump across to another down it. Jump to a third banner at the end of the down to the bottom.

Follow the hall to another doorway. Slide down the first banner and jump to a second. Slide to the bottom and you will reach the ground. Go to the end of the hall and jump to the platform. Slide down the ladder and drop to the next platform. Walk onto the beam near the rotating gear. Slow time and jump across. Save your game at the fountain. ***************** The Door Is Open: ***************** ************************* Mechanical Tower - (past) ************************* Turn right and hang of the edge. Drop down to the ledge below and then

drop down to the ground. Make sure you are stocked up on sand. If not, break open the pots. Walk out the door and kill another golem. He hasn't changed at all. After it's dead, walk forward and go to the left. Run up the wall to grab a ledge. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up. Jump up to a higher ledge and then jump up to a third ledge. Hang from this and shimmy right. Pull yourself up and jump to a higher ledge. Shimmy to the right and you will reach a platform. ********************* Central Hall - (past) ********************* Walk forward and save at the fountain. Run past the crushers and jump to the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the right and slide down the ladder. Walk past the saws. Run along the left wall and jump to the banner to reach the floor. Turn left and run up the wall to reach the weight lever. Slow time, jump the gap, and roll under the door. Roll past the blades and turn left. Jump across the gap to the platform. Jump down to the platform on the right. Face the wall and hang off of the right side of the platform. Drop down to the floor and walk forward for a scene. What is going on with this story? You'll find out shortly. Turn left and jump the gap. Save at the fountain. Go down the long hall to the hourglass chamber, avoiding all the traps. Nothing has changed since your last trip here. ************************** Hourglass chamber - (past) ************************** Heal at the fountain and walk towards the hourglass for a scene. When that's done, walk through the open door and head down the hall. Enter the throne room for a scene. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Kaileena ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Kaileena may seem hard at first but this isn't that hard of a fight. The first thing to note is that you shouldn't try to block her attacks like you did with the other woman. Most of her attacks will make it through your block. Instead, you should flip backwards and roll away to dodge her attacks. From the start of the battle, flip away from her and go around the room, smashing pots and collecting sand. Even if you have full sand tanks, you can find two chests in the throne room containing artwork #29 and #30. Now, run up to her and slow down time. Keep attacking until time returns to normal. If she blocks your attacks, roll behind her or vault over her. Continue slowing time until she lose one third of her health. A close up of both fighters will be shown. Rapidly press square to fend her off. Now, she will float in the air on a pillar of sand. Ignore her for the moment. She will summon two minions that behave the same way as the crow master. Kill them with vault attacks and steal their sand. Wait until she drops to the ground and slow time again. Attack her until she is down to half health. A scene will take place. Slow time again and attack her until you are out

of sand. If she isn't down to one fourth of her health, then use these strategies. You could dodge her attacks and then run up to her for a few quick combos or you could vault over her a few times and continue attacking. Once she is at one fourth health, another close up will show. Rapidly press square to win the sword clash. She will go back to her sand pillar and summon more guards. Take their sand and their swords. Slow time and continue attacking her. Continue attacking until she has an inch left on her health bar. You have to strike the last blow in normal time. Once you strike her, a scene will occur and you will regret killing her. Trust me, you will. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ You will be asked to save your game. Do so and watch the next scene. ****************** The Long Way Home: ****************** ***************** Beach - (present) ***************** After the scene, get ready to run for the hills because our old friend is back. *************** Dahaka Chase #6 *************** Run down get past left and to reach the the run the hall and jump the first gap. Run along the left wall to second pit. Turn right and run along the left wall. Turn along the left wall. Use the rope to extend your wall-run banner.

Slide down it and go through the door for a scene. After the first big secret is revealed (you should be regretting killing Kaileena now) and all of the scenes are over, turn around and break open the chest behind you for artwork #31. ********************* Catacombs - (present) ********************* Turn around and run up the steps. Run down the hallway for another scene. *************** Dahaka Chase #7 *************** Turn left and run along the right wall. Jump at the end to reach a platform. Break the barrels in front of you. Run along the wall to the prince's left and swing from pole to pole to reach the next platform. Turn left and run along the right wall. Use the rope to extend your wall-run. Jump at the end to reach a new platform. Turn right and run forward. Break the barrel on the right. Run along the right wall and jump at the end to reach another platform. Run forward and jump to the hanging lever. Swing forward and the Dahaka

will be thwarted for now. Jump the gap to the platform and pull tombstone out of the wall. The platform will descend. Jump to the ground and go back to the hallway where the Dahaka first spotted you. The passage forward has been blocked, so turn right and go down the passage the Dahaka opened. Run along the left wall to get past the pit. The Dahaka will give chase again. *************** Dahaka Chase #8 *************** Run forward and run along the left wall. Jump at the end to reach a pole. Swing from pole to pole to reach a platform. Jump the gap. Note: If you turn left here and break the weapon rack you can pick up the glove special weapon. You must be fast though or the Dahaka will catch you. At the fork, take the left path and roll under the rocks. When you reach the pit, run along the right wall and use the rope to continue your run. Swing from the pole to reach a platform. Run forward until you reach a dead end. Run up the wall on the right and jump from wall to wall to reach the top. Run forward and roll under the rocks. Run to the next dead end and run up the right wall. Jump from wall to wall to reach the top. Run forwards and run along the right wall. Use the first and second rope to continue your wall-run until you reach a pole. Swing from pole to pole to reach a new ledge. Jump across the gap and run along the left wall. Jump at the end and slide down the banner. Go left and turn the corner. Run forward and roll under the rocks. Run along the left wall and jump at the end to reach a new platform. Roll under the rocks and jump to the hanging lever. Swing forward and the Dahaka will be thwarted again. There is a ledge on the left side of the doorway (if you are facing the way you just came from). Either run up the wall on the left side to grab the ledge or run up the right wall and jump to the ledge. I find the right wall easier to run up for some reason. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up onto the platform. Pull the tombstone out and the platform will descend. Jump to the ground and go back down the hallway that same hallway. Turn right and run along the left wall. The Dahaka will return. It seems that he is determined to kill you. *************** Dahaka Chase #9 *************** This chase is much easier and shorter. Run along the left wall and jump to the pole again. Swing from pole to pole to reach the platform and

