Pune The evaluation of financial planning has been increased through decades, which can be best seen in customers. Now a days investments have become very important part of income saving. According to my study about the PMS, it is gaining its important day by day. PMS has become a very important and treated has a separate sector. In my project, I have shown the details of financial planning as well as wealth management so as to understand about the clients needs and wants with respect to market and how a clients portfolio can be designed and what factors a portfolio manager must consider for designing a portfolio. As a Relationship Manager team member following roles are defined: Roles & Responsibilities This project is the result of an extensive study carried out by various methods which includes surfing sites such of R B I, ICICI prudential,Karvy,Sharekhan.com,Investments.com, indiatimes.com. It also includes interviews with various personalities related to HR and financial management. Data collection Method: Data was collected by visiting various companies. We had targeted software companies around pune. The primary data which was collected was: Name Interested investment area Address Organization in which they work Contact Number E-mail ID After collecting this data these people were called and we had taken appointment and then we had visited these clients with our senior Executive and interacted with them regarding their investment pattern.

Observations: During this entire process following observations were made: Many people are unaware about various investment avenues. Karvy must go for advertising on a large basis. This will attract a huge mass of people and thereby increase its client base. Companies Visited:
