ROLE: SHIFT LEAD [NETWORK OPERATIONS & SUPPORT - NOPS] Responsible for all the NOPS related processes and reporting and resolving any production issues.

Creation of Weekly and Monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports that would contain snapshots of value additions, permanent solution to repeating issues, and count of issues handled from offshore, etc. Responsible for monitoring & supporting the workflows in Informatica for its successful completion on time and in case of issues analyzing the root cause, reporting the issues and tracking it till closure. Documented the NOPS support processes as a part of System Document and Support Manual. Currently working with Data Quality team to develop a User Interface which will read the data from back end at both workflow and session level and display it in case of any discrepancies High light: Ive been part of the core team that setup the NOPS operations at offshore. This included participation in extensive Knowledge transfer & hands on support of all the 4 major areas of NOPS support. We were successful in transitioning the entire night time (CST) monitoring process to offshore within 6 weeks and started hands on primary monitoring & support from 7th week onwards. This was appreciated from AmeriCredit side.

Every night batch cycle completes the processing (Store orders & Third Party Claims) and after that everyday morning it opens online systems to start new business transactions.