jump the gap. Turn right and jump to the hanging lever. Swing forward and you have thwarted the Dahaka again. Turn around and run up the wall to the left of the doorway to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the left and jump to the higher ledge. Shimmy left until you are over a platform. Drop down to it and pull the tombstone out of the wall to make the platform descend. Watch the quick scene. Jump down to the floor and walk around the raised tomb until you reach the ledges you saw in the scene. Climb to the top and turn to the left. Jump to the pole and swing through the doorway of water. The Dahaka makes another effort to reach you but the water stops him in his tracks. Follow the hall and run along the right wall to the beam. Follow it to a new platform. Kill the enemies and Run along the left wall to the next beam. Walk to the end of the beam and kill some more enemies. Hang from the edge of the platform and shimmy left until you reach the beam. Walk to the end and jump to the beam on the right. Walk down it and turn right at the intersection. Walk to the end of the beam. Jump to the beam on the left and follow it to the platform. Fight the enemies and run up the left wall to reach a ladder. Climb to the top and jump to the next ladder. Climb to the top. Jump to the groove on the left and shimmy to the right. Pull yourself up and go through the door for a scene. Save at the fountain. ******************** A Throne And A Mask: ******************** ****************** Prison - (present) ****************** Turn left and go through the series of holes in the wall to reach the next room. Kill the enemies and turn right. Follow the hall to the end and turn right. Walk across the beam and turn left at the intersection. An assassin will attack u while on the beam. Jump when it attacks and attack it right back. Walk further across the beam and turn right. Kill another assassin and walk to the platform. Turn right and walk to the end of the beam. Jump to the next beam and walk to the platform on the end. Take out your sword and run along the wall. Wait until you are near the next assassin and kill it before it knocks you down. Turn left and run along the wall to the next platform. Run along the next wall and slide down the platform for a scene. The Dahaka refuses

to give up so start running. **************** Dahaka Chase #10 **************** Run forward, turn left, and run down the stairs. Turn right and run along the left wall. Run towards the camera, avoiding the barrels. When you see a hallway on the prince's right (your left), turn and run down it. Turn left and run along the right wall. Dart through the waterfall and the Dahaka will be foiled. He is pissed right now. Save your game at the fountain and activate another sand portal. You will get the wind of fate attack and your sand tanks will replenish. Save your game and walk through the waterfall. *************** Prison - (past) *************** Wait for the spiked poles to move towards you and run along the wall. Jump at the end to avoid the poles. Run up the stairs and roll past the blade. Run past the saws and turn left. Wait until the spiked pole moves away from you and jump to the crusher. Run forward and hang off the far edge of the crusher. Jump to the platform behind you. Turn left and run up the stairs. Wait for the saws to move away from you and go left into the alcove. Wait for the saws to move right and the spiked pole to move left and run past them. Go up the stairs and press the switch to open the door. Run forward for a scene. You now have the scorpion sword which is badass. Enemies will enter the room. You can take them out normally or quickly kill them with a vault attack. They go down in two hits with a vault. Go through the open door to the right of the pedestal that the sword was resting on. Turn left and slow time to get past the spiked pole. Turn right and roll under the spiked log. Turn right and hold square near the cracked wall to break through it. Go up the stairs and turn the handle to open three doors. Enemies will come out of the open doors. Kill them with your new sword. The wind of fate attack is very useful here. The door on the right leads to a dead end. Go in the door across from the stairs and bust open the chest for artwork #33. Go through the door to the left of the stairs and grab the metal block. Pull it out of the room and place it on the switch next to the stairs. Go through the door you open. Run down the hall and jump the gap to reach a ladder. Slide down and kill the enemies. Slow down time and roll past the sliding swords. Turn right and roll past the rotating blade. Slow time again to get past the saws and the blades in the next hall.

Break through the wall and enter the next room. Turn the handle to open two doors. Kill the enemies that are behind the doors and go through the door on the right. You will see a pressure switch on the wall. Run up the wall and press it. Slow down time and run through the door you just opened. Kill the enemies here and turn right. Go into the room on the right and bust open the chest for artwork #34. Go back into the main room. Turn the handle to open the way forward. Save at the fountain in front of you. Turn left and run along the right wall. Jump at the end and jump from wall to wall until you reach the ledge. Jump to the wall on the left and wall-jump to reach a platform. Walk forward and you will see another golem. This one is quite powerful. ^^^^^^^^^^^^ Golem Brute ^^^^^^^^^^^^ With this golem, you don't want to slow time at the start of the battle. This guy has a health meter and has about three times as much health as the other golems. Roll behind the golem and start hacking away at the back of its legs. If it starts to hit you, just roll to avoid the strike and keep striking until it goes down on its knee. Climb on top of the brute. Now is when you want to slow down time. Hack away at the back of its head and you will do a lot of damage. Use all of the sand at your disposal and he should fall. If you run out of sand before the beast is dead, hack away at it until it swipes at you with its hands. Move the left analog stick in the opposite direction to avoid the hand. Go back to slashing at him. If he knocks you down, quickly run to the back of its legs and hack away again. He starts to regenerate health if you stop attacking for a short while so make sure you keep attacking. Climb back on top and deliver the final blow. Go into the room that the golem came out of and turn left. On the left wall is a ladder, although it is hard to see. Run up the left wall and climb the ladder. Jump to reach the platform. Smash open the chest for artwork #35. You should see a switch on the wall. Run up the wall to press the switch and go through the door behind you. Kill all of the enemies here. Face your back to the door you just came through and walk down the left side of the room. In the upper left-hand corner is a cracked wall. Bust through this. It looks like a dead end but nothing is ever that simple. Turn right and ignore the opening on the left. Walk forward and turn right again. About halfway down the hallway, on your left, is a doorway with wooden boards blocking it. Use your sword to bust through. There is a switch dead-end passage. stop time and run through before it on the wall here. This opens a gate back in that Run up the wall and press the switch. Immediately to the dead end passage. The gate is open, so run closes. It's time to get the seventh life upgrade.

