PROJECT DETAILS (A) OBJECTIVE OF STUDY:

The main objective of the Study is to ascertain the different factors which affect the level of satisfaction, morale and motivation of an employee in an organization: To study the level of job satisfaction among the employees To find out the factors closely associated with the job satisfaction To study the effect of employee satisfaction on the customers of the organization To find out the factors which may dissatisfy the employees

B) RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Problem: Employee satisfaction survey provide early indication of problems impacting customers RESEARCH TYPE: The proposed research is developed from a quantitative point of view. SOURCES OF DATA: Primary Source of Data: Visiting the company and collecting direct information by interviewing the employees, the HR Secondary Source of Data: Company websites, Management Books, Business Magazines

DATA COLLECTION METHOD A Structured method of collection of data would be done with a help of Questionnaire. These data would be collected by face to face interviews and emails. The secondary data would be collected by visiting the company websites, through business magazines and management books POPLULATION SAMPLE: A group of 5-10 members will be identified, including the employees involved in customer interaction

(C) EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE STUDY

The expected result is identifying the level of employee satisfaction, the employee satisfaction indicators, in addition to customer benefit the other benefits the company can attain with employee satisfaction
