Part One: YOUR Epistemological World Views Summarize here your ndings (even if tentative!) about your theories of knowledge.
Domains Natural Science Item #s 1, 5, 14 YOUR world view Evaluativist Brief Reason + Remarks For all domains, although I have my bias towards certain sides, I still have to admit that it isnt always the true one. I admit that some could be more true than the other, but still keep the same bias. When it comes to the social sciences, I have a bias towards certain theories, although I dont count out the others. I keep myself open to all kinds of things. Art, by its very nature, is something that, for me, is heavily inuenced by the audience. In my case, I really like art, so I have some knowledge of how to judge certain works; thus, it helps me judge two different works of art. In terms of morality, sometimes, its really difcult to determine what is morally right. I was never the type to delve deeper into such aspects, so I just usually pick one when given a choice. Ive been open to different kinds of religions through various activities, and Ive learned to accept different beliefs, but I always keep my bias towards Catholicism as the religion which is generally right. Its probably a case of how I was raised that affects my view towards this.

Part Two: Ways of Knowing How important are the different Ways of Knowing in the different domains? Rate them from 1 to 10 according to importance, with 10 as VERY IMPORTANT. If there are other ways of knowing/judging, use the last column and specify.

Part Three: AUTHORITY and/or EVIDENCE When you justify claims, how much do you actually rely on External Authority and Direct Evidence for every domain? Assign a percentage to each one per domain (Just make an estimate, so NO decimal points--e.g., 25.2321%!). Make sure both total 100%.

Brief Reason + Remarks We usually follow a scientic authority to tell us what is true, but what they say is true is heavily based on evidence. Same as Natural Science Authority cannot necessarily dictate how we should judge art. Art is an area of knowledge that is heavily based on personal feelings towards arts. Our evidences come from certain criteria, or even evidence of our own emotions. Authority usually dictates to us what is morally right. In some cases, its really an input from society. Evidence plays a role when there has to be a distinguishing between to different things especially when given a difcult case to dissect. Religion is something that has already been built way ahead of the years we were born, which is why authority is really important here. Also, Evidence is not always provided as to why, we usually just follow whatever is being taught to us through religion.

Some learnings, comments, connections... In general, Im an evaluativist. This is mainly because Ive learned to accept different things over time. Ive gotten to learn that its not always my idea or background that counts, but someone elses could be true as well. Although I do accept that idea, I still maintain my own bias for what I originally think is true, and I think thats an effect of my up-bringing. Its been established since before that there are some things that are right, so I learned to stick to those things. I realized that Im not a person who likes to go deep when it comes to morality, religion, sciences, etc. Im just the type of person who acknowledges, but rarely supports his claims. I guess its case of my natural being. There is also a possibility that its just case on the situations given because theres a possibility that the cases involve similar ways of thinking to answer them, which is why I generally got evaluativist as my epistemological world view.