Turn left and walk down the hallway. Turn right. Roll past the two spinning logs. Turn left. Wait for the spiked poles at the end of the

hallway to move to the right and run down the hall. Roll under the sliding blades. The spiked poles should be on the left now, so turn right and go through the door. In this corridor, wait for the poles to move towards you and run down the hall. Roll under more sliding blades and roll to the right before the poles come back your way. Roll under two more spiked logs and claim life upgrade number seven. Return to the gate and step on the switch to open it. Go through the gate. Go forward and turn left. Go through the opening you ignored earlier and turn left again. Run to the end of this hall. Run up the wall in front of you and jump to the beam. Jump back to the wall to grab a ledge. Jump behind you to reach another beam. Jump to the left and you will grab a ledge above the archway. Jump to the beam on the right. Walk across the beam to reach a platform. Save your game at the fountain. Turn right and run up the wall in front of you. Jump at the top of your run to reach a beam. Walk to the right side of the beam and you should see a beam above you. Jump to the wall and rebound to the higher beam. Jump to the beam in front of you. Move to the right side of this beam and you'll see another beam above you. Rebound off of the wall to reach the beam. Walk to the platform. Go forward and kill the enemies. **************** Library - (past) **************** Go into the next room and climb over the table to reach another part of the library. Kill all of the enemies here and turn left. Go forward until you reach the other side of this area and turn left again. You should see a handle in a little alcove. Turn the handle to close off the one section and open the way forward. Kill some more enemies and go into the next room. Run up the wall to reach a weighted lever. Wait until it reaches the bottom and drop to the floor. Slow down time and run back to the handle. Turn it the other way to open the way back to the previous area. Slow time again and run through the door in the middle of the right wall. Climb the ladder to the next level and take out some more enemies. Turn left and bust open the chest to unlock artwork #36. Turn around and walk forward. Turn right and walk to the first balcony. Kill the enemy that attacks you and turn right. Follow the walkway to the next balcony and turn left. Walk forward to the next area. Kill the enemies here. Go to the left side of this platform. Pull the two bookcases out of the wall. Go in between the two bookcases. Run up the right bookcase and jump from one to the other to reach the top. If you are not on top of the right bookcase, jump over to it. Run along the left wall to reach a pole.

Turn around and swing to the beam on the left. Jump forward to the next beam. Walk to the end of the beam and jump to the pole on your right. Swing from pole to pole to reach a groove in the wall. Drop down to the ledge below. Shimmy to the right and jump to the ledge above. Jump up and grab the beam above you. Shimmy to the right and pull yourself up. Walk across the beam into the next room. Walk to the wall and drop down to the rock below you. Drop down to the floor and go to the right side of the room. Bust open the chest for artwork # 37. Go to the hole in the wall and move to the prince's left. You will walk onto a ledge. Shimmy to the right and jump up to reach another ledge. Jump to the right to reach a beam above the balcony. Follow the beam as it curves around to the left. Kill the assassin as it tries to attack you and follow the beam until you see another beam on your right. Jump to it and walk to the right until you reach the wall. Jump to the right to reach a ledge. Drop down to another ledge and hang from it. Shimmy to the right, past the window, and pull yourself up. Jump up to reach another ledge and jump up to the platform above. Walk across the beam and jump to the wall. You will grab hold of a ledge. Drop down to another ledge and drop down to the floor. Walk down the hall and turn right. Run along the right wall to get past the spiked log and jump over the rotating blade. Slow time and roll under the spiked log. Wait for the saws to move away from you and run forward. Dart to the right before they come back. Run along the wall to avoid the first spiked pole and immediately stop your wall run so that you don't run into the next pole. Go down the stairs and go to the symbol for life upgrade number eight. One more to go. Backtrack to where you dropped to the floor using the ledges. Run up the wall to reach the ledge again. Jump to the next ledge and jump back to the beam. Walk to the right and hang off the edge. Drop down to the ledge below and drop down to the next ledge. Hang from this and shimmy left. Pull yourself up and jump to the ledge above. Jump to the groove in the wall. Jump backwards to reach the beam again. Follow it to the other end and jump to the platform on the left. Walk across the beam to your left and kill the assassin. Go to the middle of the beam and walk across the short beam. Jump to the platform and walk across the next beam. Drop down to the floor and walk down the hall to find another chest. Bust it open to find artwork #38. To the right of the chest is a block. Push it forward so that it is under the beam. Climb on and run up the wall. Jump to the beam and walk forward. Drop down to the next hallway and save your game at the

fountain. Follow the hallway until you reach a pit. Run along the right wall to the pole. Wait for the spiked pole to rise and swing forward. Swing forward again to reach the next ledge. Turn left and take out your weapon. Run along the wall and slash the enemy as you go. Go forward and run along the left wall this time. Take out the exploder and continue until you reach a blocked door. Use your sword to break through it. ************************* Mechanical Tower - (past) ************************* Walk forward and jump onto the platform. Turn right and walk across the beam. Slow time and jump past the gear. Save your game at the fountain if you wish. Turn right and go down the hall. Hang from the edge and drop down to the ledge below. Drop down to the ground. Walk out the door and take care of the golem. He is much easier with your new sword. Walk to the other side of the area and walk down the narrow path on the left. Run up the wall to the ledge. Shimmy left and pull yourself up. Jump up to the ledge above and jump to another ledge. Shimmy to the right and pull yourself up. Jump up to reach a final ledge and shimmy right. Take out some easy minions in one hit and walk down the hall. Save your game at the fountain if you wish. Turn left and run past the crushers. Jump the gap to the groove and shimmy right. Slide down the ladder and walk past the saws. Run along the left wall and jump to the banner. Pull down the weight lever, drop down, jump the gap, and roll under the door. Roll past the rotating blades and turn right. ********************* Central Hall - (past) ********************* Jump the gap to the platform. Hang off the right side of the platform and drop down to the lower platform. Face the cliff wall and hang off the right side of the platform. Drop down to the floor and kill some more easy enemies. Turn left, jump the gap, and save your game at the hourglass chamber. At this point, you can either continue with the story or get the ninth life upgrade. If you get the ninth life upgrade, you will find the water sword in the hourglass chamber. If you want to get the first ending to the game, don't pick up the water sword until later in the game (I will tell you when). *************** Life Upgrade #9 *************** I will tell you how to get the ninth life upgrade first. You can get

