The provisional seniority list of candidates who worked earlier from the Academic Year 2006-07 to the Academic Year 2010-11 is placed on the Department web site. Candidates may please note that this merit list is purely provisional and is liable to change as it is prepared based on the marks said to have been secured by them and is as stated by them in their applications. On verification of certificates, if it is found that there are any changes in the marks secured by them , the merit list is likely to be altered. Hence Merit list shown is purely tentative and selection shall be made based on the actual merit as determined by the marks secured by them in their graduation examination and post-graduation and doctoral studies, if any after verification of relevant certificates. 2. The candidates shall necessarily bring with them all their originals certificates viz. Caste, Bonafide, Degree, PG Certificate(ME/M.Tech/M.Phil), Ph.D., on the date of counseling, failing which their application shall not be considered and vacancies, if any shall be offered to candidates who have applied for the first time during the Academic Year 2011-12, in terms of the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Technical Education, vide memo no. G1/4241/2009 Dt.28-07-2011. 3. Intimation to the candidates with regard to the date of counseling is being sent by way of e-mail to their e-mail ids, as furnished by them in their applications. They are also being informed about the date of counseling on the mobile numbers furnished in their applications, if any.

4. The selection of the candidates shall be based on merit and roster point availability in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government and the Commissioner of Technical Education. Candidates who have worked from the Academic Year 2006-07 shall be considered first followed by candidates who have worked from 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10 & 2010-11, as per the merit list prepared in accordance with the instructions of the Commissioner of Technical Education. Hence merit list is prepared based , year wise from 2006-07.

The tentative dates of Counselling in respect of candidates who have worked till the Academic Year 2010-11 shall be as follows.
