Introduction to project

This project is aimed at developing an online Sales This is one

integrated system that contains both the user component and the admin component . This system can be used by all types of book stores. This type functions of shopping on internet or on other computer sites is known as electronic commerce

Purpose of project

The purpose is to store the details of the inventory, update the

inventory based on the sale details, produce receipts for sales, generate sales and inventory reports periodically etc. It provide safety & security to store database and its

informations about the store.

. It can be accessed by anyone & anytime from anywhere

and can be able to order or purchase any product at nearby furniture store. 2

It helps in promoting the sale of books by their visual

presentation in the internet. It encourage the sale of a product or service.

Existing system

The existing system is not very effective and have a lot of

problems with security and safety of store database.The existing

system is also not well maintained and the chances of loss of data & important papers gets increased. There is a lot of risk & problem in the existing system. The e-commerce
companies offer goods and services to consumers. business

Objective
Today, a lot of works are to be done in a book store daily. The main objective is to provide a perfect site where the management can be able to keep their data & information safe and keep the other works run in proper and appropriately. And the customer can be able to check on every product i.e. book & CD at home and be able to purchase any product by sitting at home. In book store a lot of works is there and this system helps in providing all the functions to store the details of
the inventory, update the inventory based on the sale details, produce receipts for sales, generate sales and inventory reports periodically etc. This is one integrated system that contains both the user component and the admin component saved . it provide very fast and improve service to the book store managers. It also helps in reducing the manpower because of which less mistake is happening. Connecting a large group of people to a bidirectional network has made this sort of commercial relationship possible between the customer and the store management