this later in the game when you return to the central hall, just use this same walkthrough and you'll be able to get it. Jump across the gap and walk to the handle. Turn it counterclockwise once so that it faces away from the hourglass chamber. This will open the way back to the sacrificial alter (where you chased the woman in black during the first part of the game). Turn around and climb the ledges on the left. Jump to the column. Jump to the column on the right and then jump to the column on the left. Jump to the platform and turn right. Run up the wall to reach the next platform. Run along the left wall and jump to the balcony. Turn left and walk through the doorway. Kill the enemies and turn left. Wait for the spiked log to move right and jump the gap. Wait for the next log to move left and jump the next gap. Slide down the ladder and kill the enemy. Wait for the spiked logs to lower and run along either wall. Get on the ladder and wait for all of the logs to separate. Slide down and jump to the ledge. Shimmy to the right and jump to the next ladder. Slide down and kill the enemies. Run down the next hallway to avoid the floor spikes and turn left. Run forward and roll under the log. Wait for the spiked pole on the right to move forward and dart behind it. Run forward into the next room. Kill all the enemies and go to the low-hanging pole. Jump up and grab it. Swing to the next pole and shimmy right, around the corner. Turn around and shimmy left. Turn around again and swing to the platform. Kill the enemy and walk across the beam. Kill the enemies and turn around. Jump to the pole and swing to the next pole. Swing to the wall and rebound to the beam above. Jump to the platform on the left and kill some more enemies. Turn right and hang off the railing. Jump to the beam behind you and walk across to the other side. Jump to the next platform and kill some more enemies. Turn right and hang off the railing. Jump to the banner and slide down. Jump at the end to reach a platform. Turn around and walk across the beam. Kill some enemies and turn around. Jump up and grab the beam. Jump forward to the next beam. Jump to the wall and rebound to the higher beam. Jump to the platform on the right and kill some more enemies. Turn left and use your new sword to bust through the gate. Bust open the chest for artwork #39. Pull the block out of the small room and push it against the wall with the candles. Climb on top and run up the wall. At the peak of your jump, jump to the wall and rebound to reach a new platform. Turn left and you will see a pressure switch on the wall. Run up the wall and press it. Slow down time and go through the door. Turn right. Run past the spinning poles and turn left. Wait for the

spinning logs to move apart and jump across the gap. Roll past the rotating blade and turn left. Run down the hallway and roll past the spiked log. Turn right and wait for the middle spiked pole to start to move away from you. Follow it forward and dart to the right when you pass the spiked pole on the right. Roll past the rotating blade, roll under the spiked log, and roll past the next spiked blade and you will reach life upgrade number nine. Return to the door and climb onto the small ledge to the right of it. Turn left and run up the wall. Vault over the top and run forward. Jump down to the floor below. Turn left and hang over the railing. Jump to the beam on the left and walk halfway across. Turn left and walk down the smaller beam. Jump to the banner and slide down to the bottom. Turn around and run to the hallway on the far side of the room. Run past the spiked poles, turn right, and roll under the spiked log. Save your game at the fountain. Turn left and run down the hallway. Kill the enemies and climb the ladder. Jump to the ledge and shimmy left. Jump to the ladder and climb a little. Wait for the spiked logs to separate and climb to the top. Wait for the spiked logs to descend and run along either wall. Kill the enemy and climb the ladder. Jump the gap to the next platform. Wait for the spiked pole to move left and jump the gap to the next platform. Run past the spiked pole and kill the enemies. Walk to the balcony. Turn around and jump to the groove above the right pillar. Shimmy to the right and jump from wall to wall to descend to another groove. Shimmy to the left and drop down to another groove. Drop down to the floor and you are back in the central hall. Turn the handle clockwise once, so that the way to the mechanical tower is open again. You will need this for later in the game. Jump the gap and save at the fountain. ******************************** End Of Life Upgrade #9 Sub-quest ******************************** Make your way to the hourglass chamber. ************************** Hourglass Chamber - (past) ************************** Don't grab the water sword yet unless you only want to see the second ending. Go to the left of the sword and turn left. You should see and open doorway in front of you. Go through it and ignore the lever (it just closes the door you just came through. Wait for the saws on the right to rise at the same time the spiked log is high in the air. Run along the right wall and jump to the platform. Before the spiked log lowers, jump to the ledge in front of you.

Follow the passage to the end and you will be in the throne room. Watch the scene that occurs. ******************** Throne Room - (past) ******************** Break down the cracked wall and watch the scene. Save your game at the fountain. ***************** The Face Of Time: ***************** Activate the sand portal and walk through it. You now have your sixth and final sand tank. Save at the fountain. ************************ Sacred Caves - (present) ************************ Walk through the doorway of water and turn left. Go through the door and kill all of the enemies. Go to the far left side of the room and run up the wall to reach a platform. Kill the enemy and turn around. Run along the right wall to another platform. Turn left and climb up to the higher platform. Take out your blade and run along the wall to slay an enemy. Jump at the end of your run to reach a platform. Turn right and run up the wall to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the left and jump to the platform on the left. Go through the door. Run down the hall and jump into the pit. Drink the water if you need health and turn left. Jump up to the groove in the wall and shimmy to the right. Pull yourself up to the platform. Go forward and jump to the giant platform. Kill the enemies and jump the gap to reach another hall. (If you get confused, the way forward has a fountain on the right and a gate at the end of the hall.) Roll under the door to your right. Run along the left wall to cross the pit and kill some enemies. Turn left and step on the button. You will extend a platform in front of you. Run along the right wall and jump to reach a column. Climb to the top and jump to the wall behind you. Jump from wall to wall to reach the top. Walk forward along the beam and jump to the pole on the right. Jump to the button and rebound back to the pole. Slow time and jump to the beam again. Walk to the end and jump to the platform you just created. Run along the left wall to the pole. Swing to the button and rebound to the pole above you. Swing to the new platform and run along the right wall to reach another beam. Jump to the button on the wall and rebound to the beam. Slow time and walk to the end of the beam (around the corner). Jump to the new platform. Run along the right wall to reach a pole. Swing to the wall and rebound

