Further to your application and the interview you had with us we are pleased to appoint you on the company rolls with effect from your joining date i.e 01.10.2007 of the following terms and conditions. 1) Headquarters : Your place of Headquaters shall be Veeravalli.Depending up on the exigencies of work,you may be transferred to any other Department/Division or establishment located at any place in India at the discretion of the Management. 2) Designation : You are designated as Jr.Site Engineer.However, designation does not imply related set of duties.Management will assign duties from time to time depending upon Organizational needs. 3) Remuneration : You will be paid a monthly salary consisting of the following components. Monthly Benefits 1 Basic salary 2 HRA 3 Provident Fund 4 Conveyance Allowance 5 Food Coupons 6 Education Allowance 7 Medical Expenses Total Per Month (Rupees Eighteen Thousand and Five Twenty Seven only)

4) Probation : You will be on probation of twelve months from the date of joining.At the end of the probationary period,your performance will be reviewed.If your performance is not found satisfactory,of which the company will be sole judge,your probation may be extended or service may be terminated without any notice or salary during your probation.The company has right to extend your probationary period. 5) During Employment with us : (a). You shall not get engage directly or indirectly with remuneration or for monitory gains on whole time or part time basis in any trade,occupation,employment or calling other than that of the Company.You shall not undertake any activities,which are contrary to or inconsistent either with the companys interest or with your duties and obligations as an employee of our organization.You shall devote your whole time and attention to your duties to promote the interest of Organization. (b). You will inform us of any changes in your residential address. (c). Your salary increment will be depend upon your performance during the year and shall not be automatic.You may earn higher increment through outstanding performance and no increment may be given the case of unsatisfactory performance. (6) Your service may be terminated at any time by giving three months (not necessarily calendar month) notice in writing by either side or that you shall not proceed on leave during that period. 7) That in case you resign from the services of the company by giving Three Months notice the company shall have the right to accept the notice forthwith and relive you from the services of the company by waiving the notice period,end with out payment for the unexpired period of notice. 8) While leaving service,yoy shall handover charge to a person nominated for that purpose by the company.Settlement of your account will be made upon your duly handling over such charge. 9) If any time in our opinion you are found guilty of dishonesty,disobedience,negligence from your duty without permission or any other misconduct considered by us detrimental to our interest or violation of one or more terms of this letter your services may be terminated in accordance with rules. 10) You will also be subjected at all times to the service rules and regulations of the Company applicable to employees of your status as are in force at present or shall come in force from time to time. 11) You are forbidden to make any unauthorized discloser of any official information pertaining to companys operation of its employees while in service or even thereafter.

12) Other terms and conditions. a). It should be understood that all information pertaining to your pay roll is strictly confidential and as such,you are requested not to disclose or discuss any information relating to your/others salary or perks either with your colleagues or any other person directly or indirectly connected with the company. b).You will be responsiblw for safe custody of all the companys property and maintain them in good condition. c). You have indicated your interest to work with the company for a long time.We welcome you to the company on such long time association.We assure you full support from the management in pursuing the objectives of the company sincerely and constructively. d).This appointment is offered on the basis of the information furnished by you.If at any time it is found that the employment has been obtained by furnishing/misleading insufficient information or withheld material information,the company will be free to terminate your services at any time with out any notice.
