Shamshad TV station covered Shukria Barikzai, who talked about presence of foreign troops and a change in their strategy, for 29 seconds and also it covered Engineer Muhammad Khan from Kabul province, who spoke on equipping the ANA, for 40 seconds in its news bulletin broadcasted at 7:00 am. Moreover, this TV station also covered Sidiq Mansoor Ansari, a candidate from Ningarhar province who was showing fake voter registration cards to reporters. 7. Shamshad TV station invited a candidate from Kabul province named Muhammad Bashir Hatif who talked about the media for 13 minutes in its morning program titled Roon Sahar. 8. Aena TV station broadcasted pictures of some candidates from Kabul province such as Fridoon Elham Mahmoodi, Muhammad Fridoon Qiami, Shukria Barekzai, Haji Nematullah, Jawed Delawar, Heerma Alekozai, Najla Enjillah and Baktash Siawash during a press release which was about the silence period in its 9:00 am and 10: 00 am news bulletins. 11. Aryana TV station broadcasted re-cap of Entikhabat-1389 program which was interrupted after introducing Muhammad Nasir Fayaz, Bashir Ahmad Bezhan, Khuwaja Farid Sidiqi, Abdul Jabar Paikan, Asgharkhil Mangal, Abdulkabir Ranjbar and Shagha Sakhizada, candidates from Kabul province. 12. RTA showed a picture of a candidate from Kandahar province named Rana Tarin in a special report on security and elections in Kandahar province. 13. Noor TV station broadcasted pictures of a number of candidates such as Abdul Qayum Sajadi from Ghazni province, Engineer Muhammad Asim from Baghlan province, Sardar Muhammad Rahman Oghly from Faryab province, Abdul Shakoor Waqif Hakimi from Badakhshan province, Ahmad Behzad from Herat province and Abdul Manan Shiwai Sharq from Badakhshan province in its program called Akhir-e-Khat. 14. RTA displayed pictures of some candidates from Samangan province such as Raes Khairullah, Ahmad Shuaib Habibi and Alhaj Ahmad Khan Samangani in a special report on security and elections in Samangan province. 15. Aryana TV station covered Ms. Asifa Shadab, a candidate from Faryab province, in a news report on Faryab province for 22 seconds 19 of which was live as she was talking about those polling centers which were closed due to insecurity. It
also covered Muhammad Nasir for 14 seconds 11 of which was live and Alhaj Mawlawi Asadullah Jamali for 9 seconds 6 of which was live. Both of the candidates were from Faryab province. 16. Mandgar Daily published an article under the title of Elections in the shade of tribal beliefs written by Najia Noori in which it quoted from General Noorulhaq Uloomi, a candidate from Kandahar province. 17. Outlook Daily published names and opinions of three candidates from Kabul province such as Freba Charkhi, Husnia Sahak and Nazira Ziaee in a report titled Womens role in politics crucial: women candidates. 18. Afghanistan Daily published views of three candidates such as Haji Muhammad Abda (Balkh), Malai Eshaqzai and Dr. Abdulkabri Ranjbar (Kabul) in a report under the title of Concerns of candidates from the modality of elections). 19. Afghan TV station showed billboards of Muhammadullah Babrak, Masooma Muhammadi and Dr. Obaidullah Kalimzai Wardak who are candidates from Kabul province, in its news bulletin. 20. Afghan TV station showed billboards of Muhammadullah Babrak, Masooma Muhammadi and Dr. Obaidullah Kalimzai Wardak who are candidates from Kabul province, in its news bulletin broadcasted at 3: 00. 21. Salam Watandar radio station broadcasted announcements of a number of candidates such as Humaira Muhammadi, Khalida Alekozai, Meena Khashie, Najla Enjillah, Parween Soofi, Shaima Sekandari, Suhaila Ansari, Torpekai Patman, Zarghoona Bakhshi, Alhaj Bebi Haji Muslima Amani, Dr. Anarkali Hunaryar, Freba Charkhi and Giso Muhammadi Safai between 12:00 and 2: 00 pm on September 16, 2010. 