to the banner. Slide down and jump at the end to reach a platform. Kill some enemies and break through the cracked wall. Run down the hallway and jump across the gap. Walk through the door and turn right. Run along the right wall to reach a groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up. Climb over the stone block and hang off the edge. Shimmy to the left and jump to the platform on the left. Pull yourself up and go through the door. Jump the gap and follow the hall to the end. Run along the left wall to reach a banner. Slide down it to reach solid ground. Turn around and walk towards the mask for a scene. The story is starting to make sense. You now have the sand wraith mask. You will slowly lose health, although your sand tanks will constantly replenish. Slow time and take out the enemies. Don't worry about health. You can keep slowing time so that you lose health slower and you should have 2 full bars of health at this point. Go to where you picked up the mask and turn around. Walk to the end of the hall and turn left. Walk forward and enter the next room. Run up the wall on the right and jump to the pole. Swing to the next pole and jump to the wall. Rebound to the column and climb to the middle of the column. Jump to the groove in the wall on the left. Shimmy to the right and drop down to another groove. Shimmy to the right and drop down to the ledge below you. Jump to the beam on the right. Walk to the end of the beam to reach a platform. Roll under the two spiked logs. Turn right and wait for the spiked log to move away from you. Run along the left wall and jump to the platform. Hang from this platform to avoid getting hit by the pole and shimmy left. Wait until the spiked log moves away from you and pull yourself up. Turn left and go through the doorway. Hang from the edge and shimmy to the right. Jump to the beam on the right. Wait until the saw moves away from you and jump to the next beam. Hang from it so the saw doesn't hit you. Wait until the saw moves to the left and pull yourself up. Jump to the next beam. Don't pull yourself up because there is a saw above you. Shimmy to the right and then pull yourself up. Walk to the end of the beam to reach another hall. Slow time and roll past the wall blades. Walk through the waterfall and save at the fountain. **************** A Second Chance: **************** Activate the sand portal and walk into it. Save your game at the fountain and walk through the waterfall. ********************* Sacred Caves - (past)

********************* Roll past the wall blades and walk onto the beam. Wait until the saws start moving left again. Walk to the end of the beam and jump to the beam on the left. Hang from this as soon as you land. As soon as the blades go over you, pull yourself up and jump to the beam on the left. Jump to the left to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the right and pull yourself up. Go through the door. Walk forward and wait for the spiked log to move away from you. Slow time and run to the edge. Hang from it and shimmy to the right. Wait for the log to move to the left and pull yourself up. Run up the wall in front of you to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the right. Wait for the saw to start moving left and jump to the ledge. Follow the saw to the left and hang down when it starts coming back your way. Pull yourself up right after it moves over you so that the saw on the bottom doesn't hit you. Shimmy to the left and drop down to the floor. Roll past the three spiked logs and jump the gap. Bust open the chest on the right for artwork #40 and save your game at the fountain. Jump to the giant stone platform and watch the scene. Get ready for a fight. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Sand Griffin ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This battle isn't too hard, although you need to watch your health. Start off this battle by slowing down time and running to the side of the griffin. Slash it continually until time returns to normal. Repeat this a few times to take a large chunk out of the griffin's health. If it tries to attack you with its tail, roll out of the way. Don't go to the front of the griffin or it will swipe at you. After you slow time about three times, the griffin will fly in the air and start dive bombing you. There are two ways to avoid this. Either slow time and roll when the griffin attacks or hang off the side of the platform until the griffin stops attacking. The first strategy is best because, later in the battle, the griffin might do a gust attack that knocks you off the platform. Wait for the griffin to stop flying and slow down time again. Attack him until he flies into the air again. Dodge his attacks and he will eventually stop flying. Get in a couple more attacks and the griffin will fall. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Jump the gap to the other doorway. The doors are shut, so we have to find a new way up. Run up the right pillar and you will grab a groove in the pillar. Shimmy to the right. Jump to the wall and you will grab another ledge. Jump back to the pillar and jump from pillar to wall until you reach a platform. Pull yourself up and jump to the left to grab a groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up. Climb over the stone and hang over the edge of the platform. Shimmy to the left and jump to the platform on the left. Go through the doorway. Run along the right wall and jump to the pole. Swing to the banner and slide down. At the end, jump to reach another

