the history
GPP MINUOVA was born out of the development of different firms created within the past sixty years.
1945 saw the founding in Milan of Arti Grafiche Gioja.

Active in packaging production, ever more quality oriented, specialising in thermo-impression of which they became leader of the market
1945 saw the founding in Milan of Societ Arti Grafiche Crespi.

Since 1974 Arti Grafiche Occhipinti quickly became the reference in the making of high quality business products and posting manifests
1953 saw the founding in Milan of Societ Lisa that became SISAR.

This brand became famous for producing external communication billposting and dynamic advertising
1958 saw the creation of Litotecnica Milano Nuova srl with offices in Milan.

The firm deals with cases and successively displays, also with combined micro-waves boxes through the firm Ondula San Donato and Milano Espositori srl
1988 saw the fusing of the firms SISAR and Arti Grafiche Occhipinti.

Becoming Occhipinti & SISAR, which in 1989 acquires Le Arti Grafiche Gioja
1995 saw the merge between Occhipinti &SISAR and Arti Grafiche Gioja.

thus originating into OSC Industrie Grafiche spa, which combines all activities in the new Assago site
1988 saw the creation of GPP Industrie Grafiche spa.

deriving from the fusion between OSG and Litotecnica Milano Nuova srl
2003 saw the amplification of the Truccazzano site.

2006 saw the acquiring of 100%GPPs capital by Argos Soditic Private Equity Fund. GPP represents today one of the largest Italian production of paper transformation with two

locations just on Milans outer edge: - one in Cavaione, for the complete production of exhibitors and micro-waves combined cases. - one in Truccazzano, for the production of luxury packaging, general packaging, digital prints as well as posters and decorations.
