Dissertation Title: My Responsibilities: Improving Sainsburys supply chain using mobile commerce technology 1. Providing implementation architecture model which will suit current Sainsburys infrastructure. 2. Discuss new mobile supply chain business and customer solutions. 3. Discuss supply chain business model and how it can be integrated with this model. 4. Suggest various mobile commerce applications by explaining the scenarios where they can be applicable within Sainsburys retail superstore. 5. Providing implementation strategy plan guiding how Sainsburys should go for implementing the technology.

Project Description: The dissertation was mainly focused on creating a new infrastructure to support the Sainsburys supply chain using mobile commerce technology. The mobile commerce technology is soaring its demand in retail market. The thesis focused on how to Sainsburys can replace its existing supply chain network with a mobile commerce applications to make work much faster. It involves development of architecture model, implementation plan and cost covering business model. Duration: From: September 2010 To: April 2011