pole. Swing to the next banner and slide down to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the left and walk through the door. Wait for the wall blades to retract and slow time. Jump the gap and hang here. Wait for the next set of blades to pass and pull yourself up. Walk forward. Wait for the saw to move left and run up the wall. Pull yourself up before the saw comes back. Go forward and wait for the spiked log to rise. Run up the wall and pull yourself up before it comes back down. Go forward and turn right. There is a stationary spiked log. Turn left so that the small wall is on your left. Run up the small wall and jump over the spiked log. Follow the hallway and go through the door. ************************** Garden Waterworks - (past) ************************** Walk across the beam and follow it around to the left. Jump the gap and walk to the platform. Walk forward and bust open the chest for artwork #41. Turn around and walk back up the ramp. Turn right and walk forward. Step on the switch to open the gate. Go through the gate and turn right. Follow the path to the wall and climb up to the main level. Kill the enemies and go through the door on the far right side of this area. Drop down to the fountain and save your game. Run back up the wall and turn around. Run along the left wall to the platform. Turn right and wait for the saws to descend. Run along the left wall. Turn left and go through the door. Turn left and wait for the first saw to descend. Run along the left wall to the platform. Slide down the ladder and hang from the platform. Shimmy to the left and drop down to the ledge below. Drop down to the next ledge and shimmy to the left. Go through the doorway and follow the hall. You will need the health after that fall. Go forward and roll under the two spiked logs. Turn right and roll past the rotating blades. Take out your blade and slow time, Run along the left wall and slash the enemy as you reach it. Go through the door and kill the enemies. Turn right and run along the right wall to the rope. Use it to continue your run until you reach the platform. Turn right and run along the right wall to the banner. Slide down the banner and jump at the end to reach a platform. Turn right and jump to the platform below. Turn left and kill the enemies. Walk to the end of this platform and turn right. Run up the wall to reach a ledge. You are between a wall and a pillar now. Run up the pillar and jump from wall to pillar to reach a groove in the pillar. Jump to the left to reach a ledge. Jump from wall to pillar again to reach another groove in the pillar. The Dahaka hasn't arrived yet to blow open the gate, so we need to find a new way forward. Shimmy to the left to reach a beam. Pull yourself up and walk across the beam until you reach a pillar. Jump up and grab the ledge on the pillar. Pull yourself up. Jump up and grab the groove in the pillar. Shimmy to the right and jump to the pole. Swing to the groove in another pillar and shimmy to the left. Jump to the platform on the left. Climb onto the stone block. Run up the wall and jump at the peak of your wall-run. Rebound off of the wall to reach a platform. Pull yourself up and kill the enemies. Turn left and run up the wall to press the switch. Slow time and run through the door. Turn right and run down the hallway. Turn left and go through the hole in the wall. Turn right and run up the wall in front of you to reach a ledge. Jump up to the platform above you. Jump across to the other rope. Wait for the next saw to descend and use the rope to run along the wall to the platform. Continue down the hallway and wait for the spiked log to move away from you. Shimmy left along the ledge and hang from it. Drop down to the ledge below and drop down to reach another ledge. Drop down to the ground and go right. Jump to the pole and hang from it. Drop down to the next pole and then drop to the floor. ************************** Sacrificial Alter - (past) ************************** Exit the room and turn left. Hang off the railing and jump to the walkway on the left. Kill the enemies and follow the walkway until you reach a fountain. Save your game. Turn left and walk to the end of the walkway. Step on the button to extend a bridge. Turn around and run forward for a scene. This story is making sense now. Wait for the upper spiked log to rise and run along the wall to avoid the lower pole. Turn left and wait for the spiked log to lower. Run along the right wall to reach a rope. Climb to the top. Jump to the other rope and wait for the saws to separate. Use the rope to run along the wall. Turn right and wait for the saws to separate. Run along the left wall and jump to avoid the rotating blade. Wait for the next saws to separate and run along the right wall. Save your game at the fountain. *************** Mirrored Fates: *************** Roll through the hole in the wall to your left. ************** Cliff - (past) ************** Kill the two normal enemies and exploders will appear. Kill an exploder near the left wall to break it down. Go through the hole you made and hang off the edge. Drop down to the banner and slide down it. Jump at the end to reach a pole. The pole will fall shortly, so swing forward to the column. This will start to fall as well, so jump to the column behind you. Jump to the column on the left. Jump to the platform on the right (with all the enemies). Kill the enemies here and go to the blood-stained wall. Break the pots and run up the wall. Jump at the top to reach a pole. Turn around and swing to the platform above you. Turn right and run to the wall.

Run along the right wall to reach a rope. Use it to continue your wallrun so that you reach a banner. Slide down the banner and jump at the end to reach a pole. Swing to the next pole. Jump to the wall and jump from wall to wall to reach a platform. Kill all of the enemies here and bust open the chest for artwork #42. Hang off the edge of the platform and you should see a ledge below you. Drop down to the ledge and hang from it. Slide down the banner and jump at the end to reach a pole. Quickly swing forward and rebound off the wall to reach another pole. Jump to the column and jump from column to column until you see a wooden walkway on your left. Jump to the walkway and run to the right because it will start to collapse. Turn left at the corner and jump to the next walkway. This will crumble too, so run along the left wall and jump to the pole. Take a breather and regain some sand. Jump to the walkway on the right. This will collapse, so run up the wall at the end of the walkway and jump to the higher wooden platform. Take out your sword and slow time. Run along the right wall and kill the enemy before it knocks you off the wall. (This is tricky so make sure you have full sand tanks to rewind time if necessary.) Slow time again and bust open the chest on the left for artwork #43. Go to the cracked wall and break through it. Take a breather after that crazy ordeal. Wait for the saws to move apart and take out your sword. Slow time and run along the wall. Kill the enemy that attacks you. Turn right and roll past the blades. In front of you, there are a few saw blades going up and down a wall. Go to the right of the saws and wait for them to reach their lowest point. Slow time, run up the right wall and jump to the section of wall above the saws. Jump from wall to wall to reach a platform. Turn left and run up the wall to reach another platform. hall until you reach a bunch of floor saws. Slow time to Wait for the saws at the far end of the pit to move away along the left wall and jump to reach a ledge. Hang from left. Follow the get past them. from you. Run it and shimmy

Wait for the saw to move to the right and pull yourself up. Jump to the ledge on the left and shimmy right. Follow the hall and watch the scene. After the scene, turn around and go right into an alcove. You will find a chest here. Bust it open for artwork #44. Turn around, exit the alcove and turn left. Walk forward and jump to the column. Jump to the next column and jump to the platform. Walk forward and save at the fountain. ************************** Fortress Entrance - (past) ************************** Turn right and walk down the corridor. Wait for the spiked logs to separate and run along the left wall. Jump at the end to reach a platform. Slow time and run past the spike poles.