22. Kalid radio station covered Ahmad Saedi, a candidate from Kabul, for 57 seconds 33 of which was live and during that he talked on fake voter registration cards. 23. Kaild radio stated name of Ali Akbar Qasimi, a candidate from Ghazni province, in its news report as he had been fined due to having link with the opposition of the government. The report was denied by the candidate. 24. Kaild Radio station broadcasted live radio coverage of General Abdul Wahid, a Wolesi Jirga candidate from Kabul province, in its news report at 5:35 pm who spoke about Mr. Karzai,s trip to Pakistan and assessed his trip more important than his other trips. 25. Rah-e-Farda Radio station, in its new bulletin broadcasted at 6:00 am covered Haji Muhammad Muhaqiq for 47 seconds and reported that people in Kabul, Balkh, Dikundi, and Behsood district of Wardak province had announced their support for him. 26. Aryana TV station showed a poster of a candidate from Ningarhar province named Sidiq Mansoor Ansari while reporting a demonstration conducted by people of Ningarhar province in protest at closing three polling centers in that province. Also in another report with regard to elections, Aryana TV station displayed posters of candidates from Kabul province such as Asgharkhil Mangal,
Dr. Sayed Ali Kazimi, Haji Ramazan Husseinzada and Muhammad Yonus Qanoni. 27. Dawat TV channel showed picture of Abdulrab Rasool Sayaf, a candidate from Kabul province within a few promos. 28. Shamshad TV station displayed pictures of Shukria Barekzai and Abdulrab Rasool Sayaf, in a short picture messages. 29. Afghan TV station showed Shahla Atas campaign car, a candidate from Kabul province, at the back of which a picture of her was posted, in its news bulletin broadcasted between 8: 00 and 11: 00. It also displayed picture of Ramazan Husseinzada, in its news report broadcasted at 11:00. 30. Rah-e-Farda TV station broadcasted picture of Mr. Muhaqiq in a TV announcement. 31. Kalid Radio station broadcasted a report on Ali Akbar Qasimi, a candidate from Ghazni province for 13 seconds in its news bulletin. 32. Tamadun TV station covered Qurban Ali Erfani, a candidate from Kabul province, for 10 seconds in its news report broadcasted at 8: 00 pm 33. Setara Radio station broadcasted 2 Wolesi Jirga candidates for 11 minutes and 13 seconds. These two candidates explained their aims and platforms. 34. Ashna TV station broadcasted picture of Farida Tarana, a candidate from Kabul, at 6:30 pm on September 16, 2010. 35. Azadi Radio station broadcasted an audio clip of Ahmad Saedi, a candidate from Kabul province on September 16, 2010 broadcasted at 7: 35 am. 36. Armaghan Radio station showed Sayed Hamid, a Wolesi Jirga candidate, in a radio commercial on September 16, 2010. 37. Tolo TV station displayed Sayed Jamal Taheri, a Wolesi Jirga candidate in a TV commercial at 6: 00 pm on September 16, 2010. 38. Bakhtar TV station broadcasted interview of Sayed Muhammad Hussein Aqa Fazil Sancharaki, a Wolesi Jirga candidate during silence period at 9: 00 pm. 39. Hewad TV station in Kandahar province broadcasted a message in the course of the silence period and addressed people not to vote for the following five Wolesi Jirga candidates: Abdulhaq Ulomi, Khalid Pashtoon, Malalai Ishaqzai, Abdullah Achekzai and Nemat Karzai. The TV station has committed two offences. Firstly, it violated the silence period and secondly, it covered the candidates negatively. 40. Aryana TV station covered Khuwaja Farid Sidiqi, a candidate from Kabul province, in its morning athletic program for 29 minutes. 41. Dawat TV station displayed pictures of Muhammad Bashir Hatif and Muhammad Dawood Sultanzoy, a candidate from Ghazni province in a promo. 42. In a re-cap of its program named Roon Sahar, Shamshad TV station invited Muhammad Bashir Hatif, a Woles Jirga candidate, to the program and he talked about the media for 13 minutes.
