Introduction
India is going become a top most company. There are various manufature service in this company. The study aims to find out the role played by these channel partners in development of sales and increasing the productivity.

A scan of the internal and external environment is an important part of the strategic planning process. Environmental factors internal to the firm usually can be classified as strengths (S) or weaknesses (W), and those external to the firm can be classified as opportunities (O) or threats (T). Such an analysis of the strategic environment is referred to as a SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis provides information that is helpful in matching the firm's resources and capabilities to the competitive environment in which it operates. As such, it is instrumental in strategy formulation and selection. The following diagram shows how a SWOT analysis fits into an environmental scan:

Objective
1) To find the strengths & weaknesses of KSB pumps. 2) To know about the competitive advantage of company as compared to competitors. 3) To study the future opportunities & threats for the company. 4) To find out the ways to improve the sales in the future period.

Limitations
y y y The time factor of the study is the very short. The study is limited area in their customer. Data collection through questionnaires has not been so successful as few were not reasy to give full information. y The last but not the least limitation is intellectual in nature since no work can be above the intellectual ability of its writer.

Research Methodology
Mainly focus the collection of data has been collected using the questionnaire offered to the respondent, by expert opinion and collection data available in the company.

Collection Of Data 1. Primary Data Sources - Primary Data is collected by providing questionnaires. 2. Secondary Data Sources Secondary data is collected from company records and internet, books, magazine.

Schedule
The project will be begin from the 16th may 2011.I Will try my level best to complete the project till 20th July 2011.The project report submission date is 30th july 2011.