Kill the enemies in the next room and continue down the hall. Slow down time and run forward. Roll past the wall blades and turn right. Slow time and run down the hall before the wall blades reach you (they are moving down the hall this time). Turn left, slow time and roll under the wall blades. Go forward and hang off the edge of the pit. Wait for the saw to move right and jump to the ledge. Hang from it before the saw moves back to the left. Slow down time and wait for the saw to move right. Jump to the ledge on the left and hang from it before the other saw comes back. Drop down to the ledge below. Wait for the next blade to move away from you and drop down to the floor. Go forward and wait for the poles to separate and the saws to lower. Run along the left wall and go through the door. **************** Foundry - (past) **************** Go to the left side of the room and you should see an alcove behind a waterfall of magma. Go behind it and smash open the chest for artwork #45. Go to the right side of the room and you'll find another chest behind a pillar. Bust it open for artwork #46. Ignore the enemies in this room. They will only get in your way. Go to the upper right corner of this room and climb the ladder. Turn the handle clockwise once. Go to the left side of the platform and wait for the saw to rise. Run along the wall to the pole and swing to the next pole. Wait for the saw to lower and jump to the next platform. Turn this handle clockwise once. Turn right and walk across the beam. Ignore the handle for now and turn left. Jump to the column and jump to the next platform. Go forward and turn left. There is a chest against the left wall. Bust it open for artwork #47. Return to the handle and turn it counterclockwise once. Watch the scene. Go back to the ladder and slide down. Go to the wall that just collapsed and climb the rubble. Run up the wall and go through the door. Save your game at the fountain. Wait for the wall blades to retract and slow time. Run along the left wall and jump to the platform. Go forward and wait for the spiked log to move towards you. Slow time and turn left. Run up the small wall on your left and jump over the pole. Climb to the top of the ladder. Wait for the saws to separate and jump to the ledge on the left. Climb up before the saws slice you. Wait for the saw above you to move left and jump up to the ledge. Slow time and wait for the next saw to move left. Jump up to the next ledge and quickly jump to the platform on the right. Turn the handle to open the way forward. Go through the open door and turn left. Run up the left wall to reach a groove in the wall. Jump to the beam behind you. Walk to the end of the

beam and wait for the spiked logs to separate. Jump to the next beam. Walk to the end of this beam and hang from it. Wait for the spiked log (that is underneath you) to move away and drop down to the platform below. Hang from the edge of this platform and jump to the ledge on the left. Descend the series of ledges, avoiding the saws, until you reach the floor. Follow the hall and roll past the wall blades. Wait for the blades to retract and slow time. Run up the right wall and jump to reach a beam. Jump through the opening up ahead. Hop over the wall and go to the edge. Hang over the edge and slide down the banner. *************** Prison - (past) *************** You are now in a familiar area. Go forward and turn right. Follow the path until you reach the opening. Go through and turn left. Walk to the end of the hall. Run up the wall and jump to reach a beam. Jump back to the wall to reach a ledge. Jump to the beam on the right. Jump towards the archway to reach another ledge. Jump to the beam on the left and jump to the platform. Save your game at the fountain. Turn right and run up the far wall. Jump to reach a beam. Break through the wooden boards on your left. **************** Library - (past) **************** Walk forward and turn left. Walk into the alcove with the handle. Turn it to open the way forward. Exit the alcove and turn left. Walk forward to reach the next alcove. Turn the next handle to open another passage. Walk out of the alcove and turn left. Walk into the new room and run up the wall to reach the weight lever. Wait until it descends all the way. Slow down time and drop to the floor. Run back to the handle and turn it the other way. Slow time again and exit the alcove. Turn right and run forward. Go through the door before it closes. Walk forward and climb the ladder. Turn right and walk to the end of the hall. Turn right again and follow the balconies the platform on the other side of the area. Go in between the extended bookcases. Run up the bookcase on the right and jump from bookcase to bookcase to reach the top. Make sure you are on top of the bookcase on the right. Run along the left wall to the pole. Turn around and swing to the beam

above. Jump to the next beam and turn left. Walk to the end of the beam and jump to the pole on the right. Swing from pole to pole to reach a groove in the wall. Drop down to the ledge below. Drop down to a second ledge and hang from it. Shimmy right and watch the scene. The Dahaka has traveled back to the past. He has essentially created the path forward. Shimmy back to the left and pull yourself up. Jump to the ledge above you and then jump up to reach a third ledge. Jump up one more time to reach a groove in the wall. Shimmy to the right and you will reach a beam. Pull yourself up and walk along the beam. Jump to the beam on the right and walk across it. Jump to the ledges in front of you and use them to descend to the floor. Watch the scene. **************** Dahaka Chase #11 **************** Run along the left wall to get across the pit. Go forward and run along the left wall again. Jump at the end of your run to reach another platform. Run forward and jump to reach the pole. Swing forward to reach the next platform. Run forward and run up the wall in front of you to reach a small doorway. Walk forward for a scene. Go forward and save your game at the fountain. ********************* Mystic Caves - (past) ********************* Walk down the foggy path and jump the first gap. Kill all of the enemies and walk forward until you reach a gap. Run along the right wall to reach a platform with a chest. Bust it open for artwork #48. Run back along the wall to the foggy path and turn around. Hang from the edge and drop down the ledges to reach the ground. Turn left and take out your sword. Run along the left wall, kill the enemy, and jump at the end to reach a platform. Turn left and walk between the two walls. Jump from wall to wall to reach a ledge. Jump from wall to wall again to reach a higher ledge. Jump up to reach the edge of a platform. Pull yourself up. Walk towards the blue lights and turn left. Jump to the small platform across the gap. Turn right and grab the ledge on the wall. Shimmy right and pull yourself up to the platform. Watch the scene. Turn right and kill the enemies. Walk forward across the narrow walkway. At the intersection turn right (left is a dead end) and kill some more enemies. Walk forward and turn left. Walk to the end of the path and turn left again. Kill some more enemies and walk to the end of the path. Turn right and walk forward. Turn right again, walk to the end of the path, and turn left. Run along the left wall and jump to the stalactite. Jump to the next stalactite and jump to the platform on the right. Go forward and jump

