BPM Analyst - King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) July 2010 until Now Promote the use of Business Process Management (BPM) across the university by developing and maintaining enterprise business process models, monitoring and reporting on performance of mission critical processes, and providing on-going support for users in documenting and developing their processes and required reports. Current role also executes concepts of Project Management, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma and other research and economic development initiatives.

Founding Member - BPM Interest Group, Saudi Quality Council (SQC) May 2011 until Now The Interest Group has been established to promote the understanding of the BPM concept, bring together practitioners and experts from allied specialties with an interest in the field, share experiences and provide learning opportunities to the Saudi Quality Council (SQC) members. Technical Project Governor - Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) April 2010 until July 2010 - 4 Months Technical governance provider for a national project to implement the BMC Business Service Management Solution (BMC Service Support, BMC Service Assurance and BMC Service Automation). Main roles assigned were identifying any minor or major changes to the scope document, working closely with various stakeholders to present the project status, developing and applying a common governance model and its associated practices, and reviewing submitted deliverables and implementation effort. Freelance SharePoint Consultant - Self-Employed January 2008 until April 2010 - 2 Years 4 Months As a freelance SharePoint Consultant I used to help companies to set-up their SharePoint Portal Server (SPS 2003) and/or Windows SharePoint Serveries (WSS 2.0). I have also acted as third party advisor for one of the largest universities in Saudi Arabia, web-portal and search engine deployment commenced in 2008. SharePoint Developer/Administrator - Advanced Electronics Company (AEC) August 2006 until January 2008 - 1 Year 6 Months Developing and administrating company portal using Microsoft SharePoint solution. The project went through gathering business requirements, developing various project plans, carrying out the actual implementation and writing administration and end-users manuals. Job duties also included conducting ongoing support, monitoring day-to-day performance, handling technical issues and providing in-house training.