43. RTA covered Qazi Muhammad Amin Weqad, a candidate from Ningarhar province in an Islamic program as he was talking about the importance of peace and security. 44. Afghan TV station showed pictures of Ezatullah Mamozai, Alhaj Ezatullah Atif and Muhammad Ibrahim Zarif, candidates from Kabul province, in its news bulletins.
47. Tolo TV Station broadcasted posters of WJ Election candidates through its electoral program. Some of the posters were shown in small size and some of them were shown in large size as Gen. Abdul Wahid Taqat, Abdulrab Rasol Sayaf and Baktash Syawash (Kabul).
48. Noor TV Station broadcasted 18 second message of Haji Mahdi who stood as electoral candidate from Kabul in inaugural ceremony of Irrigation Project in Chaldokhtaran area.
49. Kalid Radio Station broadcasted a three-minute electoral message of Ms. Shinkai Karokhail through its program titled Radio Voice of Russia. She claimed that in deed the fraud has been made in the election and she also said that she is warned by Taliban as well.
51. Afghan TV Station has shown Mr. Sayeed Abdul Karim Hashims image at the background of reporter for 35 seconds within its news bulletin at 7:00, 9:00 and 10:00 PM.
52. Arya TV Station has put Dr. Azghar Khail Mangal, Haji Ramazan Hussin Zada, Mohammad Yonous Qanooni and Dr. Sayeed Ali Kazimis images on air for six minutes through Hanaween Drosht Rasanaha at 6:50 PM.
53. Dawat TV Station screened a visual clip of Mr. Sayaf during Jahad period.
55. Da Soli Paegham Radio Station broadcasted a program receiving publics opinions through phone calls in relation with the election. One of the callers said he wants to vote for Mr.
Liyaqatullah Babakar Khail. The moderator of the program asked the callers not to name any candidates.
56. Afghan TV Station shown Mr. Sayeed Abdul Karim Hashims image at the background of reporter for 35 seconds within its news bulletin at 7:00, 9:00 and 10:00 PM.
57. Ariana TV Station invited Mr. Khaja Farid Sadiqi, who was WJ candidate in its 13-minute morning program named Sport.
58. Ariana TV Station put Mr. Qanoonis message for 8 seconds on air who said: Ariana is an eminent TV channel.
59. Noor TV Station televised the photos of Mr. Abdul Qayoom Sajad WJ candidate form Ghazni, Eng M. Asim from Baghlan, Ustad Sardar M Hasim from Baghlan, Ustad Sardar M Oghli from Faryab, Abdul Shakoor Hakimi from Badakhshan, Ahmad Behzad from Herat, Abdul Manan Shiwa-e-Sharq from Badakhshan
60. Rah-e-Farda TV Station covered the visual clip of Mr. Mohaqiq while he was voting and asked public to vote voraciously.
61. Kalid Radio Station covered a visual clip in which two male voters under 15 and 14 years age voted for Ms. Shokria Barkzai, WJ candidate from Kabul.
62. Rah-e-Farda radio covered Mr. Mohaqiq while he voted and asked public to vote voraciously.
63. Afghan TV through its program titled Shast Daqiqa Syasat screened Mr. Ramazan Bashardosts photo.
64. Afghan TV Station through its news at 11:00 AM covered Mr. Ramazan Bashardost for 35 seconds. Through this clip, Mr. Bashardost has complained about the ink used in the election as well as electoral violation.
65. Ariana TV channel screened Mr. Naseer Fayazs clip who gave autographs to his supporters.
66. Kalid Radio Station broadcasted a report on Ms. Zahra Karimi Turkmani who used the fake voting cards and did not allowed the reporters to make reporters. On the other hand, no reaction was shown by security personnel in this regard.