down to the lower platform to the left. After all of that, you are finally at the switch. Step on it and slow time. Climb up the higher platform. Run along the left wall and jump to the stalactite. Jump from stalactite to stalactite until you are on the last one (near the door). Drop to the ground and go through the door. Drop down into the pit and turn left. Break down the wall and smash the weapons rack. You will find the special glowing sword. This is powerful so pick it up. Walk out of the alcove and step on the pressure button. Turn left and run up the wall. Go through the door on the right before it closes. Cross the bridge and fight the enemies. On the opposite side of the bridge, watch out for the saws hidden in the fog. Run past the saws and follow the path to another pit. Run along the left wall to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the right and jump to the ledge on the right. Shimmy to the left and jump up to the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the left and jump to the next groove. Shimmy to the right and jump to the platform behind you. Follow this path to another pit. Run along the right wall to reach the next platform. Run along the right wall again and go through the hole in the wall. Save your game at the fountain. *********************** Mechanical Pit - (past) *********************** Turn left and walk forward. Go around the corner to the right. Run along the wall until you reach a rope. Climb the rope and jump to the groove in the wall on the right. Shimmy to the right and jump to the next rope. Use the rope to run along the wall and jump to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the left and pull yourself up. Walk down the stairs and enter the next room. The gat to the left is closed, so walk forward and jump to the wooden walkway. Walk to the end and pull the hanging lever. Return to the room for a scene. Go through the door on your left. Run along the wall and use the rope to continue your wall-run. Jump to reach the pool of water. Drink some water if you need health. Walk into the small waterway (the one with the paddles). Roll under the paddles until you reach the other end. Walk to the right and jump to the pole above you. Swing to the platform on the right. Watch the cut scene and turn right. Hang from the edge of the platform and slide down the banner. Turn left and walk to the end. Turn left and slow time. Run along the right wall, through the spokes of the wheel, to reach the next platform. Walk along the walkway and ignore the path on the left. Continue walking until you reach another platform. Turn left and drop down to the platform below. Walk through the door and go up the stairs. Save

your game at the fountain. *********************** The Race To The Throne: *********************** Go up the next staircase and run up the wall to press the button. Go through the door on your left. Roll under the spiked logs and turn left. Run past the spiked poles. Turn right and run past the crusher. Turn right and run up the wall to reach a ledge. Jump up to the ledge above and shimmy to the left. Drop down to the ledge below you and wait for the crusher to extend. Drop down to the floor and roll away before the crusher extends again. Roll past the rotating blade. Hand from the doorway and drop to the ledge below you. Shimmy to the right and drop to the beam below. Jump to the beam on the left. Slow time and jump past the gear to the next beam. Drop down to the platform for a scene. ************************* Mechanical Tower - (past) ************************* Kill the exploders and turn right. Jump up to the small beam and jump to the beam in front of you. Walk forward and hang from the beam. Shimmy to the right and drop down to the ledge below. Drop down until you reach the bottom ledge and shimmy to the left. Walk across the beam and jump to the small beam over the platform. Drop down to the platform. Slide down the ladder and drop to the next platform. Turn around and walk across the beam. Slow time and jump past the gear to the next beam. Watch the scene and go through the sand portal. ************************ Mystic Caves - (present) ************************ Run up the wall on the left to reach a platform. Turn around and run along the right wall to the next platform. Run along the right wall again and jump to the platform. Turn right and run up the wall to reach a ledge. Shimmy to the left and jump to the platform on the left. Go through the doorway and walk down the hall. Drop into the pit. Turn right and jump up to grab the groove in the wall. Shimmy to the right and pull yourself up. Run forward for a scene. Now we must face the final boss. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Kaileena 2nd Time ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The thing to remember about this fight is to dodge attacks as much as possible. The longer you stay alive, the better chance you have of beating her. Start the battle by hanging off the edge of the platform and shimmying away. This way you aren't attacked by her before you can react. Now, get back on the platform and slow down time. Attack her until time returns to normal. Slow time and attack about three times and she will lose 1/3 health. A scene will occur. After this, she will rise on a sand pillar. Instead of sending minions to attack you, this time she will summon sand tornadoes. She will start by summoning one and summon up to three tornadoes at once. Roll around the tornadoes and make them group together. They're easier to avoid in a group. After a while, they will dissolve into sand. Absorb the sand and use it to fill your sand tanks. Wait until she drops to the floor and stand at a safe distance from her. Slow time and attack her again. If she slows time, counter it with your own time manipulation (slow time). Slow time and attack approx. three more times and you will see a close-up of both fighters. Rapidly press square to fend her off. She will summon more tornadoes, so dodge those and wait for her to come down again. Slow time and attack until she is down to 1/4 of hear original health. Another scene will play and she will summon more tornadoes. Wait for her to come down and slow time again. Continue attacking her and she will eventually die. If at any point you run out of sand, use a hit and run strategy. Don't stay close to her for too long and you should make it to the next phase. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Watch the ending and credits. Congratulations, you beat the game. There is one more boss that needs to be taken care of. Save your game on a SEPARATE file and load the save at the end of the game. Watch the scene and turn around. Run down the stairs and grab the water sword. Walk into the throne room and watch the scene. Go into the sand portal and make your way to the stone platform. You will be treated to a different scene and a new final boss. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The Dahaka ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

With the water sword you can finally damage the Dahaka. Run up to him, slow time, and attack like mad. If he starts to swipe at you with his arm, roll behind him and attack some more. When he jumps away, he will attack with his tendrils. Roll at the right time and you will avoid damage. If you get too far away from him, his tendrils will pop out of the ground and attack you. Watch out for this and run away from the tendrils if they pop out near you. Note that there are a bunch of sand orbs around the platform to help you slow time more. Keep attacking until the Dahaka is at half health. A scene will take place and the Dahaka will be knocked off of the platform. Make sure you have full sand tanks and slow time. Run up to the Dahaka and don't let up for a second. As soon as time returns to normal, slow time again and attack. If you are successful, you will drain all of his health before he pulls himself up. If he gets back up, he will be faster and jump a lot more. Roll often to avoid the tendrils and attack some more. Continue attacking like this and he will be knocked off the platform again.