67. Kalid Radio Station covered a report on distribution of fake voting cards in favor of Haji Shalizi Didar. The authorities of the polling station stated that two women have been detained in this case. This report was more than one minute.
68. Tamadon TV Station covered a report in which the poster of Mr. Bashardost was shown for more than two minutes while Mr. Zia Rafat talked about the low quality of the ink used in the election.
69. Nawa Radio Station from Kabul has covered a phone talk program for 10 minutes with Mr. Daud Sultanzia, WJ candidate from Ghazni province about whether Mr. Dauds electoral monitors accosted with troubles or not.
70. Nawa Radio Station from Balkh has covered a phone talk program for 10 minutes with a candidate from Ghazni province about whether Mr. Dauds electoral monitors accosted with troubles or not.
71. Noor TV Station covered a report about Mr. Qanooni who said that he has no intention to withdraw from his candidacy in favor of any candidates.
72. RTA covered a report from one of the polling centers situated in Shakardar in which exclusive interviews have been taken from two electoral monitors of Mr. Asad Khan and Haji Mohammad Kalakani who expressed their views about transparency of the election.
73. Shamshad TV Station covered one minute report about complain made by Mr. Sultan Ali Murtaza.
74. Shamshad TV Station reported through telephone that 1500 fake voting cards which were intended to be used by daughter of Ms. Habiba Sadat, WJ candidate from Helman, have been seized by police.
75. Kalid Radio Station covered a phone talk program for 3 minutes with Mr. Daud Sultanzia, WJ candidate from Ghazni province in which Mr. Daud said that he was not targeted in the attack made by unknown gunmen.
76. Sharq Radio Station has broadcasted a report in which monitors of Haji Amir Khan claimed that a person was detained by police who intended to use fake voting cards.
77. Noor TV channel covered a report on Mr. Qanooni who has no intention to withdraw from his candidacy in favor of any candidates.
78. Noorin TV covered a report on Mr. Sharifullha Kamawal in which his monitors claimed that fraud has been made subjected to Mr. Kamawal.
79. Noorin TV Station has covered a video clip of Mr. Haroon Mir, WJ candidate who claimed that fraud has been make in Nadirya High School.
80. Aryana TV Station broadcasted speech of Mr. Qanooni for 8 seconds who praised Aryana TV as an eminent media.
81. RTA covered a report in which a woman praised Mr. Fazil Karim Saraji as an eminent person.
82. Sharq Radio Station covered a phone call report in which Mr. Abdul Rahman Shams WJ candidate from Nangarhar has involved with ANA in a polling center.
83. Shamshad TV Station covered Mr. Kabir Ranjbar while addressing that the recent election was quite transparent comparing to Presidential Election. However, there were some problems related to the ink used in the election and faked voting cards.
84. Kalid Radio Station reported that 1500 fake voting cards which were intended to be used by daughter of Ms. Habiba Sadat, WJ candidate from Helmand, have been seized by police.

88. Noorin TV Station covered a report in which Mr. Toryalai WJ candidate from Balkh province complained about the low quality of the ink used in the election. The report was broadcasted instantly through media.
90. Zohra Radio Station covered a telephone contact in which the caller was asked whom you have voted for? the caller replied I have voted to Mr. Moheen Marastyal.
91. Shamshad TV has invited Ms. Malalai Shinwari, WJ candidate from Kabul in program called Election Exclusive in which Ms. Malalai claimed about the low quality of the ink and she talked almost for 20 minutes. 92. Da Soli Paigham Radio in a program called Takani covered the voice of public from polling centres. In this program, Mr. Mohibulrahman Salim Zoi Zadran, WJ candidate from Khost province introduced himself. Then, he replied to a question and another monitor introduced himself to be the monitor of Mr. Kairm Khan Qazi Zada.
